My fiance and I moved into Camden about a month ago, and we could not be more pleased with our experience! First- THE STAFF! The staff here are absolutely incredible. When we were doing our apartment hunting, Elyse gave us her undivided attention, answered all of our questions, and was so patient when we requested to see three different layouts. She worked with us all through the moving process and we received nothing short of wonderful service from her (and the other staff as well). Second- our hot water stopped working and we came home from work to a cold shower. We called the maintenance line and someone was out and had it fixed under an hour! It was the quickest maintenance fix I've ever seen. Third- the apartment itself is wonderful. The bathtub is ENORMOUS, we love all the cabinet space in the kitchen, and I LIVE for all the natural light our unit brings in. Finally- the amenities in this complex are wonderful. I've been able to use the gym at any hour that works for me, the pool is always clean, and the clubhouse is a very comfortable space to chill. We love calling Camden home, and we look forward to staying for a long time!

The staff at Camden Flatirons are the best in the industry. Anytime you visit the office you'll be greeted with a smiling face and someone excited to help you. The maintenance team responds to maintenance request within 2 days or less and they are always polite. The property is beautiful and very pet friendly! There is a huge dog bark, gorgeous pool, hot tub and outdoor grills. It's worth stopping by the office for a great cup of coffee and maybe a workout if you're in to that. Hands down the best property around and worth checking out!

I lived at Camden for 3.5 years and loved it! I was in Building 3, and the Camden team was always very attentive and kept the entire community in the loop about updates, ongoing projects or things to be aware of. The apartments are pretty brand new and were built well. I didn't have any issues with hearing the folks above or below me, and everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend!

Elyse Cohen is wonderful to work with. She is so warm and personable, and she went out of her way to accommodate us during our leasing process. Our apartment is clean and beautiful. We love all the modern features and the decor. The taupe woodwork is awesome! We are already taking advantage of the fitness center and the business center, and we look forward to enjoying the pool area this summer. The walking opportunities just outside the complex are endless, with nice sidewalks and gorgeous mountain views.

*** If SMOKE of any kind (cigrette, marijuana and god knows what) bothers you avoid this place *** *** this place is marketed as smoke free but it is NOOOOOT at all *** *** don’t bet on your HEALTH you can be in our shoes if you move here*** *** we re extremely unhappy and don’t enjoy this place at all *** *** why would the people in the office care they don’t have to smell what I smell and spend all days very tense, as long as they sit in the nice office ???? *** It has been 6 days and I made the 6th complaint I haven’t even been here a complete week and this issue is what I ve been busy with for most of the time, I should be enjoying this place but instead bcos of selfish people who smoke here my time and happiness is taken away and eventually my life quality is lowered. Management is rude and not willing to listen Not able to investigate things properly.(not willing I should say) Instead of making other residents to quit smoking I was also offered to be able to move out oh really? Thanks. Management gets ZERO stars for the way they handled this matter(she doesn’t even know how to apologize because I’m not getting my money’s WORTH) They contradict themselves all the time in how they communicate to me regarding this issue. Property manager told me she’s been here 1 month and not aware of problems like these. Reading yelp reviews might help. This is a non smoking place and that’s why I came here , and I was assured smoking is banned here u can’t smoke here smokers will be evicted bla bla were lied weren’t we? This is my 4th night and all I smell is cigrette and sometimes marijuana. Complained 4 times in 4 days and nothing done to stop the smoking Clearly mgmt aren’t doingg their job but they know how to lie and lure ppl like me to this place full of smoked.

I moved into the Camden Flatirons last Fall and have been very happy with this location. The leasing office is very welcoming and have answered any question that I may have. The grounds are well kept and quiet. I would definitely recommend the Camden Flatirons to anyone looking for a new home.

