I feel blessed to live at Camden Flatirons. Not only are the units and entire property extremely luxurious, but the staff here are some of the most kind and hospitable people. The amenities here are top notch from the huge pool and grill area, to the business center, to the bark park. This is the first apartment complex I have lived in where it genuinely feels like a community. I want to give a special shoutout to Elyse in Leasing, Joe in maintenance, and Samar in management. Like I said before all of the staff here are some of the most kind hearted people I've met, but these 3 are constantly going above and beyond to put a smile on the residents faces. Your hard work and dedication to the Camden Flatirons Family certainly doesn't ever go unnoticed! Looking forward to another year at Camden Flatirons.

From inattentive management to poorly-constructed buildings, there are far too many reasons we have been quite disappointed with our time here. Then, there's the crime. Theft from cars. Stolen motorcycles. Burglary (which resulted in the theft of firearms on at least one occasion). There is a serious ongoing crime problem and little is being done.

A+, highly recommended Camden Flatiron is a quality apartment with highly professional service and family-like community. We moved here three years ago and have been very happy and satisfied about the cleanliness of the place, professionalism of the leasing office, and fast response of the maintenance team. Manager Samar Anderson and her leasing and maintenance team, Elyse Cohening, Adam Lindeman, Aryel Marquez, Jesus Flores, Joseph Steele, Andrew Kline, Anthony Spence, and Greg Jones did an excellent job in taking care of us. Working at a leasing office is not a routine job as it appears to be, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. These essential workers put countless hours to keep this community safe, exposing themselves to the uncertainties so that the neighborhood does not have to. Respect to them.

I have enjoyed my two years and seven months at Camden flatirons. The complex is really clean and and it's very quiet. The apartments are nice with top of the line fixtures. I can't say enough about the staff of Camden. They are courteous and quick to respond to any need or problem you have. The maintenance team is awsome and they are super nice and take care of any issues right away. The office staff is awsome and super nice and pleasant to talk to. Thank you Camden for a wonderful living experience.

There was the annual holiday party not long ago, food was delicious, drinks were great, the loving environment is nice to be around but the staff here is amazing and always take care of their residents, Kara Huzl, always makes sure to keep a smile on everyones face no matter the time or day, its always much appreciated, thank you so much time after time!

I've worked for Camden for 8 years now and have lived at 3 Camden communities, currently Camden Flatirons. Living at a Camden community gives me peace of mind because I know that everyone working there actually loves their job! I leased my apartment sight unseen, but the leasing team stayed in touch with me every step of the way. They even left a very useful "move in gift" in my apartment! My apartment is quiet, the dog park is awesome, plenty of parking throughout, and the community is always kept very clean! I'm grateful for the Flatirons Team, they are all rockstars!

We've been living here almost nine months now and it has been a great experience!! The office staff are friendly, inviting and are involved in making this a true community. We've never had any serious issues, but any concerns we've had, we can just go to the office and mention it and the office staff make sure it gets handled. The maintenance staff are also amazing!!! After barn swallow nesting this spring, they not only pressure washed our porch to get rid of all the bird poo, they also put up netting so the birds wouldn't be able to come back!! The community spaces and grounds are well-kept and clean every time we use them (from the gym to the pool to the mail room). Overall, just an excellent community to call home!

I have been living at the Camden Flatirons Apartments for a little over a month now and I have no complaints. I enjoy the accessibility of all the amenities available to you here. The staff is friendly and approachable. The community is clean, and smoke free which is a huge plus! I wouldn't pass up living here at the Camden Flatirons.

We've enjoyed our 6 mos living here. Definitely a great community. Lots of interaction between staff and residents. Fun nights with food trucks at the club house are a plus! Very pet friendly as well. Great communication with the office staff. Shout out to Monika, who is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. It's the little things that stand out that make this place 5 stars. For example.. Today, I went on a walk for the first time since I had my back surgery last week and I ran into one of our Maintenance men and he was so friendly and chatted for a minute and then said if there was anything I needed to let them know.. that's just the above and beyond type of customer service that makes this place to stand out. Very grateful we chose Camden for our first Colorado "home"!

