Overall the apartment building is okay - nice amenities (large gym, party room is large), the apartment layouts are nice and large. However, the apartment walls are soo thin! You can hear absolutely everything in the hallway and in your neighbor's apartments. And if my neighbors shut their balcony doors, my walls shake! Heating and Cooling are split between the entire apartment building - this can get very expensive. My move-in was a nightmare. I wasn't given any instructions on how to move in and the front desk concierge had no idea where the move-in elevator was located. I had to look around the area to find the elevators. Unfortunately, I will not be renewing my lease.

Have only been living here for about a month, but love it here! The people at the front desk are always in a great mood and the community works hard to keep up with interesting resident events and activities. Only complaint would be that the facilitates are getting a little run down - just some stains on carpeting in hallways, nicks on the walls, etc. And the courtyard is not maintained that well, esp compared to my Bozzuto building in Bethesda. But regardless beautifully designed with nice people!

I am very happy living here. The property is in a convenient location, is well-maintained, and the staff is courteous and professional almost without exception. When the time came to renew my lease, I decided to transfer to a larger apartment, and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Everyone in the office, particularly Deavon, worked patiently with me from beginning to end, The pool area could use some upgrades, but overall I highly recommend it.

I have had a very good experience at the property and the building and facilities are very good. The staff are friendly and everything is well maintained. I like my apartment very much, and the neighborhood, especially the proximity of the Harris Teater, is a big plus also.

It's been basically fine. Building maintenance issues ( not the apartment ), but nice units and lots of sponsored gatherings.The carpeting is awful, if you have a dog that sheds. You can't find a vacuum that will clean it. Also, the faux hardwood floors are very difficult to clean

The staff is, for the most part, wonderful! Our apartment in particular seems to have plenty of flaws, but it also seems to have a lower price tag than most of the others, so overall I'm satisfied! I wish I didn't have to move, but a baby and finishing graduate school are forcing me to!

The negotiation process was terrible. I was promised an apartment, paid a deposit and was then told it wasn't available. It ended up working out, but there was a 4 week time of pure uncertainty and torture.

I've had no issues with Flats 130 since my time there. They are extremely accomodating. Maintenance requests are tended extremely quickly. The amenities are great. The apartment itself is really well finished. I've had a wonderful time at flats 130.

Mark is a true gem in the leasing office! Beautiful property, well maintained and friendly cleaning staff. Great views, local convenience of Metro, Harris Teeter, CVS, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to H St and Union Market is a plus.

The experience has been positive, with a much more friendly community and staff than anticipated. The amenities are also top notch, especially for renters with pets. The location and amenities and the efforts of the surrounding neighborhood have made the transition from a different city an easy one.

it has been what i expected for a city apartment community and comestic looks are good. I think it is a little expensive for the amenities provided, compared to other buildings in the area. in the pool area the sun is only out in the area till 3pm, the gym is too small for the amt of people that live in the building. and the rooftop is not private to just the signature side. i have seen plenty of non signature side people up there smoking and using the facilities that i pay 'extra' for.

Overall positive experience. Beautiful, modern apartments. Great location--next to metro and Harris Teeter grocery store. Love the apartment features--open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and floor to ceiling windows. The apartments definitely have a lot of pizzazz and are actually affordable. A great value overall.

Flats 130 has been a great place to live for the past three months. The amenities are fabulous and the free coffee is a plus!The building is very sound proof, and it is a quiet living experience, despite being in the middle of the city. The apartments are well finished, although the more reasonably priced ones are much smaller.

I moved in this property when it was built one year earlier. It has been very nice living here. I have met many really cool people. I have experienced this property being under Lincoln management, and now Bozzuto. I would say Bozzuto is really awesome, especially Svetlana and Mark. Xander is really cool too!

Super close to metro, nice staff. Great amenities. My apartment faces the north, so I have had no problems with sound. Building is super quiet. Love having restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

I like the convenience of being right next to Metro and having a grocery store that I don't have to walk outside for. The pool is great for hanging out during the summer and the building hosts a lot of free happy hours and other social events so that you can meet your neighbors. And the units themselves have great layouts with really nice features.

It is an awesome location - close to the metro, above a grocery store. Neighborhood is still a mixed bag, but never had a safety concern. The staff are professional and fairly responsive, never had a major issue with anyone. The grounds are very nice and a lot of amenities - pool, gym, courtyard area with grills and firepits, concierge, pet park, etc.

The Flats 130 has a friendly staff, nice community and fabulous amenities. I would love to have my friends live here! The location is fabulous and I love the architecture and the layout of my unit! My only issues is there are some large dogs,.. very large dogs and they seem to be a mix of breeds that were not permitted and they are a little aggressive, especially to my small dog. That I am not much of a fan about. Also I can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway when sitting in my living room,.. the front door is not insulated well at all. Thanks!

Great place until you move out then they hit you up for many hundreds in ridiculous fees. Lived there for over two years but wish I could take it back with all they raped us for I the end.

I moved out after almost three years due to the frat house atmosphere. I brought the urination in the stairwell, sex in the hallway, and loud parties to the attention of the leasing office. A shrug and insincere, superficial apology was offered. Nothing changed. Parking security has not been addressed. With no cell service in the garage, there are no emergency phones or cameras in residential parking areas. Lots of hidden areas for hiding. Cheap appliances with refrigerators which never cool low enough, ovens that heat uneven, and dryers which take over an hour to dry a load--all after several maintenance requests. Hallway maintenance has been little and far between. Faulty fire alarms and very poor communication about them was routine. With the new tower open, amenities are very overcrowded and party central. Forget the pool,which also has the sun blocked by 2:00.

Flats 130 is a nice building. Individuals that work at the front desk are very nice. Fitness Center is fantastic, one of the best I have had. The pool area is small, and fills up quickly in the summer. They refuse to add additional chairs, which means there are no seats by noon during the weekend. The apartments are nicely decorated but expensive for the location. The location is great with the metro a half block away and the Harris Teeter downstairs, but you have to leave the neighborhood at night because there are no restaurants or bars in walkable distance. Lots of young students live here.

This is a gorgeous building, teeming with amenities - pool, gym, party room, dog park, 24/7 concierge. Everything is very well-kept and staff are friendly. The neighborhood can be a mixed bag, but the building is 100% safe. Huge plus: Above a grocery store!

It has been wonderful. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and there is always a concierge at the front desk to assist you with any problem/concern. The building is clean and safe (requiring security FOBs to access residential floors), and I love the pet-friendly atmosphere. Being right next to the Metro station makes this a great place to live.