I have been part of the Broomfield/Superior Market apartment rental community for the past 10 years. I have lived at some of the markets newer apartments for 1-2 yrs and have had different experiences at each community. I have lived here at Camden Flatirons for the past 3-1/2 years. From my honest perspective I know that the Camden Flatirons Community and the facilities are the best providers in the Broomfield/Superior marketplace. Quality location, excellent amenities, great floor plans and layouts and most importantly in this day and age very effective communication via "Camden Community" web portal. For all of the people who have to commute to Denver/Boulder you are15 miles to Denver CBD and 15 miles to Boulder. I am appreciative of the Maintenance and Office Staff who take the time to make sure that all my requests are handled in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new apartment community I would first suggest 'Camden Flatirons' and or any of the communities throughout the US. My fiance and I have lived at Camden Flatirons for almost a year and could not be happier with the community, their responsiveness, and beautiful apartments. Camden makes renters feel like they are valued and heard whenever there are any concerns or questions. I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout my adult life and have never been happier than I have been with Camden. After my 3 month old puppy was attacked in another town, Camden provided our Benny with a basket full of toys, treats and care products to help with his recovery. If that is not evidence of a caring staff and community, I don't know what is. My fiance and I have very high standards when it comes to where we live and I have yet to find anything to really complain about. If you are looking for a professional, safe, clean, and beautiful community, Camden Flatirons is for you! We get to enjoy nightly beautiful sunsets over the Flatirons Mountains on our balcony and have no plans on leaving for the foreseeable future.

Over the past few years many people have moved into the state of Colorado to follow dreams, to pursue life or to just start again someplace new. I too made the move from another state that I lived in for over thirty years to Colorado so I know firsthand the fears and worries of the unknown that come with such a change. I was also a home owner prior to moving to Colorado and haven't lived in an apartment for the last thirteen years, so the thought of moving back into an apartment was a huge concern for me. I made a special trip to Colorado from Texas to do some apartment hunting and I can tell you that for me, finding Camden Flatirons was finding home. With the surge in population happening at the time in Colorado there were several very nice apartment communities to choose from (and many more now) but the difference for me was the staff I met hear at Camden Flatirons. Specifically, Heather Rogers was and is a welcoming and reassuring face, that when I first met her she made me feel as if all my fears and concerns about my move and more importantly choosing a new home were empathized with completely. Not only Heather but it was the entire staff that made me feel welcomed from the very beginning and they all made every effort to make Camden feel like a home, as opposed to other communities interested in just trying to "fill a vacancy." After the experience of my first visit with the staff of Camden Flatirons, touring the property, seeing my future apartment, my search for home was over! The location is great and the team at Camden Flatirons has never failed to deliver on my needs as a now three and half year resident! I highly recommend that you come visit Camden Flatirons and meet the staff that will surely great you with a welcoming smile and a genuine heart to serve! Additionally, the gym on the property far exceeded my expectations and the coffee (espresso for me) is amazing which makes each visit to the office/clubhouse even better! Jeff Leva

I have lived her since July 2017. What a great management and maintenance team, fantastic location, and relaxing place to call home (for a short term, anyway). From their pet friendly grounds, to the great entertainment and recreational spaces, and thoughtful-accommodating staff, I am really happy with my choice to live here.

Over the years, I've lived at 4 different Camden properties (NC, TX, & CO) and toured over a dozen others. While each property is obviously different regarding character, location, amenities, etc., there is one resounding and remarkable trait shared by each and every Camden community: the care and compassion of the staff. I've compared other apartment companies and have been sold on Camden's customer service for years now. The main thing I want in my home community is peace of mind; to not have to worry about anything because I know I will be taken care of quickly and attentively should something go awry. I stress all day at work so when I come home I don't want to do it anymore, and Camden consistently provides that peace of mind no matter where I go. And always with a smile on their face, too. Maintenance repairs are always finished before I even get home the same day I put in the service request. Should some sort of common area repair/upgrade be needed at the property, I'm always kept in communication by the management to include their recommended alternatives or routes around the work as well as a timeline of completion. If there's an instance where an amenity will be inaccessible for a while, they have even provided access to their nearby sister Camden properties so I could use their pool/gym/etc. When I walk into the management office, I'm always made to feel like I'm priority numero uno, right then and there. Not to mention, the resident events they hold every few weeks are great and they remember your name when they see you. Camden Flatirons is no exception to this fundamental Camden theme, and thus far have made my home away from home feel just like that... home.

