Great place to live , great community, great way to build credibility in order to buy your first home. Just need a pool from r the residents. Dogs shouldn't be allowed on the rooftop to pee and crap in the grass.

It's a great community. No pests of any kind! Living here is great because it's close to many stores and restaurant. It's literally like the heart of DC and they are guest friendly. They also ensure that security is top notch every time. The staff are friendly and intentional too!

Starting off it's a great community and very inviting. I wish there was a trolley for moving in that was available but outside of that my experience has been pretty good. I'm excited to spend the next year here.

This is a very well maintained apartment building. The location and price are good. The apartments are spacious and the appliances and amenities modern. Staff are supportive and friendly. I'd highly recommend renting here.

My experice had been good. The property is managed well and very clean. The apartments are spacious. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to. The walls are really thin though, but not really an issue.

My partner and I first toured the building three years ago and decided then to go with another unit--but Arcade Sunshine was a final pick and so three years later, we've made our return! What we love about the community is that the apartments are clean and well built with no frills and the management is exceptional. In our first week here, we had a few small service requests and the team was super responsive. Everyone that works here is so welcoming, warm, and helpful. We've also found our neighbors to be really kind as well.

I appreciate the helpfulness and responsiveness of all the staff working in our apartment building. The maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion, my packages are safe and not stolen, and the property portal is informative and straightforward. The building is kept nice and clean. I just moved in and I love it so far. Everyone is very nice from staff to neighbors. The place is also very clean and well kept. The surrounding area is really great. You can basically walk to get to where to need to go. I did bring my car, and the parking garage is very secure and safe. the parking is and worth the extra money.

Great location and nice staff. Columbia heights in northwest DC is so incredible. Wonderland Ballroom is my favorite bar, and it is very close by. There are grills on the roof which are typically available.

This is an above average rental experience, but there's a lot more room to be truly renter centric. Leases highly favor management and there's little room to position longer term leases or have better clarity on annual rent increases.
