Wonderful experience with Simone and the whole team. I come from a very traumatic experience with a different building and leasing company and she took her time to build the trust. The apartments at Arcade Sunshine are spacious and well kept, plus have great prices for their size. The neighborhood is convenient and the only thing is that doesn't have a supermarket or metro station super close, but it is overall very located.

Arcade Sunshine is a warm & welcoming community! My apartment is wonderful. If I could change one thing it would be to have more closet space. Overall, Arcade Sunshine is a peaceful place to call home at the end of my busy days.

I am very happy with the way the property is managed and maintained, and I am glad that I found a nice apartment in the Park View/Columbia Heights area. I've made three maintenance requests since I moved in, and each one was addressed the same day before I returned home from work.

Arcade sunshine is a renters dream. Ita nestled in a very quiet area of dc. The building and is well maintained and the management staff are very professional and responsive. Never had such good sleep before!

We moved in a couple of months ago and have been pleased with the cleanliness, safety, and friendliness of the staff. Location is very close to metro station one block from bus station and close by to shopping.

Lovely building! Clean spaces. Great location. Fair rent. Would definitely recommend based on my experiences so far. I think it is one of the better value per price buildings in the area. Staff is nice as well!

So far I have had a good experience within my community. It is a very calm and relaxing environment and provides good access to transportation. Also the proximity to stores and my school provide great reason to join this community.

Good location and fast service for maintenance issues are the top assets of this property. Proximity to restaurants. Wish package pickup was easier and more accessible. Minor cockroach issues. Rent a bit high for value.

We've lived here for five years in two different buildings, and it's truly felt like home. The office team, especially Ximone and her staff, have always been responsive, kind, and professional. They handle requests quickly and host thoughtful community events that help bring residents together. Phil in maintenance has been dependable and respectful, always fixing things in a timely way. It's rare to find a place where the people genuinely care, and that's what makes this building stand out. We're sad to be leaving but incredibly grateful for our time here. Highly recommend

I've had a generally positive experience living at this apartment community. The location is ideal?close to grocery stores, public transit, and the Howard campus, making daily commutes and errands convenient. The maintenance team is responsive and usually handles requests in a timely manner. One of my favorite features is the gym, which is clean and well-equipped for daily workouts. Additionally, there's a complimentary coffee maker in the lobby, which is a nice touch and adds to the overall comfort of the building. The common areas are well-maintained, though noise can vary depending on neighbors. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for its convenience, amenities, and friendly management.

I never thought I'd enjoy a studio apartment until I found this one! Huge ceilings and windows, plus a perfect alcove for the bed area makes it feel like a one bedroom. I liked it better than any one bedroom I toured in the city! The common spaces are always clean, the staff are really easy to communicate with. The only issues I've had related to noise - if you have great neighbors, this place will be amazing! Unfortunately I have a neighbor who has opposite hours from me and is very loud in general, so I don't sleep well and often hear way too much about their personal life while I'm on work calls. My other neighbors are all wonderful, so I take the gamble because other than that, I can't recommend this place enough!

[Incentivized Review] I absolutely love it here. The units are clean with nice finishes and a lot of space. The staff is so nice and helpful and care for you like family. My neighbors are kind and caring and truly make me feel safe.

It has been good. Sometimes I have to send multiple messages to get my questions or requests reviewed, but have not had major issues. Some neighbors can be loud and it takes a while to get that addressed, but again, nothing that's unexpected from living in an apartment building

I have not yet had a real experience at this community. From what I was able to gather on my tour- the amenities, shared spaces, and overall vibe of the community was quite peaceful and functional. I can't wait to live here!

I have had no issues at Arcade Sunshine. I do think they could have been a little ore forgiving on my current lease. i have been there for 3 years and they were unwavering. i really do like the staff though. They are friendly, helpful and all around good people.

Overall we have been really happy with the overall offerings at Arcade Sunshine. Communication amongst staff and residents has improved significantly. There are times where packages and access to the building can still be an issue, but overall, we're really happy with staff and the amenities available to us.

Do not live here. The system is created to make residential life complicated. The staff are focused on decreasing their work and rarely respond in a humane manner to your needs. I have literally heard them say that their intentions is to shift burden to residents.

The thing that makes the Arcade Sunshine shine is the staff and the excellent location (of course the units are beautiful as well). I felt cared for and supported during my move in and have found it easy to settle in here. Everyone is friendly and my new unit was well tended to upon my move in. I look forward to living here!
