Big Move

I am moving from the East Coast all the to way to Colorado this summer. This will be my first time leaving home which is nerve racking in itself. I have had the pleasure of working with Allyson since I applied to the Camden Flatirons at the end of April. She has made this journey incredible so far and has eased my mind in regards to this big life change. We did a video tour of the grounds, she answered my millions of questions through this process, and is genuinely so sweet! The rest of the staff I have had a pleasure of speaking with when Allyson was out, were incredible as well! I have never experienced such a top notch apartment search journey. I am excited to move out there and can't wait to meet the staff in person!

Great place to live, and great people who work here.

Elyse Cohen of Camden Flatirons, has been the most amazing person to work with. When my wife and I were planning to move to the area because of a job I got hired for, she made the transition and move-in the smoothest I have ever experienced. The apartment was super clean and a good size, especially since we moved into the apartment sight unseen. Thank you Elyse for everything, and being able to work with us.

My interactions with the entire community's staff are always so pleasant. Elyse C. is nothing short of AMAZING. The maintenance staff complete work orders quietly and efficiently. Shout out to the guys plowing me out of my parking spot one morning! The commute for work in Boulder is just minutes away. It's truly been a great place to reside with my daughters and I. Thanks again, Elyse and Camden staff for your service! You are appreciated!

I lived at Flatirons for 3.5 years or so and it was great. Well managed and maintained, great views, nice neighbors. The pool, gym, hot tub, and grills are great amenities. Internet was fast and had great uptime. The location is convenient to the highway, denver, boulder, mall ect. No complaints

To whom it may concern at corporate Camden office, My name is Donnie Herlihy, I live in building six. In my occupation ( construction ) I know how hard it is to find good help, that is professional and efficient and follows the culvert 19 rules. I’m a strong believer in giving that a boys! I would like to talk to you about the Camden team! Please keep in mind I am not related to anybody although you my think so after readying my gratitude statement. I am no related to anybody here in Colorado although my comments you may think they’re my sisters or cousins yet they are not. These young women and men are “ ROCK STARS “ !I have had the pleasure of speaking with Elise many times since she was the woman that rented me my unit. She is also my favorite very professional, very polite and very efficient. She also keeps her word. No matter how big my issue may be or how small. Basically the Camden crew, considers any issue of the upmost importance. The issue is resolved within 48 hours. Elise has helped me on many occasions. Corporate Camden needs to know and appreciate how hard the workers are working with this cooperation especially when they are so outstanding! And it doesn’t stop just with the Elise. I have had the pleasure of working with Evan as well. I had what you would call a pigeon issue. Evan jumped right on this and said we will put up some netting, he assured me that the pigeons would not be able to get in. The maintenance team was due to show up 48 hours later, unfortunately I noticed one pigeon had laid two eggs. I walked to the office and asked Evan if he could postpone the netting installation until pigeon had her babies. 21 days later on my birthday July 30, mama pigeon gave birth to one small tiny baby pigeon. I felt good I feel like a grandpa, don’t get me wrong as soon as that bird flew the coop, I went down to the Camden office to speak with Evan. Evan was not in so I had the pleasure of meeting Samar. What a nice woman. Also Bobby was there as well, they were happy to hear I was a grandpa and assured me that the netting would be installs expeditiously. The very next day Filbert from the maintenance team showed up to install netting. Not only did he install the netting but he removed and washed my fifth floor balcony removing all the droppings that the 45 pigeons left. This gentleman remove the droppings ….. in a professional manner, with a big smile on his face. What an amazing team Camden has. All of these ladies and gentlemen Should be recognized by Camden, that a boys go along way! But so does an extra vacation day or a gift card. This team is always working hard. I wish I had the pleasure of meeting everybody here at Camden but I have not. But I will say this the grounds are kept immaculate. The pool was always warm and always clean. There’s no need to mention the clubhouse or bathrooms how immaculately clean they are kept. Like I said “Rock STARS” ! I just felt it was necessary to let the corporation know what a fine team you have. I think each and everyone of them every time I see them and now I am thinking the corporation! I love living here I love looking at the flat iron mountains. I have recently re-signed my lease for another 14 months. So I’m gonna be around keeping an eye on your team, yet there’s really no need. They always maintain and manage to be courteous, professional and treat everybody with respect. Especially when I walk in that office although I can never see their face if they’re smiling or not because they always have their mascon practicing COVID-19. But I’d like to think they are smiling underneath that mask when they see me. I believe they are. I’m sure they’re all very happy to work here what a great complex and what great ladies and gentlemen you have working for you. Please take the time to read this and understand us and congratulate all the above workers. They always take the extra step. They’re always looking to help you. I am here to rave about the staff because wow!!! Just wow!!! I was in the neighborhood when I got a flat tire near this apartment complex. As I struggled on a hot day a few people walked past me until a saint walked towards me. This young lady imeddiately asked me if I was ok and when I filled her in she smiled with her eyes and told me not to worry because she will take care of me. She disappeared for a little bit and then came back with a handful of tools and some drinks. She asked if that’ll get me started with repairs and I told her it was plenty. She told me she needed get some things done but she’ll be back. I watched her walk into the office of the apartment and connected the dots that she worked there. She checked on me often and even offered me her lunch all with the kindest smile. I was in just awe that she was taking care of stranger like that. I asked her if I could go give her boss a good word in the office. She smiled again and said not to worry about that and just to come find her if I need anything. After some asking around I figured out she is the boss- the manager- of the community and her name is Samar. Had I been in search of an apartment I would’ve signed there and then. It’s not frequent that people try do so much good without wanting anything in return not a thank you or even some recognition. Again a saint.

