Everyone was very helpful and the move in process was very easy. Communication was very prompt and available. The locations was perfect for what I was looking for and the community itself is very spacious and well maintained.

Found this apartment through an AD on social media and immediately fell in love. My partner and I went to go tour it a week later not knowing we were going to move out 2 weeks later. We were impressed by all the features you get in the apartment as well as in the clubhouse. You will feel extremely boujee living here. The leasing team is also very nice and welcoming. We got helped by Randolph and he never once made us feel pressured to buy. We love our community!!

Beautiful luxury apartment home with great amenities! Location is convenient, and it checks all of the boxes except for one. The security gate is there, but unfortunately I was advised that the facility does not offer 24 hour security.

We love our apartment! It's so close to Walmart, Malls and entertainment centers! The staffs are professionals and approchable. Neighbors are friendly. The place itself looks like a resort. Maintainance are fast workers. Even our friends who visits loves it! This is the perfect place for us.

This is a beautiful community. I am happy here although there are trains next to the buildings. I am use to them but some people may find this an issue for them. The staff is wonderful! The price is in line with any new apartment in the area. Everything is at your fingertips or nearby.

If you are looking for a home, this is the place to move to! The community is beautiful, you'll be the first to live in your apartment as it is a new community. Most importantly you will love the staff! They are top tier. Always at your service with a smile and can do attitude for any issue you may come across! It's also convenient if you need to run to the store, mall, grab something to eat. You'll even find public transportation a hop, skip and jump away! I highly recommend Bainbridge Avenues Walk a place to call home!

wonderful place, the staff its very king, the location and the facitilies are amazing. this place its very good designed for pets inside the apartment, the rent cost its very fair, very calmd down, just take the note the train pass very near to the apartments

The new building, Beautiful landscape, Awesome infinity pool, and perfectly Family Oriented staff. Where can you go wrong? The location is private with available car storage and storage if you are in need of it.

Beautiful community, well-maintained. Looking forward to being a resident. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Have not tried them, but the amenities also seemed wonderful. The community itself is located near many shops.

Neighborhood community is safe. Beautiful location with a lot of other new developments going on in the area. It's close to Avenue mall & not too far from the highway. Local stores are near by as well.

This community is a great place to stay. The employees were very supportive and knowledgeable about their property. I love a warm family feel experience! RJ is one of the agents that answered all of my questions without hesitation. He made me and family feel right at home. I can't wait to enjoy the property and amenities.

Bainbridge Avenues Walk is by far the best complex I've lived at. Amenities, location, and the amazing office staff make it a great place to live! The apartment distribution, space, attention to detail to both the unit and the amenities are unique. I absolutely love loving here!

They are such beautiful apartments with quality GE appliances! I absolutely love the beautiful lake with the fountains and the walking path around it. For the amenities, they are all fantastic, but the gym has everything I need and is open 24/7. I definitely love my new home!
