I absolutely love living at Ella. The community is clean and well-maintained, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. My apartment itself is beautiful?I couldn't be happier with my experience here.

Great response time as per usual for a maintenance request. The problem was solved easily and the maintenance man man man was completely professional and and and communication was great. Very happy living at The Ella, highly recommend

Everything about this apartment complex is terrific! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The units are spacious and well laid out. Too many amenities to list. Very competitive rental rates. A good value for the money.

The maintenance down was great. To take my time to fill the survey as no issue, but to get to the end, and have a minimum requirement of 200 words is absurd. Just let me give my stars and move on about my day please thank you.

Excellent community I would definitely recommend living here as the community and neighbors are awesome. The community is very clean and maintained well. It's in a central area and have access to several convenient locations.

I just moved in. It is good so far. I do not have any issues with any of my neighbors or the staff and the building is clean and secure. The location is also nice and easy to walk to different places.

The community is nice. Its close to work. People and staff are friendly. Apartments are new and in good condition. I really don't have any complaints. Maintenance gets things done quickly. Its within walking distance of allot of things.

I had a great experience with my visit, the staff was very nice and knowledgeable of the property. they made me and my daughter feel welcome I love the look of the apartment and the theme,,,I am looking forward to making this my new home

Nice place to live. Nicely centered near highway and downtown Richmond. Area is nice and close to shopping center. There are many places to dine within walking distance. There are also well thought out amenities.

My experience has been great so far, though I have only been here a little over a week. Other residents are very kind and the staff is very helpful. Mailroom is very straightforward and I like that there is a scan required to get in. I also like the gym and all the equipment available.

Everyone from the neighbors to the staff has been incredible. I moved in from another state, and as soon as I walked through the door, I was welcomed home. It feels like the fairytale ending to a long nightmare dealing with another complex for 9 weeks. The Ella is somewhere I feel comfortable and safe. My dog and I love it here!

My experience at The Ella so far has been very positive. Although I have only lived here for a few days, I already feel comfortable and welcomed in my new home. The move-in process was incredibly smooth and well-organized, which made the transition easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff was helpful and professional, ensuring that everything was ready for me. One thing that has stood out to me is how well-maintained the property is. The common areas are clean, and the overall appearance of the building is very impressive. It is clear that the management takes pride in keeping the community in great condition. Even in just the short time I have been here, I can tell that The Ella is a place where residents can feel at ease and enjoy their living experience. So far, I really like living here and am excited to see more of what the community has to offer. The environment feels safe and inviting, and I look forward to getting to know my neighbors and taking advantage of the amenities. Based on my first few days, I am confident that choosing The Ella was a great decision, and I look forward to calling it home.

Apartment design, space and appliances are really good. Building management was also very nice with me during my searching process. During my move in they were very quick to solve problems and help with me.

I've lived in this community for over a year and overall it's been a great experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are well kept. Parking can be limited at times, but it's generally manageable. The location is convenient, close to shopping and major highways, which is a huge plus. I feel safe and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend this place to others looking for a clean, comfortable living environment.

We really enjoy the community but feel the price increases are too high to encourage anyone to move in here. The building is well kept up and the staff are all friendly and courteous; especially the maintenance staff. If it weren't for the large increases in price each year we would stay in the building.

We really appreciated Jaren's tour with us. He gave us great information about the complex, the community, Scot's addition, etc. It seems like a very welcoming environment in a great part of Richmond!

The Ella has been a great move as a new resident of Richmond. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I use the gym frequently and the pool is nice in the summer. Staff is responsive and works hard to help. The only potential issue I have with renewing my lease again is the increase as last year's 7% rent price increase was difficult. I am unsure if my roommate and I can do that again.

The maintenance staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They completed my request promptly (within 24 hours) and are extremely professionally. The leasing office called me before staff entered my apartment to let me know that maintenance was coming.

Great apt complex! Friendly neighbors, even friendlier staff! Maintenance is really efficient. Clean Apts and I don't hear my neighbors. Fun community events. Amazing amenities (love the gym, club house and pool) Plus the discounts at many local businesses!! Walking distance to nightlife. If your new to the city, this is a great place to live!