Camden Flatirons is my favorite community to live in! The staff is amazing and so friendly. The maintenance crew is fast and shows up on a Sunday for a no emergency. And this morning the staff was handing out a bagged breakfast as residents drove out. Plus, it's just a beautiful community and location. Love it here!

I love living here! Not sure what all these negative reviews are, but they are not true. Giving a 60 day notice is standard so if you read your lease, you won't have any issues. I have lived here for over a year and a half and just renewed my lease. Heather is an awesome community manager and her staff is amazing! Alan and his maintenance team are great! They get requests done within 24 hours.The apartments have nice finishes. All the amenities are well maintained from the hot tub/pool to the coffee bar inside the business center. The dog park is huge and they have a dog spa to bathe your dog after they are done playing! I never have an issue with finding a garage parking spot when coming home from work. My dog loves to visit all the girls at the office, they love to play with him and he loves the cookie jar in the entry way. This is by far the best apartment complex I have EVER lived at. I would highly recommend living here.

I would rather live in a cardboard box on 16th Street than ever rent from here. No joke, AVOID this apartment. -Air quality in the units is horrible. Since there is a interior hallway at the unit front door and only windows in the back you will never get a cross-breeze. My asthma has never been so bad. Even when it's under 60 degrees out the apartment is so stuffy we have to run the AC because it won't get under 78 degrees inside. Even open windows with box fans on was no use against the horrible airflow. -The parking regulation enforcement is a waste of your rent money. Yes, your rent is going to pay for them to boot your car if your tag falls off your review mirror onto your dash. Instead of having the company wildly issue boots and fees, how about you give something called a warning. -The are criminal here. Literally. The cops got called because they changed the lock on someone's apartment in Building 6. The person wasn't behind on rent, wasn't in violation. They just changed the locks and locked them out of their unit. The police had to come and force them to change the locks back. -You have to give a 60 day notice to vacate. And once you do, they will want to immediately inspect your apartment for damage. That's right, they want to walk through your apartment 60 days before you even move out. Talk about intrusive. They say it's in the lease, just read the entire lease, it's not. How is 30 days not enough time, every other complex I've ever been at only needs 30 days. -The do not empty the trash or recycling enough, look forward to overflowing trash compactors and recycling bins. Also, overflowing dog waste stations. That would be my only positive on this place if they kept them stocked and emptied. I've had to wander aimlessly searching for a bag after multiple ones were empty. -The apartments are falling apart. The molding on the bottom of our cabinets fell off right after we moved in. It had been secured to the cabinets with packing tape. The door frames to some of the stairwells are not plum causing the doors to slam and never close. The grout just falls off in the bathroom and the pipes bang so loud you have to wonder if the building is collapsing. -They force you to pay for a technology package with Comcast. Surprise! The internet never works and the cable is very bad. We had to get CenturyLink (they have fiber to the building, 100% worth the cost to pay extra and have them!) because we could never get a signal.

I don't write many reviews but from time to time I feel compelled to because of... either excellent or poor service. I'm taking time to write this review to acknowledge Samar in the leasing office here at Camden because she consistently provides excellent service whether it's listening to an issue or going out of her way to play with my dog (who now adores her) or whatever it is, she seems genuinely interested in making sure our experience here at Camden be the best possible. In fact, I'm coming up on renewing my 3rd lease here at Camden & I expect to renew again. The whole staff & maintenance crew are great too. We have lovely amenities & the best hot chocolate!!! Thanks to all! Especially Samar.

Horrible Run Down Facilities. Heather does not know how to manage a property. The hot tub is ALWAYS Cold, Dirty, and unusable. You do not get to use the amenities here due to Horrible management. Take your money elsewhere, to a community that will actually maintain the complex. Heather will tell you Lie after Lie after Lie!

I'm not sure what the below posts are all about because Camden is the cleanest apartment ive ever lived at. You can tell that the staff really wants to make the residents happy. If you bring any "issue" to the staffs attention they immediately address it. Everyone in the office truly cares. Summer has worked with me on many different occassions and always has a smile on her face. Camden is so nice and the apartments are located in a desirable area of Broomfield. I am so happy to live here!!!

