This was the absolute worst experience I have had while living in an apartment complex. We were lied to about multiple different things before and during our time at this property. We would quite literally be told one thing by an employee of the office, then a completely different thing by someone else. The worst part of these apartments was that you can hear absolutely everything from the people living above you. I mean every single footstep. We complained to management multiple times about what sounded like thunder coming from above us, and they responded each time by saying that they were doing nothing but walking around. I ended up getting a video of the tenants jumping up and down and dancing in their apartment! Walking!? Yeah right. Community rules are selectively enforced against only some tenants. We were asked to remove our decorative lighting from our balcony, which we did promptly, yet other residents had the same lights and were never asked to remove them. This was after we got the okay from an office employee that we could have the lights up. I could give countless examples of this. Our dog was attacked by another dog at the dog park. There is a reason most complexes don't allow Alaskan Malamutes. This same dog has attacked at least two other dogs that I know about. Management blamed me for the attack! As if my 20lb golden retriever puppy did something wrong! Management refused to even talk to the other dog's owner, even after three separate attacks! Bottom line, don't spend your hard earned money on what only appears to be a nice property.

Very nice community with LOTS of amenities. Leasing staff is very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Josh B. He was very helpful in my leasing process. He answered my numerous emails and questions and was very helpful! I had one repair that was needed upon move in and the maintenance team was prompt in getting the repair completed. They left a notice on my counter that they had entered my unit and what repairs were made. My one surprise has been the noise (or lack thereof). I moved into a unit where I live below someone. I was surprised by how little noise I hear from the above unit as well as the units beside me. The property in general is very quiet. My patio also looks out over the pool area. Of course, there is noise that comes from the pool, but only what would be expected. I have enjoyed my stay so far and would recommend you check it out!

Renter beware! My roommate and I toured Camden Flatirons and decided to move. We went through the process, and as we got our keys, we found out much of the information provided at the tour was incorrect. Specifically, Camden does not guarantee garage parking in their units. In fact, they only have garage parking for roughly 85% of their units. In our case, we had a motorcycle that can easily live in front of our car, and that we wanted in the garage. We specifically asked about this on the tour and were assured this was no problem. In reality, we were assured that parking a motorcycle in front of a car was not acceptable because it was considered saving a spot, and that the motorcycle would be towed. Further, we were told that this has become a problem at the complex as construction has completed, and that there tow trucks patrolling 24/7 waiting to tow cars. We were even assured that two other tenants had previously broken lease because of the motorcycle issue. Trying to resolve the situation, we asked what other options there were for us - motorcycle parking spots, rental spots, etc. The only option, we were told, was to rent a carport, or a garage spot. The carport was not an acceptable solution for us, and the garage spot was $100/month additional. No discount was offered on this price to try to resolve the situation. We really had no choice but to find another place to live. Camden truly put us in a difficult situation, as we had 48 hours to move before we were homeless. Joshua did his very best to handle the situation professionally, but it quickly became apparent he had no authority to resolve the situation. Because it was a holiday weekend, the property manager was unavailable and the assistant manager stated she was not empowered to resolve our issues; we had to leave without any affirmation that we would be able to get a refund for our application and administration fees because "in the entirety of the Camden organization, no one was available with the authority to make the decision on a Saturday afternoon." To be clear, Camden DID NOT take any responsibility for their misinformation, nor did they acknowledge the very bad situation they created for us. Even after the manager returned the following week, she never personally reached out to us to see if we had resolved our situation, nor did she communicate any apology. Instead, she had Joshua call to inform us that she could refund only our administrative fee, but our application fee (2x $50) would not be returned. The management team at Camden was truly disappointing. Lack of training, lack of authority, and lack of accountability appeared to be an acceptable standard at this facility. I am so happy that I didn't end up in this clearly corporate place that puts their profit ahead of their residents. While not being refunded our $100 application fee is incredibly frustrating, I can only feel like that would only have been the tip of the iceberg had I actually moved into that environment.

What can I say about Camden Flatirons. Joshua and the rest of the leasing staff are wonderful. They made the entire process so effortless and stressfree. From showing the gorgeous units to all the amenities that Camden has to offer. It all has far exceeded our expectations. We were able to do most if all the paperwork on line even pay our rent. The area in which Camden is situated is ideal. The fwy in close proximity along with shops and restaurants. We are loving everything about Camden. Come and see for yourself.
