I have been living at the Woodmark Apartments for less than a month. I love it! The community is clean. The leasing office staff and management are very helpful, professional and their office spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Their communication is top tier! Whatever concerns or questions I have had so far, they have waisted no time in getting back to me and helping me with whatever I need! I do feel safe at the apartments, with having a security guard 24/7. I also love how the entire community is gated. Every package that I have ordered and received so far, has come on time, and straight to my door. I love the layout and space of my unit, and how white and clean everything looks! Thanks to A’layzha and Le’Anne for their hard work, understanding, kindness and making my move-in experience the best I have ever had! Now I have a place I can call home for a good while. :)

The Woodmark Staff have experienced staff who are friendly and try and help you with problems you may be having with your apt, etc. The laundry facility is my main concern due to the high cost to wash my clothes.I hope the Staff can address this issue in the future.

I have had no problems the seven years I've lived here with the staff, maintenance workers, or the area. The Woodmark is on a bus line and there are multiple corner stores quick to walk to. I am always pleased with how fast maintenance comes to my rescue. Security is always nearby so I feel safe and the rent is cheap as well.

I've never had anything negative to say or think about the wood mark. It's nice when you and your neighbor can share the tasks of keeping our front porches clean. It also was nothing short of a miracle when staff worked with me from me being in the hospital. They are caring and compassionate I'm satisfied that I live here

The Woodmark apartments is a good place to call home. There is public transportation near by and in front of the complex. There are school buses that stop right there at the complex for ours children to go to school. Parking is safe for cars and the complex has a gate. I like it here.

The whole process with Hailey was great she made me feel welcomed and stayed prompt in communicating with me through the process. She made the moving experience pleasant at best. The neighbors so far has been great and friendly. Been her for almost a week and no complaints to be give. Just enjoying my new apartment.

The area has gotten worse but the gate helps a bit with crime and problems. However the gate is hard at times for guests to visit. It isn't very user friendly to find the residents number to call to get paged in. The traffic to get out is horrible! On the north side the exit and entrance are next to each other causing horrible traffic and lots of accidents!

Slumlords avoid if possible

I never had a roach problem or mouse problem in my life. I have a son with special needs and the apartment complex wont disclose the problem until long after you are moved it. The management are terrible and dont care about tenant laws. I caught over 18 mice in the 7 months I was there on top of the roach infestation that they have had for quite some time dating back 5 years plus based on older reviews. They wrongfully sent me to collections after I left early due to the uninhabitable living conditions. They are terrible and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Greystar management is a disgrace and doesnt value tenants, their families, or their health. I understand why this company has lost millions in lawsuits. The noise you hear constant gunshots and the trash is constantly overflowing and the pool is rarely open. Avoid the headache and look elsewhere if possible.

Welcoming experience!

This property is on the up and up. I remember being at this property. The manager LeAnne really cares about the community and does a great job at creating a warm environment here. The thrive program here is amazing and really puts the property first. Karla, Ashley and Hailey are also fantastic and bring sunshine to peoples days!

Exchanging emails with the staff you could literally read the attitudes in the emails. One staff member told me it takes two minutes to forward an email I was waiting on from my employer like it was my fault I wasn't able to get them to send me the information they wanted fast enough. Very unprofessional and very hostile staff. When I had an issue with my toilet upon move in and asked for the prorated days to be refunded because I was unable to use the restroom they denied my request for a refund of rent on the days I could not use my toilet and that was right when I moved in with my small children. It took them 6 days to replace my toilet. They wanted to see my receipts for when I had to go to my friend's house to hang out and use their toilet. If the unit isn't move in ready do not assign it to a new resident. Simple task like that were not being fulfilled by staff. Such a disappointment.

I highly recommend getting your kids involved in our kids club if you haven't already. It's a great way to get them socially engaged with other kids, give them something to do after school and we feed you a snack. We also give food donations.

I’ve been very happy with all aspects of living here, and I have already recommended the Woodmark to multiple coworkers. Hailey - the mgr in charge of new tenant applications - was so incredibly sweet and supportive throughout the process that I would recommend the property based on that alone. I wasted months on fruitless (and often humiliating) apartment hunting before I found this place. I am so glad I did! My apartment is roomy with a huge balcony and modern wood-look flooring…the complex is almost TOO quiet (lol - for me, anyway as a city girl)…and maintenance is fast and friendly. Also, they had no issues with accommodating my ESA cat. If you’re on the fence, definitely give them a chance. You won’t regret it:)

Very awesome manager!

The manager LeAnne really cares about the residents, only deal with her in the office. She has helped me get back on time with my rent fighting for me to get my balance back to zero! Taking care of my profile and other residents with similar issues to help keep their apartment!!

Meh…. Says that there’s a pool. I moved in, in the summer and all summer the pool was closed. Also right when I moved in I had a really bad flea infestation and I did not have any pets. Got bit like crazy. Laundry room is filthy. Dryers barely even work. I spend way too much money trying to do my laundry.

Not good. I’m given 30 day pay or vacate incorrectly they say I owe $887 when I have paid my rent every month, no one responds to messages or back door has never locked, maintenance came to fix it told me she had to grab a bolt and never returned door is still broke. My dishwasher has never worked, garbage disposal never worked, there’s a 3 inch gap under my front door which just about anything can come wandering thru. First night my door fell off and I had to fix it. My key broke off in my door and maintenance said it wasn’t an emergency and I had to pay $200 for a locksmith to come let me in. Security is rude to me and my guests. The pool has been closed all summer never once was it open.

my apartment was not ready for move in at all. The paint job was badly done & rushed the base boards were still dirty. There was still fixtures in the wall from the other tenants. My thermostat is about to come out of the wall. I didn’t get my mail box key until today.

As a person living at the Woodmark Apts by myself, it's a pretty good place to live at because, I pay a $1030.00 a month, for a 1 bedroom apt. All of the other adults keep to themselves & mind there own business, which is a good thing.
