I've had the best renting experience here at Fern Parc. The apartment is beautiful and my view from the patio is great, also having a gym on the property is very convenient & the pool is so serene. Work orders are always taken care of quick , which I love.

The staff here is excellent. I've lived in this community for 5 years now and have had a wonderful experience. The cost based on location is really good. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place to live. The only thing I wish they did was offer month to month leasing or short term leasing.

This community feels like home because the staff goes out of their way to make the residents feel like family. The staff is caring and professional. If there are any problems in the community, the staff does all it can to take care of the problem in order to improve the community for the residents.

Nice community, updated appliances, very modern, I would recommend this community to friends and family, the only recommendations would be that the one bedroom has washer, dryer connections and more cabinet space.

Jeremy was a huge help! Helped me with all aspects of my move. Although he was my main source of contact, all other staff members I encountered were very friendly and willing to help. I haven't been here long but so far it seems to be an excellent place to be.

I came to look at this apartment with my boyfriend. The gentleman who showed us around was knowledgeable and friendly. The 2 bedroom we saw was Beautiful! We are not looking to move until spring of 2019 but looking forward to it!

I am a current resident, and I really don't have any negative to share. The negatives that I have experienced have been because of other residents or their guests. Those things are out of control of management and staff. I found the staff and management to be extremely easy to work with and accommodating in resolving any issues.

Lived in this community for a while and i did not mind it much because everything was convenient. On the bad side, everything your neighbors do you can hear it, i constantly have a marijuana smell in my apartment from my neighbors smoking it. The smell from the previous renter still lingers and stinks and the smell is stained in the carpet. Also anytime a friend comes over they smell mold. I guess I'm just used to that smell.

Best place I have lived. The staff is super friendly. Maintence is quick to make repairs if needed. Apartments are more updated than others. I personally love my neighbors. Only downside is that they could use more parking.

I have lived at this property for a few years for a few reasons the location, the property overall, amenities, and the wonderful staff. Xavier is the best ever, I enjoy going to the leasing office to pick up my package & catching up with Candis & Jeremy. They all are family & a major part of the reason I still live here. I would definitely recommend this property.

The staff is always very welcoming towards me and have met all my needs. If there are any concerns, the staff gets to you as soon as they can, and resolves them in a timely manner. I haven't really had any major issues so far. If you are looking for a nice community with a friendly staff who cares about you, then Fern Parc is the right place for you! Sometimes as appreciation to their residents they provide snacks for the residents in the leasing office. Most places don't do that. Both the managers are even amazing. I'm glad I discovered Fern Parc! Beautiful design, layout, and area!

This is mine and my wife's first apartment after the wedding. We have been BEYOND happy with the management and the apartment here. They have taken excellent care of us and we've had nearly no problems. The apartment is the perfect size, and very nice for the price we pay. I 100% recommend this to anyone looking.

This place has its ups and downs. I have lived here since August and since I've been here we've had a problem with bugs, we have mice in our walls and there are light switches but no lights in our living room. We have complained about the mice and nothing has been done and I do not know how the expect someone to live with rodents in their home!

We have lived here since November 1st. About a month after moving in while I was at my mothers one morning I got a call from my neighbor (not apartment manger) saying my door has been kicked in and the police were there doing a walk thru. I requested to move shortly after he break in for safety purposes only and I was then told I must wait 60 days and pay a fee of 500$ as well as the rent for each month. Then they told us the move may not be approved - it depended on whether or not they saw fit!!! Needless to say we're still in the same apartment and we've had multiple issues here this is just the most profound. Today I was awakened at 8:06 am by them moving grass directly outside my window so I thought it was the perfect time to write this review. Please take your money else where. I DO NOT recommend these apartments under any circumstances. They are EXPENSIVE and u do not get what you pay for here at all! There are no washer dryer connections, the gas price we pay was raised w out our knowledge or consent and when I confronted the office staff I was told they had the power to do that w out sending out a note or anything! I was told in order to cancel our lease we had to pay 25 percent of the remaining lease, the first months rent and a pentally fee of 500$ as well! Ridiculous!

