I like to live here due to the security I feel. I can walk to 7 11 at 4:00 AM and it's a quiet neighborhood and no crazy stuff going on. Family building best ran by professionalism and courtesy. I definitely recommend anyone to move here!!!

What a fantastic place to live. The location is awesome and the community is very well maintained. The manager Gabriella is wonderful. The manager is what makes this community a joy to live in. Walking distance to all kinds of shopping and freeway is close by. This is a great place to live and do not pass it up. I would check out this apartment community before leasing anywhere for sure.

I love the community because I feel a sense of control, we moved in and we had a leak in the toilet. when we called the manager Gabriela she made sure the toilet was repaired right away. She is always with a bright smile going out of her way for us! I feel very happy living here and the way things are run.

The staff is very prompt about tending to your needs. The manager Gabriela is always on top of things if you have some concerns or problems, she is always pleasant when you see her. Maintenance staff are friendly and nice as well, you will always get a hello when they pass you by. The ground is kept neat and green all year round. It is also pet friendly which is a big plus, they provide doggy cleaning station for your convenience.

Been staying here for about a year now and have absolutely no complaints the manager gabriela is a very nice lady and is always on top of things. The complex is always very clean, and it is a very quite community one of the best locations ive ever lived at and on top of all that the location is super close to markets, bus stop,s and schools, super convenient . Highly recommended if looking to rent

My husband and I have been living in Covina Palms Apartments for over 10 months and we intend to extend our lease. Our 2 bedroom apartment is roomy and comfortable there is a nice patio as well. The Management Gabriela Linares is cheerful, kind and very helpful. We appreciate her attention to any questions we bring up. José in maintenance is also amazingly helpful, competent and pleasant. They both are ready to respond to any issues quickly and with a very cheerful attitude. We consider them our friends.

Living at Covina Palms for over a year, my hats are off to this apartment complex. Gabriella is the apartment manager and has really exceeded the needs of others, including myself. Newly handicap ramp, now my mom can visit since she is in wheelchair, I am so happy about that. So far the process of newly accommodations have been amazing. It is quiet I love my apartment that I have. Pet friendly so my Lu can be here too. Reasonable prices do come a long way to the benefits that is here, I highly recommend these apartments for anyone of all ages to enjoy. I love the space of the entire unit, and if you walk the views are actually really nice with the sunsetting.. many great things have happened here and I am so glad I chose Covina Palms

I have lived at Covina Palms Apartments for half a year now, and I can say that it has exceeded my expectations. It is close to the middle school and high school my siblings attend, surprisingly there is no noise caused by other apartments during the day and throughout the night, which is a big plus. Also, the manager Gabriella Linares has been efficient in serving our every need. For example, our stove had malfunctioned and by the next morning a new one was installed and ready to use. She is always professional, and answers any question we may have. The apartment complex is always kept nice, and the workers are courteous to our privacy. I enjoy very much living here at Covina Palms Apartments. My family and I have seen it as a blessing.

Since i first moved in, everything met my expectations. Every time i call for something, Gabriela and Jose work as soon as they can to respond and fix what ever is my issue. They are really focused on safety and a good looking environment maintenance. My only suggestion would be to have the pool open year round and/or extend the pool hours. In regards to the laundry room, I love the fact that they have installed ceiling fans to help cool down a little bit in this hot weather. But I would said hours are kind of inconvenient for some of us with odd schedules.

I have nothing but good things about Covina Palms, Gabriela provided a great tour when applying, plus the opportunity to take a moment to sit with me on all the features inside the community and outside. The area is supreme plus it is quiet which works well for me as a single individual just getting out of a long term relationship, the apartment was re-done with new paint, ceiling fans, plus a wonderful large closet space that I utilize as organization for the things I have. I appreciate the quality of Gabriela providing everything I need. I have a chronic illness and the support of all my needs have been met. The one thing I will add is in the future I can get a kitty, because of the friendly pet environment which will make my transition here the best.

