While the office/leasing staff and management are wonderfully open and inviting, with a true sense of vested interest in the people living here, the building relies heavily on its amazing location to attract potential renters and charges accordingly, without offering the desired sense of community once living here.

Great community. Whatever you want is in arms reach. I love the cleanliness and the peacefulness of the atmosphere. The staff are great, friendly and respectful. The residents seems nice , respectful and do their own business. That means a lot

Very nice units. Community facilities are very clean. There is sometimes a lack of maintenance with amenities (gym, rooftop fireplaces, grills). There is noticeable high turnover of neighbors due to what I can imagine is high rent and only worth its value with the original rent promotions.

Even despite covid, the rent is far too high for the lackluster community experience, the continued lack of functioning amenities, the disorganization of office staff with respect to package delivery, high staff turnover rate, and unclear management communication. It does not feel like a luxury apartment complex.

The community's response to problems that arise in the building continue to be surprising. When people were moving in, things were fine. However, as the building grew to capacity and become a larger community to manage, many issues started to arise. The building is very nice, but poorly managed. So much so that I do not recommend moving here.

It's very helpful that you can put in all of the criteria necessary to find the apartment that you want. It is especially helpful this time of year when the weather is unpleasant to not have to run all over the place to look at each and every apartment that you may be interested in.

Arcade Sunshine is an easy place to life because of the people at Arcade Sunshine: maintenance team, management, neighbors, etc. And the rooms... you're not going to get a better deal for the amount of space that you receive.

It's been great so far , besides moving in near the start of a pandemic, so I havent fully been able to enjoy the amenities. Everyone in leasing is very nice, neighbors are friendly , and I live my space- so I've had a good experience.

Overall, this is a nice community with some flaws. The apartments are new, which should be a plus, but they were constructed poorly. The walls in my apartment crack as the building settles and I can actually hear my neighbors taking deep breaths when I'm in my bedroom (this is not a dramatization) and can name their favorite TV shows; if the person next to you throws parties often, you're out of luck. Pluses: the office, desk, and maintenance staff are all lovely, and the rooftops, courtyards, and gym are nice touches when available.

Arcade Sunshine is a wonderful community. The building is new and well-maintained, and the leasing office staff are responsive and kind. I have very much enjoyed living here for the past 9 months, and would continue to do so if work wasn't taking me elsewhere.

Nice modern units with large windows, friendly neighbors. But service?though friendly?is relatively poor for the amount of money you pay. (Eg My friend had to ask for months to have a screen door replaced, they won't give you a key to the garage if you park your bike there, package notification system is non-existent). Also, non-refundable deposit (475) and pet deposit (400) is rat? I can understand a deposit, but simply giving away $875 feels ridiculous.

The units are very overpriced for the area. The surrounding neighborhood isn't that welcoming or inviting and it feels isolating living here. Neighborhood is kind of sketchy too be honest. I feel Pretty meh in general about living here for a new building It's a bit disappointing.

The maintenance staff are very helpful and polite. The building is modern and the amenities are nice; however, the walls are a bit thin and at time you can hear a whole lot going on in neighboring units. Staff are helpful and very responsive.

The staff was responsive in addressing my cares and/or concerns. I live in La, but felt confident that my daugter who lived there was safe and had everything she needed. The methods of staff and residents' communication were effective

It has been So awesome I really enjoy it. staff are helpful and always ready to assist you. Only thing is noise level sometimes with certain neighbors but staff work hard to find solutions when the problem is voiced.

It has been very positive except a maintenance issue that wasn't handled on a timely manner and appropriately. I like the staff, amenities, the unit. With COVID 19, I am unable to use the amenities such as common area and gym, I wish the management decreased the rent slightly according to this. But overall, I love living here.

Love the building. And the staff is nice. There are some issues with plumbing and noise though. There is no sound proofing for the apartments and we can hear full conversations of our neighbors and when they use the sink, or put their keys on the counter. Everything. Everything.

Arcade Sunshine is an amazing community to live in. The staff go above and beyond, and the facilities are clean and modern. Any issues we have are promptly resolved. The only recurring problem is occasional noise from neighbors that management could probably handle more effectively. Overall a great experience!

The community at Arcade Sunshine is a special one; it is certainly a hidden gem in the Columbia Heights community. The management staff is amazing, and the neighbors are all great. I am definitely considering to renew my lease.

Wonderful! Building is beautiful, management is great. Your upstairs neighbor may be a little loud *ahem* if they don't have carpets and are heavy footed. Otherwise the building and area is very quiet but close to plenty of things to do.

Nice new apartment with high ceilings and friendly staff. Good location to metro and grocery stores. I look forward to more monthly events in the spring and summer. People and neighbors that live at apartment are also nice.

Scheduling a tour of the building was super convenient and accommodating. Staff has been so helpful and responsive with the move and since I've lived here. The apartment and community is stylish and well-kept.

The building is new and has great amenities. There are a lot of residents with dogs and those owners are a mixed bag. Management and concierge services are fine, but inconsistent. I would recommend this building to people without pets and who do not expect to need anything from anyone outside of 10 am to 6 pm (including packages)
