Great tour I recommend.

Wonderful tour, I enjoyed every second and apartments were very good and well put together. DEFINITELY recommend, seems like a quiet and nice neighborhood. And also the bathroom and closet were good, closets were spacious.

[Incentivized Review] I have absolutely loved living here! Gavin at the office has been extremely helpful. Very kind people, nice apartments, and clean environment. They are very willing to work with you whether it be moving in, paying rent, anything you need! And they try to keep the community engaged by throwing back to school or holiday parties.

Awesome Tour!

I toured Beacon Hills today and it was awesome! Gavin was able to answer all my questions with ease! I moved in a couple of months ago and I can't imagine living at another property. I have moved 6 places over the last five years. None of the other properties hold a candle to the great staff and amenities I have received here. I LOOOOVE this place!!!!

Office experience

It’s all about the experience!!! So, boom, my daughter & I stopped by the office to get more information. Let me just mention the property was clean (you really don’t see that often), the office was well put together, and the apartments come with everything you need even a balcony/patio! When we walked through the door, Ms. Essie greeted us with a smile like we were her paycheck that arrived early & answered all my DAD questions. She showed us around the property, the model, and a vacant unit because we are extra but she didn’t mind at all. My daughter will be moving here soon and I know she will be in good hands!!

The community is nice and friendly. The biggest issue i have with this apartments complex is maintenance. The work isn't completed in a timely manner. If they could work on getting work order completed as soon as possible, these apartments would be great.

Nice for first time movers. It has steep hills so, I wouldn't recommend for anyone that isn't good driving on ice or snow. I haven't had any major issues and maintenance is decent about fixing issues.

It's been very good so far. It's hard to find apartments that are this good and also affordable. The washer and dryer in the apartment is very helpful, and management and maintenance are decently quick to respond. Please do not raise rent. There's a reason I'm renting this place, and I would hate to have to move into somewhere worse just because I can't afford this place. The total price I pay including fees is a huge part of why I recommend this place to everyone I know

My community is a consistent value. It is not flashy, but the staff, maintenance workers, and groundskeepers are reliable. The rent is reasonable and I feel the lease is a good value for the money. I have lived here for 23 years.

not good, like a ------, like -------- it's dirty, residents dump their trash on the parking lot and it sits there for days, smelling, before the staff will clean it up, the office staff is very rude, no good

Nails were to big for doors , literally the closest and my bedroom doors have came off. Covonda Brown is very rude . The community is nice tho, besides the doors and the gate not working at times , I love living here.

I hate beacon hill.. they honestly don't have anything together, they gate stay broke, the police always being called.. and office Management is horrible. They try to put fees on you knowing they ain't contacted no lawyer and want give you proof ? they a joke if you ask me .. all the white peoples live up front in the nice areas .

Unsatisfactory: Appears to change Property Managers every 2 years and the present one doesn't have people-skills. The rent continues to go up without upgraded appliances added. Doesn't feel like home.

Front office staff is always friendly. Maintenance is always very quick to fix anything I'm having issues with in my apartment, usually same day or the next day which is great! Thank you Beacon Hill ??

Terrible management and apartments

Don’t live here!!!!! Ever! It’s to much going on and you have to deal with the apartment staff and there attitudes. They literally keep changing staff people are moving out constantly! They absolutely hate to provide you with corporates number so they well tell you they don’t have it staff is completely unprofessional. I’ve been in this apartment a year and a half now and never had my carpet cleaned, never seen them clean the buildings the wall are completely dirty. They have ant problems and raccoons REAL BAD! The mailbox’s have been vandalized so we have to drive to the post office to receive our mail, someone just died out here from at shooting. Like I’m so ready to move these apartments was the worst decision I ever made and over priced for they little apartments I will be taking my time when I move out to be sure this doesn’t happened again!!!!

Since the new management took over about two years ago, everything at Beacon Hill has fallen apart. The office staff takes hours long breaks in the middle of the day, or they simply leave hours early, making it nearly impossible to contact them in person. Additionally, the entire time I've lived here, I have never once received a call back from any of the calls I've made. Maintenance requests take anywhere from 2 to 4 months to fulfill, and the only way I've ever gotten expedited results is by taking an entire morning of my life to try catching one of them. (I've even had to take off work before, just to make sure I could get my sink unclogged after 4 months. If you want to live somewhere that the staff cares about your needs, this is not the place.

I spent five years at this place and almost every year there was a change of the office personnel, ever year getting worse and worse. the rent was going up, the maintenance was going down,. i have never seen a note left for air filter change, the stairways were dirty, probably once a year washed if at all. the appliances were 30 years old, when asked to change or fix, they would say it works. there was a leak on the ceiling of one of the closets which was repaired, about two years ago. there was a recent leak again at the same place, for which i called, no records found in their files. because of so many changes of the staff, the new one did not know what the previous one did. for the last leak they did not return my deposit of 300 dollars, and i had to pay another 467 dollars for the repair. the corporate office doesn't care except for collecting the money. if you respect yourself never ever go to this place, you will be sorry. i stayed 5 years because it was difficult for me to move out. it is sad to know how some people can exploit others just because there are no regulations and control, and they take advantage of you. i am going to write to the BBB because it is not fair to be treated this way.

I had an infestation of rats and roaches that caused me to move. My daughter was raped by a guy named Trent and he still lives in the apartment complex. I have been gone for 3 months and they keep promising my $300 deposit will be refunded, but I am getting the runaround. I would not recommend this apartment. As a side note, if I do not receive my deposit within a few days I am going to walk in front of their complex holding a sign that describes the 3 R's of Beacon Hill; rats, roaches, and rapists.

I lived at Beacon HIlls for the past three years but this last year was the worst. I've had a rat issue that I didn't cause that started in Novemember of 2018 and was not resolved into last month which is April 2019. I was unable to live in my apartment for a while due to rats. My apartment also floods when it rains which has happened since I've had the apartment. They addressed the issue of the water but did not inform me that I couldn't stay in my apartment while they resolved the issue. I came home to my furniture displaced and my bed taken apart with my lights left on and blowers everywhere. This was on Friday and my apartment stayed that way until Monday without notification from anyone! You're never be able to speak directly to management and it takes weeks to get answers to anything. Do not move here!!

Beacon Hill was my first apartment when I moved to LR. It was actually pretty quiet until my I signed my second lease. I found several scorpions in my apartment which was on the 3 floor. I don't know how that seemed to happen. My building which was building 6 had turned completely ------. One of my neighbors door got kicked in the middle of the day and there people hanging out on the stairs every single night smoking marijuana. I love Jalisa, but we weren't allowed to have pets and she had a dog so you know what I did. I got one too! I don't know how it is now nor do I care to know and the gate was always broken!

I've stayed at Beacon Hill for a little over 3 years. I haven't had any issues with Maintenace or the office. I haven't had many Maintenace issues, but the ones I have had were all taken care of timely. The manager has been awesome always asking me if everything in my apartment is fine and smiling.