Am a single parent with my children , I enjoy the community environment at Covina Palms apartment. The Manager is excellent and Maintenance is fast and relievable as always. I've seen a great change in the last few yr.'s I've lived here. I just had got my items fix's in such a fast paste I was very Satisfied with everything in my apartment. The pool is clean and property as well . The apartment are very spacious and enjoy how the stores and certain location are close to me . School and are right behind my complex very happy. Covina palms apartment are safe for families and gates with camera's safe for my family very happy living here. Thank you Staff :)

My wife, ,kids, and I recently moved here and thus far it has been a great experience, apartment is very spacious; we have a new A.C. apartment was ready for us as promised, a day prior we met with property manager Grabriella and she walked us through the apartment to ensure it was to our liking (it was), carpets were cleaned, bathroom was re-done, and paint was in great condition. landscaping around the apartment is very green and well maintained, the pools are clean and maintained. The property is well lighted at night and there are no loud noises or ruckus's at night you hear some noises as far as neighbors but nothing to get upset about. The facilities guy is always cleaning and on the alert for anything that needs to be fixed. that's appreciated. My wife and I would like to thank Gabriella the property manager for being so helpful, she has a genuine care for the tenants and has always conducted herself professionally and answers all of our questions with intelligent answers. I read some of the previous comments and I can assure you there are not type of infestation problems of any kind; I believe the way a person keeps they're home (clean and organized) has a lot to do if they're would be any insects of any kind in the home. When I moved in, in 2013 I believe,anyway... there was nothing but roaches in our apartment. I kid you not I felt like I was invading them. The manager at that time was Heidi, she was good but not fast enough with work order turn around, she left and GABRIELA came in and the complex was a nightmare as if your were in jail. Kids couldn't play because other tenants worked nights...really if you advertise "family friendly" EVERYONE should have been warned and kids should be able to play. Then there's the matter of the wording if you have a "private patio" I don't believe mgmt. has the right to take picture's of your private patio from the car port. Sparkling pool, the don't tell you that it's only open 2-3month's per year. Not year round as they make it seem. GABRIELA is a bully, if you do what she asked your good, the minute you go against her in anything she will lie, cheat, just to get you out. Management will back her to the ends of the earth. The person who owns the complex has no idea what's really going on. DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENT IN COMPLEX. TRUST ME YOU'LL BE SO SORRY.!!!!! Oh pet policy is tenant, by tenant .

I recently moved from a horrible apartment complex on Sunset to Covina Palms and I am beyond grateful that I made that choice. Gabriela is an amazing manager; she caters to all my needs right when I ask. The management for the aesthetic of the property is Jose and he is the best of the best. Whenever our apartment needs fixing, he is here almost immediately. He even helped my mom with the groceries upstairs! The unit itself is big, spacious and there is so much light. What I love most is how safe I feel here. as well as my daughter and mom. It is a gated community and there is so much lighting and everything is clearly seen. So far so good, I highly recommend.

Gabriela is great manager. She is really nice. I been living here for a couple months and i havent had any problems living here. Its a quiet neighborhood and safe place to live in. Jose the maintenance is really nice. I enjoy living here. 1 month ago the ac is not working, i told her about that, she send Jose right way to see what happen with the ac. They replace for a new one . We 're so happy .

I lived here before and left due that I wanted a one bedroom none available here at that time, so I had no luck, so I just happened to call Gabriela up again and the miracle that was one available in July, compare to nothing available at all. So I had a chance to fill out an application when the Manager told me, I am glad she mentioned it because a lot of applicants started coming in after me. And everything went ok with my application, now I have a home for me and my son and my cat, and no worries of staying at a Motel because of no apartments available. So the Management greeted me with a huge WELCOME BACK and Me with a HUGE THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

The Covina Palms is a great experience only because of the resident manager that runs it, Gabriela. We've only been here for about 3 months, and Gabriela has been most definitely helpful beyond words. We've been locked out for a couple of times now ( I know what you all are thinking, right?) and this all happened in the morning where we run out the door & forget that our keys are still inside the apartment. Well, we had to knock at Gabriela's door so very early in the morning thinking, "Well, it's so early & she's not even supposed to be at work until 9am so she won't answer her door, for sure." After a few seconds of knocking, Gabriela answers the door and we tell her what happened & she says, "No problem! Please forgive me I'm still in my PJ's. I'll get the spare keys!" Okay, so which other resident manager would do that at 7am? Really? No one but Gabriela! She is the BEST in our book, and she always takes care of whatever issues we have had. For instance, we told her about our blinds, that one of them was broken. She sent Jose in right away & gave us another tile for the blinds. Then, we told her about our shower spout leaking. The very next day, she had Jose replace it for us. So, essentially, this is our HOME! Gabriela has made it so special for us, and we can't thank her enough for all her efforts to making us feel so much at home even from the first time we met her! Covina Palms is all about Gabriela & how she strives to make every renter a part of the Covina Palms family. She holds everyone together & ensures every resident is happy to call this place HOME!