I have lived here for over a year now and it has been my favorite apartment complex so far. Staff is excellent and very caring. The buildings are pretty new and solid. Amenities are fantastic. I plan on living here till I buy a house. Thanks!

The features and amenities here are top notch! Not to mention the incredible staff, my leasing consultant Evan made this by far the easiest and fastest move-in experience I’ve ever had! I couldn’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking even remotely in the area.

I chose Camden Flatirons for a few reasons: the quality of the apartments, the views, the information available on the website, and also because the Leasing Consultants were so friendly and helpful. Elyse Cohen took the time to walk around and show me a bunch of different units that she thought might be a good fit, and Evan Cavallaro streamlined the application. After interacting with them, I felt confident that the rest of the team would be just as good. During a recent intense snowstorm, the maintenance crew worked tirelessly to remove snow and even -- get this -- dug out residents' cars. Phenomenal.

Amazing staff. Elyse, Greg, Evan and Samar are absolutely amazing! The maintenance team is incredible and fast to fix any issues. Literally anything you need they will work to help you asap! I absolutely love living here. Beautiful apartments, I rarely hear any noise, and they go above and beyond. So glad I chose this complex. Will definitely be resigning in July!

The customer service is top notch. From the first time my wife and I came to visit the property in mid-November, the service has been amazing. Several days after our visit Elyse Cohen the Leasing Consultant contacted us about a larger 2bdrm unit that had dropped quite a bit in price. Upon notification, I went and met with her to see the unit and the rest as they say is history. Elyse is amazing and a true asset to the team. As someone who has spent years in the customer service industry, their customer service by the entire staff from the leasing team, management to maintenance is top notch. On top of the service, the properties location is great too because it is right by the intersection of several major thoroughfares, which makes it easy to get places. Another pro is the VIEW! the view of the Rockies from the parts of the property is amazing. I would recommend this place a minute.

Out of all the complexes I've viewed, the Camden team is the first and only to sit down with me and go into depth about the site. Everyone in the leasing office is so kind and engaging. They genuinely want to hear your concerns, give honest feedback and still keep it professional. It's comforting to know that very soon I'll be living with a staff that is so welcoming and seems to truly care about their jobs. The residency is absolutely beautiful and convenient for pet owners, from the elevators to hardwood floors to the doggy grooming station. I instantly fell in love!

