I enjoy the people and community here at the ella. I plan on resigning and have made friends here/ gotten friends to move here. Would recommend to people if looking to move down in scotts. Overall, Great area to live in.

I've had issues with noise and parking which have led me to the decision to not renew. Neighbors are loud upstairs and people have parties at the pool with speakers and yelling. my "reserved" parking spot is taken 5/7 days of the week and I don't think reserved spots are marked appropriately

Good location, good parking, ample space, nice gym, friendly and knowledgeable front-desk people, maintenance is done promptly and efficiently when requested. Everything Ng about this apartment complex is up to my standards

Best apartment I've ever stayed at. Staff is so friendly which is the rarest gem of all. Everyone is helpful and friendly, maintenance staff is quick and respectful, not a lot of noise even though I live right by the clubhouse. I literally have no complaints.

Since I moved in at the Ella, I have been treated with respect. The management team and staff at this location is respectful and quick to address any maintenance issues that may need to be addressed. Overall friendly, respectful, kind, and supportive staff that supports their community.

The Ella has been home now for almost 4 years and I have loved my experience. The office is ALWAYS quick to respond, super friendly, and the events have been a great way to meet new people. Maintenance issues are always answered promptly and communication is always provided if needed. The Ella is a great representation of the Steelhead Management brand.

It's been great, havent met many people (just moved in last week) but everyone we have met have been really lovely and kind. Moving is always a pain but the elevators are quick and make it easy. The top decks of the roof as well is a favorite of ours, super nice quiet and relaxing.

Never have had any real problems living at the Ella. The amenities that are offered are amazing. The only "negative" thing I would say is sometimes it gets loud due to cars (I live at the back of the building. That is also due to the senior citizen place behind the Ella. Also, people have hit our water system making the alarms go off a bit but both of these things are out of the Ella's control. Staff has always been amazing at informing residents when events happen and fixing maintenance issues ASAP! Will definitely be renewing my lease this upcoming year!

Apartment leasing staff, maintenance and residents were very friendly. Shanice was happy to show me around the apartment complex and asked me questions about what I was looking for. The amenities are BEAUTIFUL.

This community has been wonderful. The management is very helpful and timely. The amenities are very helpful and made the choice easy because of my lifestyle. The view of the garden and trees are an added plus.

I have enjoyed living here considerably. The community is extremely pet-friendly and I appreciate seeing other residents' dogs so frequently. Maintenance has been able to complete most requests in an extremely timely manner, office staff and other residents are friendly, and the amenities are pleasant to use. Resident events are frequent, though generally between 5-7PM when I am still at work.

The apartment has been a nice place to live. Neighbors can be noisy but the community and streets are even noisier. If you have any issues sleeping due to noise do not move here. The community is constantly a mess. Elevators are down and fire alarms go off frequently.

So far I love it!! Just moved here. The leasing office staff has been very helpful. Maintenance has been efficient and very friendly. I feel very safe taking my dogs out at night as it is well lit.

I love it! The employees are wonderful, warm, and welcoming. Most of my neighbors are nice. and the community over all is a very pleasant place to live. I don't use all the amenities, but I am happy to see that the community has them. The biggest thing is that I feel safe.

I have been living in this community for 5 months now, Only once did I have an uncomfortable experience which I must say, was handled quickly and efficiently. Besides that everyone that I have come across that lives here is polite and friendly. Staff included. They are always very good at being able to provide answers to any and every question. Overall a great community to live and be a part of.

I have really enjoyed living at the Ella. All of the leasing staff have been extremely helpful anytime I've had any issues with anything. Service requests are responded to very quickly. I feel safe and comfortable living in this community. I love all of the events that are hosted by the apartment as well.

After touring the Ella community and amenities I was excited to sign a lease and move in. The office staff has been SO helpful and the move-in process was very smooth. So far I am enjoying my new home!

This is a really nice place to live if you're an active member of the scotts community. There's a lot of opportunities to meet people and connect with other residents. Units are really nice and were very clean upon move in.

When I first moved in I was super excited because I thought the apartments were beautiful and the location was ideal. The apartments are clean and a decent size. However they are overly priced for the space, the crazy parking and the low choice on amenities. They're always looking to charge you for something. We pay for trash every month however they don't pick it up on the days they're supposed to but they will try to charge you for "Not tying bags" even if the trash can is closed and put out. The parking is INSANE and we have break ins often which sucks because the rent is pretty high. Also the leasing agreement is crazy, they do not allow lease take overs so make sure you read that thoroughly before considering. You never know what can hassle and you'll be stuck here being charged almost $6000+ to break your lease. Overall I give it a 6/10.

The Ella is a great clean and up to date apartment with friendly staff and all the amenities you need! Including in-home washer and dryer, gym, yoga studio, pool, clubhouse, and more. I am very happy with my stay at the Ella.

The staff was incredibly helpful and informative, both before and during my tour. This is a beautiful location right in the middle of the city. Loved the indoor bike storage and the rooftop pool, plus the gorgeous murals throughout.
