So far pretty good. I just need my dryer working correctly. I do not want my electric bill sky high. I have to run it through 2 cycles when it should only be 1 cycle. Something is clogging it to cause the dampness staring in the dryer. I think it is the tunnel leading to the outside that needs cleaned

I REALLY LOVE THE COMMUNITY AND AREA IN GENERAL. IT IS CLEAN AND THE RESIDENTS ARE ALSO SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY. AND THE MOST CONVENIENT THING IS THAT IT IS 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM WORK. I AM GLAD I WAS ABLE TO FIND THIS PLACE.

Love it here at Bainbridge. Clean and unkept community. They have monthly events for residents and kids. Food trucks come every week. Maintenance is very responsive. Leasing staff is very communicative.

The management here is great all around and maintenance crew is top notch. The grounds is always clean, landscape is on point and ammentities are great. I received a complaint about my dog barking and for trash being out before hours. In building 6 there are dogs that bark constantly throughout the day and trash is put out early or on the deck daily before hours. I hope people consider if they move into a pet friendly complex, they should be considerate of people with pets and have that expectation to a point.

Bainbridge is a great place to live! I'm very pleased with the amenities, the floor plans (I've lived in 2 different ones so far) and the location. The staff here is great, very friendly and do their best to amend any issues you're experiencing.

My problem isn't just a me problem. I've spoken to many residents around the complex that have the same issues as me. That is why it makes no difference whether you contact me or not. I've already spoken to the office many times with all of my complaints. Just fix them. The silverfish. The thin ceilings. The constantly broken down security gate. It's not luxury? it's not what we paid for.

No comment. I do not like the idea of come up with 200 character minium or the survey isn't accepted. Some of the work orders do not lend themselves to 200 characters. As far as our experience at this community, we were happy to see the hallways, walls and steps painted. Residents are already spilling liquids and dropping liter in the hallways. Very irresponsible!

This apartment complex was amazing when we first moved in, and while still a good place to live certain things have definitely gone downhill. The cleanliness of the place doesn't seem to be a priority in regarding dog feces and the dog park has become a dirt pile. Things have been broken in the past and they take forever to fix. The apartment itself is very nice and clean and new, so it's still a great place to live considering but I wish they would take the time to make this place what it used to be when we first moved it.

The community is in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is salt water and heated, which is different but nice. The gym is very well stocked and spacious. The grounds are very clean. The master bath in the B1 apartment is huge with two shower heads. That was my favorite feature.

These apartments are beautiful. Nice appliances and upgrades through out. We came looking for a two bed two bathroom apartment and fell in love with the B3 floor plan. The kitchen and living room were spacious and there are plenty of closets and drawers throughout the apartment so plenty of room for storage. The amenities were well kept and beautiful. Mali was kind, professional, and helpful and answered any questions we had.

I'm happy with the apartments, amenities, and community. Mali was an excellent leasing agent. She was new, yet gave a thorough tour and followed up later assistance or questions I needed answered. Overall I had a smooth experience moving in and got assistance from maintenance quickly. These are probably the best apartments in Southside.

So far everything has been fine. The finishes and space in the apartment is really nice. The only issue is a bit of a persistent insect problem that we've been working to manager. Other than that, things are pretty good.

The staff team is really nice. We moved here for the heated, saltwater pool. Love the elevators and the convenience of the property. The gym and workstations were another reason we decided here was where we wanted to live. We are very happy.

The best thing about this community management,- they do not show you a Model, they show you Exactly that apartment, which is available and you going to rent. Very open floor plan and adorable smart detailing, closets location and so on.

We have been satisfied to a point. We don't think for the amount of money we pay a month we should be seeing roaches. We call/email management about this and they send someone to "spray" but we don't really see a difference.