Dog stations are constantly over flowing with poop, and are usually out of bags, so make sure you bring your own. Most of the grass/ plants in front of buildings are covered in pee spots and dead. People throwing up off balconies and landing on balconies below. People peeing off balconies. Cars get broken into and only half of the community is actually "gated" people can still walk down the hill from the main street if they really want. There was an instance where an intruder was actually climbing balconies, only happened once, that I know of. Residents are letting their dogs pee in elevators and in hallways and don't clean it up.

Sadly they charge to clean even though I left it cleaned. Someone was playing on my harley Davidson and scratched it. I was charged double on water sewer my last month there

These low reviews are posted by a bunch of babies. This is an amazing community. Of course things happen and amenities malfunction, that happens everywhere. Don't pay attention to those reviews from residents that demand some kind of discount because they've been "inconvenienced". You don't pay for those amenities. This community is the best in Broomfield. Heather, the girls, and the maintenance staff go over and beyond to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues, including the list of issues people race to post on here out of anger. I've been here since it first opened, and my experience has been nothing but first-rate.

I love the team here at Camden. My family and I have lived here for a year and a half so far, with plans to renew our lease. The maintenance team is always on top of things should we need them. It also helps that I am an outgoing person and love to grow my network. I have not had any issues since we have lived here, that was not handled in a very timely manner. eg - As we were the first residents to occupy our apartment, we were the ones to experience the "bugs" within our apartment electrical system. Sporadically, one side of our apartment would just turn off and would stay off for a random amount of time. Notified management and within a couple of days they had an electrician take a look at not only our apartment but also our electric box outside. Long story short, it was foxed within the two days of notifying the team. In the mean time they offered us to use an adjacent apartment to cook in as we have two small children. - Second example, during the summer our in unit A/C went out without us realizing. Again, we notified management and they had a portable A/C unit set up and running within a couple of hours. You may read some reviews that are not as positive as mine, but please understand that everyone encounters their own issues and has their own complaints.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Management is poor and they will turn off the hot tub during the holidays or whenever it is "convenient" for them. Do not be fooled, you will not get to use the amenities! Stick your hand in the hot tub during your tour, it will be cold and green!

We have lived here since March 1, 2016. We were homeowners for the last 20 years so this is our first experience renting in quite a while. So far, our time here has been great. Heather, who I believe is the manager, is the friendliest, most professional person I have had the pleasure to talk with. Any questions or concerns we have had have been handled with the utmost courtesy and kindness. She is amazing at what she does. The entire maintenance staff is great! They are very respectful of your time and do a great job of adjusting their schedule to accommodate times that work for you in the event of a repair/replacing AC filter, etc. After reading a couple of reviews from tenants regarding the hot tub, I felt the need to comment. I spoke to the office staff regarding the hot tub before it was repaired. They really did do everything in their power to address the issue as fast as they possibly could. It was just an unfortunate chain of events...too many to list, that caused the delays. I have a friend who would call that a "1st world problem" :/. Anyway, it's fixed now. These buildings are almost brand new and are very clean. There are doggy stations everywhere with plastic bags to use. I love that the layouts are very open. The bathrooms are very spacious. Two things I would like to change about the community: #1 The accessiblity of the pool. Currently, the pool is open from 9 a.m. to midnight. It would be nice if it was open 24 hours to accomodate everyone's schedules. #2 I don't smoke cigarettes but I have friends that visit who do. I wish they would add an outdoor smoking pavilion with benches and butt recepticles. It would be nice if my friends didn't have to leave the property to smoke. Haven't smokers been ostracized enough without having to resort to the "Circle of Shame", as my friend Ev so eloquently calls it. You smokers know where that is. I knew these were the rules when I moved here so I can't complain. All in all, we like it here.

Do Not Rent from here!!! The hot tub has been broke for over 3 months, the office staff is too lazy to unlock the dog wash (so it stays locked), the gates are always broke and unsecure, the entire community smells like dog urine due to poor irrigation and the office staff, especially Jessica is rude and will harass you if you bring up any of these issues. Many residents have told me that they are afraid to speak with the office staff due to retaliation and harassment from Jessica. Do not be fooled when you are touring, the amenities are just for show. Stick your hand in the hot tub, it will be ice cold!!!
