It's been a nice place to live and I hope to continue to stay for a little while more. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is like no other. It's luxurious and safe. The staff has changed since I've moved in but Joey has been here the whole time and he is very helpful when I get him on the phone or via email. Ask for him or Kaitlyn, they have been very compassionate, kind and helpful in every aspect I've reached out about. Good people.

The apartment complex is clean,safe and walking distance to grocery store. It's close to mall to shop, restaurants,and entertainment such as bowling alley for grown-ups and kids to enjoy. Plus it's safe.

Service is okay. You have pay for the use of the clubhouse $500 in advance, you will get $300/$250 back. But some tenants use it the clubhouse anyway without paying. They would use it after hours. There's always a party late even on weekdays after quiet hours. No one in management does anything about. Police has been called several times.

From day one of my search this property and to my actual move in .. it has stood out to me. Their customer service, the upkeep of the property and communication is amazing. After move in a had little issues, the office staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled in a timely manner(same day). Haven't had the best experiences with apartments. However they are exceptional. No complaints at all

I recently moved into the community and my experience so far has been positive. The leasing team was helpful during the move-in process and answered my questions clearly. Nice area with a nice vibe. Caitlyn, my leasing agent was awesome and was one of the main reasons I chose Bainbridge over some of the other spots, I would definetely recommend stopping by and checking them out

Office/maintenance staff are wonderful to work with. The amenities are above average. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage. It's unfortunate the buildings were constructed without regard to noise insulation. Very rarely does my sleep not get disturbed by my upstairs neighbors. I've reached out to them and complained to the office (who also reached out to them) the neighbors are aware they regularly wake me up and make zero effort to lighten their footsteps.

I had a very disappointing experience with the office staff. When I called, someone answered and immediately hung up on me, and when I tried calling back, I was sent to a virtual voicemail five different times. It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with, especially when clear communication is so important for residents.

Love my community and the events they have every month. They always manage to keep the complex clean and repainted to maintain the "new look" The pool is my favorite thing about my complex. The gym is great as well

I stumbled upon Bainbridge apartments my mistake and it was the best mistake ever. The apartments are spacious, closets are spacious and the finishings are chef's kiss. The grounds looked well maintained and the common spaces are chic.
