Love the Unique look to every apartment and all the beautiful landscaping around the whole community especially in the pool areas. Every thing is within walking distance to all the old town activities and night life. The staff is always available and friendly to work with.

I've seen some great improvements in the year that I've been here. The rent is very reasonable and the location is amazing. The maintenance can take a little while after putting in your request but they are very friendly. I love being able to have my pet here and the other accommodations are nice too. I rarely renew my lease but I think I'll stick around here for a while.

Great location, great looking grounds, but it's not all great.The communication between the staff and the maintenance workers is extremely poor, and I *always* had to call about my issue multiple times or else it would get forgotten. The worst maintenance issues I dealt with included my ceiling fan detaching from the ceiling. Twice. And something in my air vent that caused me to break out in hives when the AC was on. After informing the staff of this, it took them almost a WEEK to get someone to clean it out, forcing me to temporarily forgo my AC in the dead of summer. The walls block little to no noise from the outside and rent nearly DOUBLES if you try to live month to month after 1 year. Please look elsewhere.

Staff doesn't call you back. Pest problems are nonstop. My apartment flooded and no one called me to let me know this was happening. People were in my apartment and I had no idea. I reported the toilet to be broken and no one came to help me. They are now charging fees that is not our fault. It's ridiculous.

We really enjoy living here. The apartments are very charming and each have their very own uniqueness about them. The pools are surrounded by beautiful palm trees and landscaping and for the most part a very quiet community.

The vibe of the community has completely changed since new management has taken over! The leasing office is very welcoming, agents are incredibly helpful & maintainace responds quickly! Definitely a complex that is headed in the right direction.
