Staff is very responsible and quick to act if a situation arises. They keep you informed of what's going on in and around the apartment. Maintenance takes great care and making sure that any repairs are handled in a timely manner. This is quiet and well managed. I highly recommend it.

Nice people pretty cool place to live. Lots of nice neighbors but if rent goes above too high we might have to move. My wife is disabled and I have a lot of bills so things are getting very expensive.

A good place for senior citizens to live. The maintenance is just ok. The staff is top notch. I wish that they would finally replace the hallway floor coverings. The carpets are stained and the vinyl floor is lifting. , then paint the walls!!

I like my apartment, very roomy. The people living here do not obey rules,.such as not smoking on premises, owners not picking up dog stools ,allowing dogs to pee and drop stools in the building and not picking it up. Leaving trash by trash chute instead of putting in chute.

Its ok . People are nice. The staff I nice. The neighborhood is terrific, and we enjoy going for walks. There are stores and parks near the apartment complex. The neighbors in the neighborhood are quite nice as well.

Sufficient maintenance staff, annoying neighbors, frequent elevator problems, annoying small dogs wandering the halls, windows have never worked in the whole building, roof access for some reason was denied in 2024, no reason given

I have a large apartment and nice neighbors. It is a senior community and the staff provides occasional activities including game day, birthday celebrations (monthly) and craft days. I feel safe and secure even when I return home after dark . There is a security guard on patrol in the evening.

I want to change apt to a safer one and was told by Isabela I would have to pay 2400.00 for damage to apt! There is o damage just from daily use! No one checked my apt. It's not been done since 2009. ! No new paint etc.

I am very comfortable in my room however there is Alot of people coming in and out of the building with no reason to be here! Some have been seen sleeping in the laundry rooms and alot of things are getting taken from In front of peoples doors

It has been mixed: I love the location. My neighbors have been very respectful, unlike some neighbors at the property. A lot of drug use, selling of drugs, and alcohol abuse. Management has been stable for the past 3 years or so, and this has been a benefit for the most part. However, major issues don't seem to be addressed.

Rent went up before we moved in, $85! Its in the dungeon where the trash accumilates , so it stinks. Then we have/had a poltergeist that flickers the lights, takes me phone, poured out me body wash between the boxes I have stored, then put the near emtpty container back in me bag with the top on the side.

It's been cool so far since I've lived here. The only problem is on the weekends when all the shady characters come in the building, either to wash clothes or walk up & down the hallways, the problem has slowed down a lot. Sometimes I can hear the neighbors across the street a lot more than before, but I think that's because they're new tenants, but that's normal. Other than that, everything is great.

Unfortunately the rugs are a problem because residents do not take seriously the dogs they have that defecate and urinate in the hallways Is a constant problem on all floors. And the elevators are problematic

Well I wish so?? things change like the air condition on the third floor and the Hall Floors we need more ventilation whatso ever and the staff be more involved with the every day life in the building and the residents

It wonderful now. I mean the crime is down. We have no problems that I know about such as drugs cops here at all times. The real big problem is the carpets on the hallways they are very old. They smell and they to me feel unsanitary. They need to be removed.
