The community is amazing. Front office is super nice and reasonable. Our view from our apartment balcony is wonderful and we hope to continue our stay at Fountain Place. Great place for people to unwind.

As we have previously responded to your comments regarding the community; we take exception to much of what is noted and do continually work toward making the community top rate. Our residents all deserve an opportunity to live their lives free of a continuous bombardment of alleged infractions. We do our best to ensure that complaints are reviewed, assessed and followed up on. And, for the most part, residents are readily compliant when notified of a need to adjust a practice. Good neighbors will beget great neighbors; please enjoy the healthy, vibrant community that is Fountain Place. If you have continued concerns, finding a home elsewhere may be an option for you. Let us know, we will be happy to share the requirements for lease termination.

Fountain Place

I dread coming home most days. The two bedrooms are basic compared to other local options. Air circulation is poor due to the layout, so mold is a concern. Noise can be a problem due to the building structure. Dog waste and parking is an ongoing problem. Homeless people visit from the woods to access the facilities and the list goes on. The lawn and pool are kept up. Besides that, the property is declining in multiple ways.

We hear you and appreciate that you continue to help us identify areas of improvement. You will notice more improvements to the community as the summer draws near. We hope you enjoy it. And, while it has absolutely nothing to do with us - who isn't excited to see Chic File A opening soon, practically next door :) Aldi, Publix, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Ruby Tuesdays ... oh and a brand new Jimmy Johns' too. Bartow is on the map and growing.

I have lived at this community since 2015 in both a one bedroom/one bathroom and a two bedroom/two bathrooms. I love the location of the community and convenience to work, family, trails, and major highways for travel.

The apartment was very clean. It felt like home after my move into the apartment.. it will be easy to keep clean! Has great sound reduction! Perfect for myself and my grandson! When I moved into my new home, it is comfortable and quiet!

The community is small, quiet, and nice. The residents are friendly. It is a nice place and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is affordable and a nice place to live. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

For the most part, the apartment has been ok. There are a few inconveniences I could live without but just like anywhere, it's not new, but maintenance has responded when I put in my work requests. I'm not super excited about only having 1 parking spot or the annual rent increases. I won't be renewing my lease next year.

I am happy to announce that in 2023 we are looking at modifying our parking lot to add additional spaces for our residents and guests. We are always looking into ways to make this better for all residents and guests. We understand that rent can be a big bill to cover each month, we always make sure we do our due diligence by keeping our rates in line with the nearby market. As you are aware the costs for goods have gradually increased over the last few years and we do our best to keep costs down to help keep our rents at a competitive range to nearby apartment communities. My overall experience has been phenomenal since my first phone call regarding availability. The community is quiet, clean, safe and conveniently located. The staff works hard as a team to keep everyone happy, connected, and take care of your rental needs. I had a great move-in experience and I truly admire how kind Patti and Karl are. They consistently go above and beyond their work duties to make you feel welcomed and comfortable as a resident. I am happy with my home. Thank you!

Great, safe and friendly place. Staff is fantastic. People in complex are cou rteous and friendly. Staff also. Staff resol vessel issues quickly. Karl and Patty (maintenance and manager) are great! Hating to leave but changed jobs.

I was genuinely skeptical when I found a listing for this community online because my wife and I had run into several scams already. I figured there would be a catch because the pricing was phenomenal, but not only was there no catch- this place has far exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location, great units, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would type more but honestly it wouldn't sound real.

people in my building friendly and helpful. I don't know what else to say except that I was hurt and had to stay inside until my leg healed. . all store nearby very easy to shop .only problem when lawn care would use weed eater my car would get covered with dust and dirt

You are right about the convenience of the location - especially when you are having car troubles or need to just make a quick pickup. Everything is close enough - grab food at ALDIs, pickup lunch in the mall - even a hotel across the street when your friends come to stay! Hey - by the way-we will ask the landscapers to try to keep the debris from blowing on the car. If it s possible they ll do it! Have a wonderful day and - if you read this come by the office and we will give you a gift card for a car wash. Thank you being a happy resident and let us know how we can continue to serve you.

Management was very slow about responding to maintenance requests. They never had a social event for the residents or add anything to the fitness center. I would not recommend living there as there are better places in Lakeland.

We are living in crazy times where it is difficult to find employees and just as hard to get some parts required for some maintenance issues. I will look into your home to ensure we are delaying repairs for any other reason. Also, due to COVID we did scale back our resident events. These are events are our favorite part of our job- we love getting to know our residents. We hope to bring them back soon- we have been trying to do extra events through the portal during this time, we hope you were able to participate in those. Again, we apologize that we missed the mark this time. We will look into how we can provide faster service to our residents going forward.

Our experience moving in was good. The apartment was clean and well presented at move in. The community overall is nice. I'm excited to see what this year bring in the new community. I hope parking doesn't become an issue with minimal guest parking and being a two vehicle home.

So far we have been very pleased with the apartment. We have been having some problems with the appliances but someone has been here every day to look at it. The people are very friendly, both tenants and employees.

Minimal parking and excessively high rent for basic apartments. However, maintenance is expedient and useful, which I've heard is rare in other complexes. It's clean and friendly, which is great - yet unfortunately, that's supposed to be all you need for a living space to be worth $1,100 on a monthly basis.

Overall I am satisfied with where I live. The apartments are nice and anything you need shopping or food wise is just a few minutes away. However with that comes the noise of the traffic, emergency vehicles, dump trucks. So if you rent there LOCATION,LOCATION, LOCATION :D Meaning being next to the main road will be noisy versus somewhere else. The manager Tami is great and helpful and so is the older maintenance guy. Rent is reasonable.

Rent is way too high for the quality of apartments. Apartments need to be updated in order to compete with other apartment complexes. Maintenance requests are not taken care of. The parking is a big issue. You only receive one parking space and there is a very limited number of "guest" parking spaces. It is impossible to have company because there is no parking available.