Living at Camden for the past year and a half has been an absolute pleasure! Let me start with the leasing office. I have to give a big shout out to Elyse, my fabulous leasing agent. I was sold after one tour from Elyse. Elyse is the type of person that lights up the room when she walks in. She genuinely cares about each resident, and I was sold on Camden after one tour with her. All the other ladies in the leasing office are wonderful and I have never had an unpleasant interaction. The maintenance team: A++!!! I locked myself out of my apartment and Alan, the manager, came around 10:30 at night from home to let me in. And let me tell you, he was nothing by smiles even though I made him come in the middle of the night. If you have any service requests they are responded to and fixed within 24 hours. The property is maintained nicely. If it snows, you don't have to worry about getting to work in the morning because they are usually here before 6am to plow the roads and sidewalks. I am so sad to be leaving Camden. I wish I could call them home forever. Take advantage of my open apartment by signing a lease today!

I researched and looked at dozens of aptmnt complexes in Broomfield/Lafayette/Superior/Westminister/Northglenn area, as I work in Boulder, and I couldn't have picked a better place to live! I love it here! I wished to be a bit secluded with amazing views, but also near local attractions, and Camden Flatirons provides just that. Easy to get to/from highway without dealing with traffic. It's quiet, clean, buildings and interior have a design for comfort, and provides many wonderful amenities a resident could want (I was most excited about the pool, large dog park/bath, & firepit)! My friends also love it here when they visit! But what separates Camden Flatirons is its staff, who go above and beyond! As an example, while I was moving in, new carpet was still being installed in my aptmnt, so Camden monitarily compensated me and the maintenance team stayed late past hours to help put my furniture together, move big pieces, & clean my apartment again due to the inconvenience! The staff are always offering events/food trucks to create a more inclusive neighborhood complex-- they even hand out breakfast/treats at the gate in the early mornings sometimes! They're impressively amazing, and honestly better/more effective than what I hear from friends living in nearby aptmnt complexes.

My spouse and I lived at Camden for nearly a year- and it would have been much longer if we didn't have to relocate for family obligations! I cannot say enough great things about this property. The staff are amazing, they always made us feel right at home, and when we had to leave suddenly they were very understanding and made it as painless as possible! The unit itself was wonderful! Spacious, lots of storage, large appliances. I loved the tall ceilings, and the garden tub made me feel like a princess. The one time we had to call maintenance, they were quick, efficient, and friendly! During snowy times, the sidewalks are plowed regularly, and it is so nice to be able to have parking under the building. The hot tub is a nice retreat year round, and the pool is GORGEOUS when the weather is right. In addition to the staff being so friendly, they always have something for the residents to look forward to! Anything from food trucks to a superbowl party with free pizza. Many opportunities to have fun with your neighbors! I'm sad to be leaving Camden, and would highly suggest living there to anyone- it's a wonderful place to call home!

This apartment complex is the only real "luxury" apartment complex I have found in the Denver/Boulder area. Everything is high quality with impeccable design. The high end stainless steel appliances make life so much easier compared to other apartments I have lived in previously. The staff make an effort to get to know every resident, despite having over 400 units in the complex. They make it such an exciting place for my dog to live, he gets very excited whenever I ask if he wants to go to the community center. And when I don't bring him into the community center, I always have employees asking where my dog is saying that they miss him. It's definitely a place where I feel at home, which is hard to say about an apartment. Plus I know I'm always safe in this community from the gated entrance to the pre-wired security systems that each unit has.

Hi! My name is Farley and I'm the lucky dog that got to call Camden my home! I love when the maintenance guys play with me and give me pets! I am ALWAYS guaranteed extra love from the girls in the office; they are my favorite!! They even put out a Treat Bar just for us! My favorite spot in the whole community is the Bark Park! I get to play with all of my friends and do so many sniffs!!! When we first moved here, I was a little scared and sad to be alone when my humans went to work, but the community was very understanding and even gave my owners ideas to help me get more comfortable in my new home! I have been living at the Camden, Flatirons property since Dec 2017. I absolutely love it and couldn't be happier! The staff in the office feels like "family." They're very friendly, caring, kind and willing to address concerns quickly and to your satisfaction. The maintenance crew is first class as well. I've called them for a couple of minor needs and they're quick to respond and have resolved things quickly. Cleanliness, safety and quiet are very important attributes I looked for and found with Camden. I've lived in 2 buildings on campus and have met a lot of wonderful people and have found that neighbors look out for one another. The dog park is my dog's favorite space and I've enjoyed it as well. My dog is only 9 pounds and she is sometimes afraid of the bigger dogs. I've found most people are very considerate of one another, as well as show and express concern for how dogs interact....It's been a positive experience. If you're looking for an apartment experience that feels like a "home," then look no further. This is a wonderful, caring community that has a lot to offer.

