WORST GREYSTAR PROPERTY OUT THERE!!!
WORST GREYSATR PROPERTY OUT THERE!!! I have been living here for almost a year now and at first, the property was amazing but then the best resident staff members left... now no one here helps out. Greystar management pushes all the problems to the front desk and none of them except Vince look like they wanna be there. There's no hospitality whatsoever and no warm feeling. Other than Vince, he usually does everything he can. It's also funny how they say it’s a no-smoking property but the Senior Community manager "Lauren Guastavino", always vapes on the property. I have seen it go on for a year now... Not to mention that she's really rude. The other managers don't seem too friendly either. If you're here to look to see if the fire alarm is fixed... It's not. Security just goes on their phones at night and doesn't really pay attention. I have seen suspicious people in the resident parking lot multiple times. Also been notified by staff members that there have been a lot of break-ins (Multiple cop cars have been in and out this building gathering information). To be honest i'm not surprised because of how unorganized the staff is. But I am worried about my own personal safety. All my friends that also leased the building all left and didn't renew. I won't be renewing... I have lost multiple packages with their package system. Not the parcel pending locker system but their mailroom. Only to find out that they missed placed it. Their mailroom is a complete mess. I feel like my packages are going to be missing or stolen because the package room looks really easy to break in to. Greystar puts all the responsibility to the front desk to deal with it. Not to mention that the front desk is a different company than greystar. This building used to have really nice resident events with food, drinks, and entertainment. but since the best resident staff members left its just went down hill. Parking is horrendous, if you have friends that come over they will have to pay for parking. ($20 overnight) For resident parking there is no EV parking and I have been here for almost a year and still nothing. I have literally seen teslas parked in some random place in the parking lot just to plug their charger in some outlet they found. They also have no organized way for marking your parking space. They forget that they gave you parking sometimes and give your space to someone else. Motorcycles are parked in weird places. Rental price is so expensive just for a horrendous experience. Dont waste your time. If you are thinking about living here, dont be fooled by the pictures. This place is now getting crowed and the building is only focused on filling the place up just to sell it not the residents. Go to and you can see that is the only objective for their ownership.

Dirty, from the elevators to the hallway carpet and and even in my brand new unit that no one was supposed to have lived in before me… dirty… someone had so obviously used the appliances before, but they wouldn’t acknowledge it, just cleaned it up

The yelp reviews describe it better than I could. I thought about terminating my lease early. I don't feel super safe here with all the intruders, car break ins, street takeover, drug usage outside the building .... and also I feel like they engaged in false advertising saying this is culver city and that they would have a fully equipped recording studio.

Turn the other way! “Center of LA” and yet they don’t offer any parking for guests. Really disappointed so far and it’s only been 6 months. The staff, feel as if they are there to support but ultimately, they will delay projects or completely forget.

Rob and Natalie are fantastic! Very helpful and genuine folks that care about your experience. Overall, I would recommend. I think it is tough with a new building opening, especially one this large. Sometimes things are out of staff control.

This is one of the safest apartment and community and all the staffs are very courtesies. Plenty of outdoor activity & spacious gym. The whole food market is within the promises which is very helpful. However, if someone is looking for a good public school district then this location may not qualify. Rest all nearby within 2/3 miles.

Honestly, the people in this building are unkind, selfish and rude. They refuse to breakdown their boxes. I saw someone put a pizza box in the garbage can near the elevators in the garage. Instead of taking it to the recycle center, he shoved it into that garbage can so no one else could put garbage in that can. My neighbor continues to put trash outside of his door. Lazy and nasty. The parking garage is dangerous because resident speed for no reason. The exit between Vox, Arc and the whole foods traffic is not patrolled properly an accident is going to happen. People continue to sit their cars near the garage entrances which is dangerous. The people in this community are selfish and unkind and its a danger to me.

Thank you Matt, Lauren, Asellmo, and all the wonderful porters who work so hard to try and keep this community running smoothly. Yes, we were promised the moon and believed. But the reality is that luxury living has turned out to be a lot more difficult to achieve than everyone thought. However, I do love my beautiful apartment and am extremely grateful to all those who have worked so hard to make sure I continue to do so!

Great modern amenities building. Could do a better job in terms of pets needs (areas for them to run and relieve themselves in). Super nice and professional staff. Good use of technology. Could do better job of developing community via activities.

Very clean and safe and lots of fun activities to do. Loving my first month experience living here. Location is perfect and close to everything in Culver City. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Most of these positive reviews are fake. Management here is incompetent and negligent - this place is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. They will lie to your face and once you sign the lease, they don't care about you. Everything about this place is a fake front. They will never deliver on a single promise they make to you during your tour. If you have an electric vehicle, good luck charging your car. They've been promising chargers since DECEMBER, and continue to promise prospective residents that these chargers are coming. Knowing how terrible management is, I'm pretty sure these chargers never going to be installed. Read all the negative reviews on trusted sites before making the decision to live here.

Beautiful facilities, quiet, clean apartments, awesome views. Variety of amenities to enjoy! Very professional staff, close to Santa Monica Pier and so much more to enjoy. Super recommended specially if you are new in the area you will feel at home.

So far after two weeks my experience has been great. My apartment has a good layout, view and price. The finishings in every room except bathroom are up to my standards and I love that I have so many windows to open and enjoy the beautiful California weather. I’ve been able to enjoy the full gym, pools and game room. My only big complaint would be the fire alarm testing but at least they’re courteous enough to stop it at 6pm and try to only have the alarm go off quickly each time they test. Other than that the lack of high water pressure in the shower is frustrating and while an incredibly silly and nit-pick complaint the lack of attention to detail for putting a decent bathroom mirror is annoying. Overall, I’m happy I’m living here though, great place.

Luxury livings, great amenities, and nice staffs! I was really enjoying this apartment :) Also the location is perfect. Whole food market is coming soon, and Target is located near here. Most important thing is management is really responsible to their tenants.

I’m a new resident at VOX. Everyone has been friendly and the move-in mostly seamless. The amenities aren’t completed in full, but there’s a lot coming to look forward to. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live near Westside, the location is perfect and VOX would be a great choice.

the staff is AMAZING! Tamar and Vince are so helpful and nice! They have made my moving experience so much better and myself more comfortable with moving across the country. Anything I have needed help with they immediately address and a friendly smile in a new place goes such a long way!
