It is really nice, it's not far from downtown, or the other place I was staying,the bus stop is right down the hill and it's easy to catch a bus and i really like it here it's certainly a good place to live

I got no problem in this place. I feel safe in this community.The staff are helpful and courteous. I will recommend this place to anyone all the time, I know this is an old place and will be needing repairs. The management see to it that the they notify the resident in a timely manner so they could prepare the necessary things before the crew starts working.

Beautiful senior complex and apartments. Spacious, clean, quiet, gated. Very reasonably priced. Friendly, responsive, and professional staff. Friendly residents. Good location near public transportation, shopping, public library, bank branches, etc.

Just want to talk about the carpeting on my floor. It is awful! (Coming apart, particularly in front of my door and others, huge spots, terrible looking spot outside staff door. Carpet has never been changed! Parking for visitors is awful (300 apartments and 10 parking places downstairs and 7 one hour parking upstairs). During weekends family and friends can't find parking.

I moved here because of the location. It was close to my church, the art museums, opera house and more. There is an Alta Med Clinic, restaurants, and even a 7-11. on the lowel. But, the office management really care about the tenants and the upkeep of the property.

It is peaceful place to live. I enjoy it. We used to enjoy playing pingpong, dancing with the members in the community room before covid19 broke out. I hope to have the community room reopened as soon as possible.

It's a quite safe community to live in. There are grocery stores, doctor clinics around the neighborhood, easy to get to. It's near public transportation which I find helpful because I get around by bus.

I love this apartment complex & this neighborhood. Staff is responsive. Residents are nice & quiet. Neighborhood feels safe although definitely city. Handy fast food. Grounds and common areas are maintained.

Actually I love this community. There were a few mishaps here and there...but all in all...this is an excellent community. I think a Yoga Class for the non-Asian population would be great!!! I believe and do see Tai-Che classes for the Asian population. Arthritis classes for the Seniors in our community would also be great. There is a large community room...which appears to be just sitting there. Let's get some Yoga classes going for the Seniors!!!! Let's get some arthrisis classes also going for the Seniors!!!

Till we speak, wearied things goes at night. Some people are not supposed to be in the premises and they are there. Some start working in the premisses without notiffying the manager. I need to talk to somebody or the owner etc. this is a joke.

Almost everything is OK, Manager and assistant Manager are very good; but... parking space. The property should have more parking space. We rent 2-bed apts but until now we have not have any parking space. We must park on street and get 2...tickets.

So far this is a very satisfying experience. The unit itself is comfortable, very convenient and well maintained. The elevators operate fairly quickly and reliably. Staff is always polite and helpful. The amenities all work too, heat, and a/c very good.
