Maintenance is slow both in general and the AC repairs. We moved in to a dirty, broken apartment and are still waiting on repairs over a year later with absolutely no communication from the office or maintence team about any of it. The other residents have no respect for their community and leave trash everywhere and run up and down the hallways all night. Residents often steal packages if they are left inside the locked front door of the building and just leave the empty box there and they will lean on people's cars that are not their's.

The apartment is fine, the community is a little noisy but the office does not pay attention when you go or your mail and the maintenance is very bad You can be months with a problem They don't solve it they always have an excuse

Good community with affordable rent. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is a bit lacking in notification of upcoming inspections as per the lease agreement, but prompt when dealing with issues that may arise.

Less than enjoyable. Neighbors are very loud. There has been multiple attempts at car break-ins. Packages get stolen. NOTHING gets fixed in an appropriate time period, regardless if I fill out a request on the app, send an email, or speak with an office staff member, my requests get ignored

The appartments are not bad but the maintence sucks. You can talk to them over and over and they dont care. They will just lie say theyll fix whatever problem and never do! They Will just ignore your maintence requests!!!

Worst place ever don't care about residents or they're living conditions don't care about working amenities. The hallways are nasty along with the laundry rooms potholes all over the roadway trash all over nobody picks up their dog crap for what residence pay here we should have better quality living conditions

Overpriced. Something is always broken. The staff is horrible about responding/ helping when there are issues. They ignore your maintenance requests. Pool and other amenities haven't been working. Live somewhere else.

This property has been deteriorating over the years: - the pool has been out of service for 5 years, - the gym machines are mostly damaged, - the children's playground is not suitable, - the dog park is in ruins. Property maintenance is the worst. The parking lot are used as workshop for mechanical jobs, the noise for loaded volumen music especially in weekends.

I feel like when I signed up for the payment services they had, I was given the notion it was going towards the deposit but it did not. The three water fees I pay for in rent is crazy, the admin fees basically all the extra fees you have to pay are ridiculous to me.

The people and staff jere are wonderful. It's just getting matinee done is the issue. Multiple people for months have requested a dryer to be fixed when it is still not. They will also mark a job as complete long before it's done. I moved into bo A/C and they still haven't fixed it but the job was marked as completed.

Unit has cock roaches and mice. Office staff is rude and unhelpful with the attitude that the tenants are all lying. Entire community needs daily trash cleanup. They need to enforce the "No Smoking" policy so that tenants are not smoking in the hallways. Boilers work great.
