Apartment complex is always so clean! I have never had a single bug in my apartment ever. Neighborhood is really quiet. Never had any issues in my apartment, couldnt have chosen a better place to live!

Rent increase with out notice, high turnover of maintenance staff, paper thin walls and loud neighbors. I can hear then use the bathroom and snore at night. People leaving trash not in but by the receptacle, including: furniture, trash bags, random goods. Barely any parking for residence. You get one spot and if you have two adults living in one apartment with two cars, the "guest parking" is very limited as well

I am currently working in the area and have visited the shopping centers and restaurants. Finding a place near everything I need and close to work with amenities I wanted was important to me. Close to a city but near a country setting.

I moved in Dec. Of 2019. The manager Tami was very helpful from the start as she guided me through all steps to get into my home. The apartment I was getting was being renovated. And when I finally got to see it before I moved in, I was very pleased with the overall appearance and cleanliness.

Great staff very helpful, all minor problems were fixed quickly. Apartments location is great. Inside of the apartments are nice and clean we were very happy with the outcome of our apartment and would recommend anyone looking to move here.

So far it has been great. The office team has been very helpful. The maintenance man is very knowledgeable about his job and do a great job and him in the office people are very professional. It is very convenient to shopping center and groceries stores. Yes it is a nice place to live.

Ehh it's out dated and the people that they let live here are loud and sketchy at best. The area is cheap but not super safe at night. The parking is impossible if you have more then one car or any guests because you get one space and only 10 guest space for whole complex

It is a very nice community that is very well taken care of. The staff in the office are simply wonderful and very helpful if we have any needs or issues. The neighbors are super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand if they see you struggling with groceries.

It's very clean and quiet but this problem with air conditioning has went on for about a year without being resolved . I wish that this would be resolved more efficiently, if so I would give a 5 star rating

Excellent office staff, grounds are well kept, maintenance is super helpful. Nice family oriented community. Neighbors are nice and quiet also. They are in the process of replacing all the roofs, my building already has a new roof and the interior is well kept also. No complaints thus far. I love it here.

I have lived at Fountain Place for almost two years and love everything about it! The grounds, buildings, pool and fitness area are always kept clean and well maintained. I love the location and "homey" feel to the complex. Tami and her staff are always happy to go over and above to make sure my home is safe place to live, in good working order and beautiful! I look forward to many years here.

My move in day came and went without issues, Tami was very helpful with the move this community is small and I like that, close to shopping and downtown Bartow. I have a two at first I thought it looked small but when I moved in everything fit just fine love the glass doors in the master and family room.

We just moved in I don't have any good information another words the place is nice it works for my girlfriend's needs We like the place cause it's close to where I work the rent is reasonable our apartments nice and cozy girlfriends will chair can get around in the rooms easily

This community is wonderful. Staff is friendly and efficient. Apartments look great and it is kept up with weekly. Inside, the apartments are just as nice as well which is very important. The one bedrooms are spacious and good price for the apartment, community pool, and community gym.

Friendly and caring staff who genuinely care about the resident's quality of life. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. The grounds and apartments are well maintained. The only negative to our experience has been the noise, but it's to be expected when living in a wood frame building with single pane windows. Overall I can't complain about staff or the condition of the apartment or grounds.

Fountain place apartments is a great choice when looking for affordable living. It is within walking distance of downtown. Even with being in the middle of Bartow it is a quiet place to live. I have lived at fountain place apartments for almost 4 years and have been very happy.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and the only issues have been parking as there are not enough spaces. The staff have always been prompt and courteous. A bit too much effort is placed on the appearance of the grounds, in my opinion.

The manager is a liar. She picks and chooses which policies to enforce and follow. I was forced out and the manager promised me that I would be able to move in a 1 bed 1 bath. And I could stay in the 2 bed and 1 bath till one came available and I could pay 790 which was the price for a 1 bed and 1 bath. Two days before Christmas I got the 1 week eviction notice. It was taped on my door. She didn't have the guts to even hand it to me. The manager doesn't care about rules or anyone. There have been many and many parking violations. And she doesn't do anything but tape notices on doors. And runs off. The other night there were two lines of cars blocking cars in. Horrible manager. Also slow maintenance. Takes forever to get something fixed. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. In fact I'm going to do the opposite and tell everyone not to stay here.

The apartment complex is well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and diligent. This is a great place to live on a temporary basis. Always felt safe. The proximity to stores, supermarket and fast food places is a great plus.

Myself and my wife are satisfied in this community, neighbors and staff and maintenance and also ground maintenance is very nice and smoothly maintained. That s my comment, and we will be renewing our stay for more years, if God willing.

Community and neighbors great. Grounds are kept fairly clean. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Manager is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Other than the manager fountain place ist very nice place to live.

The sense of community is nice however the apartments are outdated. There needs to be some restructuring, perhaps update the appliances and flooring. They are also very small and the walls are paper thin.

The apartment complex is appealing to the eye the apartments are very spacious and clean. Shopping is close by and activities are all around us. Restaurants are within walkable distance and Bartow is a sweet little town

Moving in to this place was really nice, Tami the manager made everything nice and easy for us. can't thank her enough!! The place is great and we really are happy to be here. the pool is lovely and I love the outside around the place.

Very friendly staff, clean community, very responsive for maintenance Services, quite and peaceful at night fall. Parking can be limited but for the most part it's fine. The price for these units are very competitive and fair.
