No comment so far. Would add few more comments over time when they occur. Security is a concern specially when you arrived with some body parked on your assigned space. Several times we had experienced these with security personnel advising us to park elsewhere.

Old affordable senior apartments that need a better cleaning crew. The bones on this building are good. The elevator walls are peeling. Carpets walkways and very dirty filled with trash fluid spots that need to be cleaned.

Excellent place to live; accessible to transportation; restaurants and eateries nearby ; church; post office ; museums; parks; Chinatown and so much more Metro is also walking distance; just about 15 minutes. ????

Very clean, bug free, kind staff, security 24/7 Covered parking, wonderful mail service area, including lockers for your incoming packages! Love living here. Quiet, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong tables and exercise equip.

Overall I am enjoying my residence here. However, I think the maintenance issues (e.g., elevator, chute, etc) and the security issues should be improved (I have encountered homeless people early in the morning a couple of times in laundry room. I found dogs' discharges in elevators and on hallways many tines.)

I love the new renovation that has recently been done to the lobby. It looks a lot of comfortable and appealing. Maintenance and cleaning effort is evident here. Rental price is on the higher end, but it is expected in the Chinatown area since public transportations are easily accessible. It is usually pretty quiet and I enjoy staying here.

The staff at Grand Plaza, Corey Williams, Monique, and David were extraordinarily helpful, kind, and welcoming. Additionally, Maria Manzanarez (offsite) was a godsend during the application and approval process. They make an excellent team of caring professionals.

Have lived here for over 20 years and finally Richman Property renovating units which should have been done years ago! Overall complex only are being renovated but individual units need lots of attention like new carpet and flooring, appliances, bathroom fixtures, windows (double pane as street noise very loud) etc.

When you get the run around from everyone else, Marylin is the one to go to. She will hear you, she will sit down with you, she will make you feel heard and will make time for you, even when she is inundated with everyone who wants to talk to her. You come to Grand Plaza and she gives you the service you thought stopped existing years ago. This is wonderful service since she arrived and I hope it keeps getting better as she is so contientious of everything and everyone. I would recommend anyone coming here because she keeps the place in check and makes sure everyone has a fair treatment with how she turned Grand Plaza around for all of us.

Excellent location. Very clean grounds. We really appreciate the after hour guard service. Locked car garage. This location is near 2 high schools, the down town is within walking distance. 5 buses stop at our corner.

My first experience was moving in the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, the apartment was very clean, transportation to everywhere I want to go. It is very quiet, the upkeep of the grounds are outstanding, always security on duty, and I feel safe. The maintenance personnel are courteous, effective, on time, and very little to almost no maintenance to be done in my apartment

Nice community. Only need more parking. Perhaps the management could negotiate with two adjacent private lots. Thanks for all you do! This is a great community and the neighbors are nice. My floor mat was stolen hopefully this will not occur again.

The courtyard is noisy. Some neighbors are noisy. The water dispenser vendor charges too much, I wish MGMT can negotiate. I think the laundry room can be upgraded, and 2 more machines such as another washer and dryer would be helpful. Thank you

Need to stabilize office personnel. Don't ever know who u will be dealing with in office. They keep asking for the same information n refuse 2 believe us already turned it in to the other guy. SO ANNOYING??

very satisfied for the most part. we have a nice quiet, unbothered living space with good neighbors and no unseen problems. there are, of course, some apt problems which can;t be helped, like elevators, but all is satisfactory.
