This apartment community has went down since I first moved in. A lot of the tenants bring work vehicles home as well as have their personal vehicles here and take up all the parking spots. Most times tenants have to park across the street. The tenants drive very fast and in the middle if the drive. They make messes with food outside your door and don't pick up after their pets.

Started very well, but subsequent management companies have been decreasingly resident oriented. Current management is largely unresponsive except for service issues. Residents are not appreciated, even if you have lived here almost 11 years.

I've had my ups and downs with the apartment complex to tell you the truth, but one thing that I can say is it seem like things are getting better Maintenance. Staff seems to be completing work orders in a timely matter. The bug Problem in my apartment seems to be almost obsolete.

It's been 3 months and today I just have to congratulate everyone in the condominium. The services, even the apartments, are rated 10. Unfortunately, it's only our neighbors above who have caused problems, but the office has always paid more attention to the problem.

I would not recommend moving here. They have roaches and they charge you for pests control but only come when u call and raise hell. The apartment is small and the walls are thin as hell. I can hear the people on top and under me. Even the person next door I can hear. The price is to high for the space and the roaches who doesn't pay rent.

This is my home. I've been made to feel secure and very welcome by all the staff. I make it a point to get to know all of them. My location is perfect to appreciate many things I enjoy, especially peace and quiet.

Not great. Never moved in my 1st apt cause of roaches coming out the outlets but still had to pay that month even though the other apt I was to move into wasn't ready. No help at all or blame taken. Was told some people don't mind. Smh

The community is good, safe but the condominium has some maintenance flaws , However, I know that they are trying to resolve these failures, I would only ask for more speed when it comes to the services required.

It's been fine, other than the bugs that I have to deal with. The up keep of the complex is great, and the renovation to the gym is nice. I just really hope the rent doesn't go up too much when the renewal comes around.

This is good community I hope that the rent of my apartment goes down for me very expensive . If the rent for me decrease to 1200$ I will be happy . For now 1509$ is very difficult to affording this money I requesting the office to decrease my monthly rent.

Very nice I have no complaints. The residents are quiet I did hear a gun go off the other night but it wasn't a big deal. The maintenance team always comes through I don't need to constantly call so I'm very happy with the living situation here.

Apartment has great space and the kitchen is nice. Only thing I dislike is the bugs. Area is prone bugs due to environment. But otherwise good apartment. Great neighborhood and many grocery stores near by.

I like the place, we just have BUGS! The place was clean. But, day 2 is when they started popping out from EVERYWHERE! I even had one in the fridge. But other than that the things that didn't work was minor

Staff is amazing, property is clean, I wish work orders were completed quicker. Very quite neighborhood I have not seen any police activity or anything the needed police activity. People are very respectful.

In case it was the maintenance people, if they didn't fix anything I put on the two burners in the kitchen and the one in the front and the one in the back, they didn't fix any of them. The dryer hasn't been replaced. The dryer needs four hours to dry the clothes and they have not fixed any of the problems I told them about.

The move in process was quick. Our maintence request was answered within two days. The apartment size is nice and fitting for our things. I wish the office staff were more involved in the move in process and toured the apartment with us.

Safe neighborhood. Safe community. The rooms are spacious. Very close to shopping center. Great schools around. The cleanliness is a great factor for me. The appliances inside the apartment is great. Overall i rate the apartment as one of the best.

The experience is awful. My maintenance request was never completed. There are still items off my move-in sheet from a year ago that were never completed. I was told I would have to put in a service request for everything on my move-in sheet

I have been here since 2013 and nothing has been done to improve the unit. Kichen appliances and washer and dryer are old and rusty. The out side gutters and drain spouts are old and leak when it rains. In the winter time when it rains, if it is cold enough it freezes on the landing and there is no hand rail to hold onto. Dangerous. I have told maintence.

Maintenance requests aren't responded to timely and the grounds/buildings aren't really kept clean. The community staff don't enforce noise ordinances or cleanliness practices. It's difficult to get them by phone in the office.