I have lived at this community for several years and I can confidently share that this is the best apartment complex in the area. The complex itself is a head turner when you're driving on the highway. I've had friends visiting from Illinois point out the complex and mention how beautiful it is and I'm always proud to say that is home. Besides the community itself what makes Camden stand out is the staff. Since my time there have been a few changes but they've never been anything short of excellent. They are all very personable and nice. A constant for me has been Samar. She has jumped leaps and bounds for me and is so good at getting in touch with me frequently sometimes just to say hi how are you. She is an absolute asset and a big reason for me being here. If you are looking for a place to call home please look no further. This is the place. This is where they will treat you like a brother or sister. Thank you Camden team.

My fiancé and I were in awe at how beautiful the whole community was! The staff is amazing at communicating and have been so accommodating with anything we needed. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, the abundance of parking was a huge plus and the apartment itself was everything we needed and more! I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for luxury living at an amazing price.

This is an update. My wife and I still love living here. The location and amenities are fantastic but what really makes this place special is the staff. They are genuine and great people and also take their jobs seriously when it comes to customer satisfaction. This is the first apartment complex that we've lived in that feels like a home! More recently we have seen a bunch of property updates and new services! Shout out to Samar, Greg and Elyse as well as the rest of the the staff, who always take such good care of us. You truly are the cherry on the top of our experience here.

We've lived here for several years and I don't think we'll be ever moving out. The staff here is better than anywhere I've ever lived at shopped at ate at, the list goes on. I want to specially recognize Samar because she is just so caring and thoughtful from doing things as simple as calling as if she hasn't seen us around to dropping off little surprises to cheer us up on a bad day or just listening as a friend. She's the reason we want to stay here forever. If I could adopt all the staff as my best friends I would do it in a heartbeat and if you've met them I think you would to. Absolutely recommend living here! The property is well kept, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The amenities are top-notch, including a gym that has all the equipment you would want to justify not needing to purchase a corporate gym membership, plus a pool long enough to swim laps in and a large hot tub to relax in afterward. The appliances are exceptional, and parking is underneath the apartments so your car will not be exposed to the weather. You access your apartment by a large elevator in the parking garage, followed by wide hallways. which helps with moving. The door into your apartment is on the inside, which deters criminal activity and escape from the weather when coming and going. The complex is located near a major road, allowing you to get where you need in a timely manner. 5-star complex!!

I have only had a pleasurable experience living at Camden Flatirons. The complex is quiet and always clean thanks to the driven staff and maintenance. Whenever I'm driving to work and I drive by a staff member, they always wave to me with a smile. So sweet! The rooms are so spacious and everything from the bathroom to the kitchen is so luxurious and modern. Another benefit of living here is that it's only a 15-20 minute drive from both Boulder and Denver. So if you have work or school in those places, you can just commute instead of having to pay Boulder/Denver rent prices. Plus, this apartment offers so many amazing amenities that other places could never. I've lived in many other apartments that do not care about their residents at all but this place will exceed your expectations. If you want a high-quality living situation, live here.

You will never find an apartment that is more like a home!! What makes a home a home is the people and I can that the staff is what makes this more than an apartment. The staff goes above and beyond every single day to make us happy from celebrating our milestones to taking care of residents messes. Theyre so attentive and truly the most loving people ive met. The new manager Samar has been such an angel going as far as buying me groceries on her own time when I wasnt well. Its also a beautiful apartment, inside and out from the colorful new flowers to the mountain views and the dog park where I can watch all the dogs play. I cant imagine living anywhere else and its a big thanks to the staff and their leader. Thank you Camden.

I have lived here since early 2019 & have been working closely with Elyse, who has been an incredible resource for my girlfriend and me. She has been extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive to our specific living requirements. I just renewed and moved to another apartment on the property. Elyse was there (every step of the journey) to ensure our transfer went as smoothly as possible. Having lived in apartments across Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, I can honestly say that Elyse and the Camden staff are a pleasure to be around! Furthermore, the apartment layout, structural design, finishes, parking area, amenities, etc. are much nicer than any other property I have lived at! -Steve

I just renewed my lease for another year because I LOVE living here! My neighbors are awesome, the amenities are wonderful and the dog centric mindset of the entire community is awesome!
