Overall, the lack of professionalism, drugs, and disregard for tenant concerns make this a very unsatisfying place to live. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable or well-managed home.

People do not clean up after their pets and I have even found a bag of dog poop on one of my outdoor tables. Limited parking and have been blocked in and management did nothing to fix the situation. Walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors talking or tvs going

Being the longest resident at this property I have to say that it has been a very pleasurable experience. The manager , Miss Patti and her staff are awesome very easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a home.

This is a very well kept community and is a great location for any of your needs. It's quiet and the grounds are always well maintained. I would highly recommend this Apartment complex to everyone that is looking for a good safe quiet place to live.

Very clean and nice community the staff is very helpful and let me know that I can call upon them for anything I need. Even provided washer and dryer for a fair monthly price and installed it with no issues. Highly recommend!

Everything's great so far since we moved in two months ago. The staff is readily available on weekdays and they respond to concerns and requests right away. The surroundings is regularly maintained and cleaned. Nice place to stay!

Friendly neighborhood. Easy access to grocery stores. Nice views of lake depending on what side your apartment is located. Many good options available. New paved road in front of complex. Quick ti respond to service needs.

We have only just moved in, so please take that into consideration. So far, our experience has been excellent. Property staff and other residents have been extremely friendly, and the property manager has been very helpful and communicative. The unit is clean and comfortable, all appliances are in good working condition, and the location is pretty convenient as well.

My experience here at my community has been a really great one! It's Very quiet and peaceful. No violence or heavy traffic, nobody hanging out in the parking lot like other communities. I love home?..

Apartments are superbly maintained with an excellent staff who are easily approachable. Apartments are in wonderful location, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, barbershops, medical facilities, etc.

Fountain Place Apartments is a very nice place to live. All of the staff are excellent. The grounds are kept up nice. The pool and workout room are very accommodating. Private parking spaces for each apartment.

My only issue is being able to hear every move the people upstairs make. Why do I need to write or type a certain amount of words. I'm not a words person so it's hard to do for me. So in order to put the amount of words you want I will just put random words

I've lived in this complex before and have been very pleased with the community and staff. Any maintenace issues are corrected in a timely manner. Also, being an elderly, single woman, I feel very safe living in this complex.

It's great place to live and work plenty of restaurants around just minutes for Walmart plubix the staff and office team really care and respond to your needs in a timely manner.The community is clean and always kept that way the treat veterans rellt well just ask what they offer
