I love the area and price. The finishing touches, square footage and floor plans are all nice. I love the neighborhood and being next to the greenbelt, within walking distance to sprouts, and 10 minutes from Echo Canyon Trail.

cheap prices and rightfully so since nothing is fixed or taken care of. Pools are green. Washers and dryers have been broken for over a year. Gym equipment broken for months. maintenance ticekts are ignored. there is literally a bodega that sells snacks and nobody works there but for some reason they close it at 4 pm.

I have been living here 1 month and a half so far and the staff is amazing and helpful, community is not as engaging, but I understand we all have duties and jobs, everything is good so far. I am not receiving my mail and I dont know whats the issue, everything else is OK.

It’s very good place to live. There is pool , club house and many more , events are great . You will feel great and healthy environment to live play and spend your time. Hospital, mall, park, shopping centers , school every things are near by.

I've been here long enough to see the complex lose members of management and not really ever resolve issues. I've complained multiple times to management about the noisy messy disrespectful neighbors that live above me. Still waiting for something to be done.

I have nothing good to say about this community. It has been nothing but nonsense outside, dirty common areas, people feeding cats, bugs, animals fights. A laundry room that’s never kept clean. No one cleans up after their selves. They can’t even shut the dryer doors. People at the pool at 3AM. dogs barking all morning and an upstairs neighbor who clearly has an issue, who has kept me up every night for over a month. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good, however I would like for the gates to close everyday as they told me before moving in as a robbery incident occurred last week. Overall it is a good complex but safety and movies are something they keep me up at night.

I’ve lived here for 5 years now and have never had a serious issue being here. The location is great and the community is good. I’ve been very happy here and do not see myself relocating any time soon.

Overall living here is great but the bug problem in my kitchen needs to be fixed and addressed completely and correctly. If it could be addressed correctly and I wouldn’t have this issue anymore it would be very helpful

The location is excellent; the staff is friendly and helpful. I have had several neighbors; I got along well with them. I am single and I have to take care of the household and things on the Internet. I am all alone here in Scottsdale, AZ. My family lives in California and Nebraska. I love the neighborhood, and I take walks as often as I can. I love the gardens here at the Glen. I haven't used the swimming pool this year; it was too hot to go out anywhere. Our apartment was a disaster when we moved in, and both maintenance and the front office has not helped us at all. There is either a massive communication issue here or they just don’t care. We referred several friends to our last apartment because of their glowing customer service. Would absolutely not do that here

It has been okay, my apartment was not in great shape when I was moving in with paint stains everywhere, cat smell, broken shower curtain rod, loose toilet seat, loose kitchen sink handle, broken doors, loose locks, AC not working properly in bedroom.

I feel at home. The layout is spacious, with plenty of natural light during the day and a cozy vibe in the evening. Even though the appliances have that classic touch, everything works well and adds to the charm of the space. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and I enjoy being part of such a lively and established community. The amenities are a huge bonus, and the location is super convenient close to everything I need. Whether it’s running errands, grabbing coffee, or going for a walk, everything is nearby. It's been a very poor experience. It feels like the only thing that matters here is that I pay rent on time. I do not plan to renew my lease, unless there is an incentive to stay. I can find the same apartment quality and disappointing experience elsewhere for less. If I were to pay the rate Greystar is going to raise it to, I’d rather move into the actual luxury apartments nearby that offer modern construction. It's laughable that Greystar thinks the Glen at Old Town is in the same league as the newer luxury apartments built down the road.

I love this property ! I have been here for 4 years and has been a great experience! Office staff and maintenance is super helpful and nice! 2 dog parks for pups to play in and 4 big pools!! Love it!!!!!

Good location, good amenities and quiet. Older complex but they do their best to keep it updated. Unfortunately, some of the residents do not clean up after their dogs. It really ruins the green space for others.

Do the fact this is the 3rd week and still all my maintenance request are not taken care of. Dog feces all over property and dog trash areas not emptied regularly. Gate is never closed even though it is advertised as being a gated community this apartment complex is not locking the gate, thus it is not a gated community.

my dishwasher has never worked, can’t get my wifi to work, apartment is dirty gross & not well kept. a terrible investment on my end. it’s a great area, but i have had so many issues with deliveries. not good

Pools are great management is awesome grounds are immaculate I like the fact that the property is very quiet and not noisy and everybody keeps to themselves and residents are always friendly also, pack community here is great. Pets are super friendly.

I enjoy my apartment. It isn’t too loud, and the exterior is kept pretty clean. I don’t have many upgrades to my apartment, but pay a lot of money for it. Other than the cost, I am content in my complex and plan to continue living hear given rent doesn’t increase.
