if you don't mind wood roaches
the place will seem nice enough when they show you around but it is all a mask for what is lurking beneath the surface. while i was living there they got new management who refused to do any landscaping but instead threw old pine needles where the grass would be. neighbors allow their pets to go anywhere including in front of your patio. HUGE roaches came under the front door on occasion along with an assortment of other bugs. maintenance is rude and lazy the new manager was also rude and lacked people skills. don't be fooled by the gas "deals" they give you. the montly bills are outrageous and have nothing to do with the amount of gas you actually use in your apartment. my advice? keep looking

Renter beware
This place is a dump nothing but durg dealers and college kids live there. They will let anyone move in management is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL not people skills whatsoever, when they show you around there people skills are good when you move in they are awful. I also had a hot water leak in my bathroom and my light bill went up. They are very slow on maintance, but they except you to pay you RENT ON TIME even you have have a problem in you apartment. I would not recommend a homeless person to stay there.

Our Roof caved in!!
During a RAINstorm, the roof in the second bedroom fell directly into the bed. Thank God no one was sleeping in there. The office and maintenance took over 2 weeks to repair it. Even then, they put a makeshift roof made of plastic up. They are a bunch if incompentent property managers. We had a hot water leak in our bathroom sink. We called once a day to get it fixed. They never came. It eventually caused our utility bill to skyrocket and we received NO reimbursement. The only good thing about this place was the price and the space, but this is all minimal compared to sleeping with dry wall and roof particles in your bed! Please dont give these guys any of your money or time.
