To live as long as I have and it took this long to find a place with an environment that Appreciate And respect you. And they don't really even know you. This place is really awesome and the people in it .especially the staff.

I like the location . Very convenient go anywhere . And the community quite , the neighbors so nice ?I am so glad I can enjoy my senior year in such environment .of course this apartment have something to improve . Poor management and maintenance staffs. Multiple leaking happened in my unit and they always temporary fixed and never repair properly. Leaking happens again and they still cant figure out how to fix it. Total chaos

Too slow to response to your request on maintenance jobs, replace the pest control people, we are here for almost ten years and we are requesting for a replacement of the carpet but they don't want to unless it's all rotten since we can't clean it anymore. They are always in favor of the management instead of the senior citizens living in the apartment unlike in first management.

Okay so far, everyone for the most part is curtious and polite. The one problem I encounter is the standing water in the parking structure when then sprinklers go off and the water sits there in some areas for days and making it hard to get to your car sometimes.

Security team and front desk helper are acknowledged, rule, regulation, friendly, Compared with other senior apartment in saa a me area, Grand senior plaza is safety, clean, communication, popular services, renter services are good. I thing Grand Senior Plaza is best one in same area apartments.

Awful place for your loved one

Management has been awful to my mom. She is in constant fear of them. She struggles with reading/writing/speaking English and they will only speak with me if I have a POA. They have also not offered an alternative to their Reasonable accommodation policy for people who struggle with English. Please, don’t bring your parent here or if they are here and you think the management is treating them unfairly call the tenants rights center or report it to the DFEH

Satisfied except the place is dirty. Especially carpets, glass doors, etc. No cleaning people on staff; Rugs not vacuum, reception area dirty, no daily follow up for cleaning. Rugs thru out facility beyond reproach.

Please do not open the door while the house is cooking. Qin each tried not to open the door, so as not to affect other residents. The guest's radio was too loud on the TV.; Corridors must be cleaned from time to time.

The buildings are situated in Chinatown, next to the downtown locale. The area is quite quiet. It is an affordable housing and the rent is reasonable, a great help for senior citizens who are living on a fixed income.

Overall is fine, things are in order. During the past a few months, the maintenance department was kind of chaotic, it is normal now. Parking issue seems to be the pain in the neck, that seems to be on its way of improving, don't know how long it takes.

I am a stisfied every things in my unit . Only problam is hard the find up parking lot every day and atomobil big noise(modified muffler) from street (Bunkerhill st.) and EOS gim parking lot also. This kind noise(motorcyle too) all day long with can't Sleep. I hope some one solve it.

My mother, 97 young, moved in this apartment in 1993 with my father who passed away 11years ago . They like this community especially the AltaMed has a facility in this building, provides good services to senior citizens. The only complain they have is that when their children come to visit (all their children live outside of Ca state) their children couldn't get a temporary parking spot in the night to allow their children to stay with them over night.

It is a wonderful establishment one I highly recommend. Professionally managed with maintenance done quickly and efficiently. Downtown is close by for shopping or walks to experience all it has to offer.

It's great place. The staffs are very nice and helpful and the complex has 24 hour onsite security and assistance. The Maintenance team is very responsive to work order request. Only down side is it's not close to any convent store or doctors.

The community is fine. The apartment is fine also. The plumbing problem is both dangerous and inconvenient, however. It hasn't always been this way. But, in the last year it has become a huge problem.