My husband and I have lived in this community for 2 1/2 years and we are so happy we chose this place! The apartments and amenities are beautiful and clean. The staff is incredible and very friendly. Any maintanence issue we have had has been resolved right away by the great maintenance crew. The workout area is pretty good for an apartment complex with adequate equipment to get a good workout and the pool/hot tub are nice. There are fun community events that Camden hosts often including having food trucks & contests. Pet friendly. We don't have pets, but it seems that most everyone else does :). We are on the top floor and we haven't had any issues with noise, we never hear our neighbors next to us. Definitely recommend.

The place is beautiful, clean and peaceful and good neighbors. You can have a hot cocoa or a coffee in the business center or stay and play pool, poker, play Xbox or just watch tv in front of the fireplace. Beautiful swimming pool. Very friendly office and maintenance staff specially Jesus.

Beware of this complex! Communication is very poor, it's pulling teeth to go get out what is going on. The grounds look horrible with a ton of dead spots throughout grassy area. Parking is not monitored, anyone and everyone parks wherever they want. Residents are expected to police the garage and call in if they don't see placards. Doors are heavy (stairwell and front doors) and slam constantly. Management can be rude and snappy if you complain. This facility is overpriced and not worth your money. Even the old staff are posting reviews on here as if they were residents to give "glowing" reviews. So they are not true residents!!!! Don't believe all that you read on here. Dogs have been attacked (and died) at the dog park by aggressive dogs. Maintenance is quick and friendly and apartments are beautiful, but overall I would not rescommend. Plus there's still people smoking on the grounds and it's suppose to be smoke free.

Camden Flatirons has been a wonderful place to live, for the 2.5 years that I lived there. There are a ton of great places to live, but what really makes living here special is the community and staff. I am the sort to typically keep to myself at past properties, but I've made more friends here than I did back in my college days (between staff and other residents). If I need any assistance from the leasing management team or maintenance, they would take care of any situation quickly - but even more importantly, they are genuinely happy and enthusiastic to help. I have a dog, and honestly, the dog park here is better than having a small backyard to run around in. I got my dog as a puppy while living here, and socializing my pup was as easy as going right outside to find other dogs to play with. I don't want to write an endless wall of text, but I do have one more thing I would like to highlight. The soundproofing in these units is way above average! You can still hear some things, but mostly heavy thuds on the rare occasions; I personally couldn't hear voices or music from other units. So, if you like peace and quiet, but want an apartment over a house, then this is a place you need to consider checking out.

My husband and I moved into Camden as newly arrived to the Us, and we are very pleased with our experience. First - The apartment itself is very comfortable. We found the apartment clean and it very good conditions. It was very surprising to find brand new fridge, washing and drying machine, and that the basic furnishing was already there. Coming from abroad, this is not minor detail. Second - The amenities around the complex are great. The business centre is terrific to do home office; the gym is well equipped and always open; the pool is always clean; the grills are a huge plus. Third - The Community itself is very easy going, and everyone is friendly. Always very good rapport with the staff and among the neighbours. We are happy to have chosen Camden as our first house in Colorado!

Our first apartment since 1990 - we decided to rent for a while as we'd just moved to CO and didn't know much about the area. We weren't sure what to expect and were happy that it ended up being a very positive experience. Nice facility, very attentive and friendly staff, quiet and comfortable apartment. The office staff was just as helpful for the 15 months we lived there as they were when we were shopping/evaluating places. While we'd toured a few places in person, we didn't find Camden Flatirons until we were back home. So we did everything online from choosing a floor plan to completing the application and paying the deposit/fees. Personal touches from the staff like sending us pictures of specific things we wanted to see made it an easier choice to do it all sight unseen. The maintenance crew is excellent as well. Jesus was the first person I met after a 31-hour drive. He could tell I was tired and not quite all there when I pulled up in the moving truck and he came right over and asked what he could do to help. The only negative comments we'd have about living there are so trivial that they didn't impact our overall satisfaction and frankly, are more related to hundreds of people living in close proximity more than they are related to the place or the staff. They bill themselves as dog-friendly - and they certainly are - there are lots of dogs living there. The onsite dog park was enjoyable and appreciated. After so many years of owning our own home, it could have been a nightmare to go back to apartment living so we're grateful to have found a place we were so comfortable. We ended up buying a townhouse but had we decided to continue living in an apartment, we would have stayed at Camden for sure.
