Community has nice amenities and friendly leasing staff. Apartment was given to me generally clean but with a number of issues, some of which still haven't been fixed. Noise is an issue both inside and outside the apartment, and the surrounding area isn't great. Doesn't seem to justify the luxury price tag.

Staff also confirmed there is ZERO soundproofing throughout the entire building as it was too expensive, so you won’t sleep! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS HELL HOLE! Slowly my appeal for the location is dropping. Due to the neighbors or outside thieves stealing packages from the delivery room. The packages are left on the floor, prompting neighbors or thieves to steal packages. Maintenance people do an excellent job of cleaning the apartments. Seems like the caliber of residents coming in are lowered these days due to the thefts. Happy that the hot water came back to work. took about a 30 hours for the hot water to be repaired. Had to take a cold shower and to go work in the morning. but it's all fixed and i'm grateful for that

My $100k truck had been stolen at my assigned parking spot in the garage around 10:30 in the morning. My electricity bill had increased from the usual under $60 to almost $700 for the past month. Some of my neighbors in my floor corner had been billed over $1k and we are forced to pay this absurd amount or else be evicted. The staff keep asking me if my usage pattern had changed and asked if I run the air conditioner too frequent. It takes common knowledge that no matter how my usage is, even I do it like the Kardashians, this 2b2b apartment cannot use over $600 of electricity in a month. Staff definitely to be better trained. Some need to learn to read the columns in a ledger. And others need to learn to provide service respectfully as they are paid to do it.

I find that the management company doesn't manage the property well - doesn't give the property enough personnel or resources to effectively maintain a high bar of excellence for the living experience. Dogs are constantly in amenity spaces, urinating and defecating in public spaces, utility bills and random charges are constantly popping up, crime/stolen property is rampant with no accountability due to lack of cameras... it's exhausting.

Dream come true for me, I love the full gym and pool, I’ve been able to get back into swimming. The community is friendly and inviting. I’ve always felt welcomed and taken care of by the staff. The resident services manager goes above and beyond he really cares. Everyone does, come join us it’s been awesome.

It would be bad poor management high prices. Once you sign they forget about everything they promised. Buildings were thrown together. Janky appliances and home literally falls apart. Had door almost fall on my dog. Currently hvac is pouring water from my ceiling if I turn air on. Save your money go elsewhere

I think Vox has a good and convenient environment to live in and is very pet friendly. Service from the staff is always good. I am very happy to live in Vox for almost two years. The only issue I have is I hope the third floor can be cleaned more often since I always see a lot of dog pooh not picked up by people and that is kind of annoying. Except that, I love living in Vox.

Terrible attention to residents. From maintenance requests to parking situations to packages fore alarms and cleanliness all needs improvement. Resident management non responsive to residents, have no idea what their role entails is or why they lack communication with residents. Unfulfilled promises of upgrading requests to “high priority” whatever that means.

Great experience, the staff is attentive. I would recommend the community to friends and family. The only downside is the window treatments. People can look into your apartment. I love the community and plan to stay for a while. Also when there are possible threats to the tenants more information should be revealed.

This place is dirty and poorly managed. fire alarms go off all the time. residents let their pets piss and crap in public places so it smells like a toilet or you have to step over it in the elevator. if you want to live like this, then this is your place.

I wouldn't recommend living in this apartment building. I've never experienced a management staff that is so careless about their jobs. Every single thing that we need is a huge fight to get accomplished and filled with countless errors and issues on their part that we are then forced to rectify. The amenities are nice but it does not make up for the general lack of professionalism of the management team.

My time at the apartment has been poor. There is a lack of urgency and responsiveness from leasing and management. There is poor security. There is constant fire alarms. There is dog defecation and puddles of dog urine all over the building.

Just a lack of care from the management after you sign your lease. A shame to see dogs peeing everywhere. Their is no enforcement so entitled guest take advantage of common areas. Personal trainers take advantage as if its their business and not a community gym. No matter what management does nothing.

Please do not lease here! There are so many problems management handles poorly. Here are just a few: They make promises at time of leasing they don't fulfill, for example, charging for the use of some amenities when we were told they would be free. There is no free guest parking. Fire alarms frequently go off in the middle of the night. Trash accumulates in the chutes and is left there for days. Loud, dangerous street takeovers right at the corner happen just about every Friday and Sunday night. Packages are lost. Mold growing from the a/c vent. A safety concern involving a violent tenant was poorly handled.

I am fortunate to live in the one building in the complex that seems to experience less violence and resident disrespect of common property, but it is off-putting to witness ongoing LAPD call outs (last Friday 9 x police vehicles responded to an armed trespasser incident). The property itself is not secure. Unhoused people break in often, resident property is constantly stolen. Constant pet owners allow their pets to urinate and poop all over common spaces including carpeted areas.

Overall the community is understaffed. The front desk hardly answers the phones, packages are lost. The system for oversized packages is disorganized. Lauren is a TERRIBLE manager and is rude to tenants. Staff does not address the dogs constantly peeing in elevators, common areas, landscaping etc. Overall poor management

Vox community has some super amazing amenities including 2 well maintained pools, fantastic new age Gym, well maintained Community Rooms and even a Screening and Recording Room. We moved into a beautiful and spacious apartments and very happy with the Community.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is fools gold. Robert from leasing will show you around and tell you multiple lies and avoid all the poop and pee in the hallways. He won’t tell you that you won’t be able to sleep cause the walls are so thin and that the fire alarm goes off a few times a week in the middle of the night. The dangerous people that enter this building like the resident that tried to kill a few other residents and the homeless people that attempt to enter units or leave needles and cigarette butts in the stairs. Overall this is a terrible place to live and for the price pretty anything in LA would be better.