This is the worst place to live renovation sucks.also the first month I was there I was bit by fleas which I am allergic to and also I complained about it all they did was drop the bomb off for me to do. Also what ever smell your neighbor has it seeks to your apt for example I hate the smell of cigarette whenever they smoke cigarettes I smell it through out my apt. Overall I hate living here

Pros: **Rent Price-- After living in a luxury apartment complex for a year, I was looking to sacrifice the "luxury" for lower rent and more space. The price for rent at Fern Parc along with the brand new renovations is what sold me. I went to several other apartments in the area pitching the same price for rent without any updates or renovation. So $790 (water, pest, and trash included) for a 2 bed 1 bath with a newly renovated kitchen made it worth it. **Nice size closets **New kitchen appliances/cabinets (See picture) **Friendly staff-- Mimi is awesome **Great service-- Maintenance men quickly fix any issues **Huge shared hot water heater-- never run out of water **Good water pressure **Beautiful new pool area Cons: **Only 8 apartments have washer/dryer hookups-- This is the biggest deal beaker for me. For apartments without hookups, they provide $50 in credit to 2 bedroom apartment ($30 to 1 bed) at Gates Cleaner for wash and dry laundry. That's about 5-8 loads free loads a month, which is very nice, but also very inconvenient. They also have onsite dryers at each building for $1.50 a load, but the washer/dryer issue will be the main reason why we are only here for one year. **Maintenance doesn't schedule a time to come and they don't call ahead-- It was mid morning and I hadn't gotten dressed yet. After knocking several times, they unlocked my door and came in, while I was still in the back throwing clothes on. At my other apartment, there was a deadbolt I could only lock/unlock from the inside. I don't like that any staff can come in on me at any time. This also happened when they were giving a tour. I kept hearing keys in my door. I went to check and obviously they had the wrong room. **Old building-- It is renovated, but only cosmetically. Therefore, bathrooms are small and there are some strange quirks to each apartment. For example, a sink in one master bedroom we toured. There was also a mold addendum in the lease, which made me paranoid. Thankfully have not seen any yet. ** Gas stove- This may be a pro for you, but as a newbie to a gas stove top, I'm not a fan. Low heat is not low enough. My pans get too hot and I end up burning everything. Rice, for example, just doesn't work. **Renovations in progress-- They are still improving so we have to work around it. For example, repaving the parking lot and refinishing the landing areas (entrances) to apartments. It's inconvenient, but the end result should be worth it Overall: I am satisfied on Fern Parc's price, quality, & service, which is why I give it four stars. I would recommend it if you can get a washer/dryer hookup or deal with a laundromat/ dry cleaner.

REDICULOUS. They are doing "multi-million dollar renovations" and I live in one of the "renovated" apts. The water to our building has gone out AT LEAST 10 times since living here. Either the pipes are frozen (because someone thought it made since to leave the water on in buildings undergoing renovations and no heat on), or construction workers running over pipes (yes, I'm serious). When I asked the onsite manager about it, she rudely offered me bottles of water or said I could shower in another building....(again, yes I'm serious). I agree with another review that says that they are simply covering up problems, not fixing them. There are paint marks on the cabinets and floor from poor work. I'm not sure where they spent "6 million dollars", but most was on a new resident center with gym and pool. Those are nice, but we don't live there. They redid the exteriors of the apts to look better. There are cheaper apartments nearby in MUCH better condition.

Considering how much construction work is being done. Fern Park Apartments is a pleasant place to live. It is convenient to a wide variety of shopping,Theater and many other community services. I have lived here for more than two years and have enjoyed living in this community.

Since Panther Properties took over, the complex has been wonderful. All maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. Staff is more than amazing. This has become a place to call HOME instead of just a stop over until something better comes along.

I have enjoyed living here for the pasted 2 years. I like that it is convenient to the arsenal and to most of the shopping and medical facilities that I need.

Apartments are being renovated just to cover a bad reputation! Mold in bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. I saw roaches almost daily, which is senseless because pest control is included in rent. Customer service is the worst, there are new workers almost monthly and they always seem to cover situations and issues instead of handling it. Maintenance shows up but they just always 'patch' whatever the problem is instead of fixing things. Word of advice DON'T MOVE HERE, read the other reviews! Although they're renovating and changing the name the same problems are just being covered with paint, cabinets, and outside d cor.

Maintenance is less than useful during the renovations, they do as little as humanely possible, which sucks for those of us stuck living here. I do second the cockroaches. I've scrubbed my apartment from top to bottom several times, and no matter how clean I keep things, they keep coming back. It seems like they're trying to run the remaining tenants off, and it's working. The renovations are loud as hell, and get in the way of entering/exiting the complex. Seriously, don't rent from Fern Parc. They haven't shown that they care about anyone living here, so why would you pay for "luxury" apartments to get the same shoddy service?
