Staff is always quick to respond and are very helpful! Place is relatively clean, people are nice. I use the gym a lot (it's a nice gym for an apartment complex) but it's always open and never too crowded.

From application, to move in, to maintenance requested being answered almost immediately, my experience at Bainbridge Avenues Walk has been superb! The leasing agents and property manager have all been great! The grounds are well kept! And, it's a really quiet area! Great community!

Has been great! I read all the reviews online before sign the lease , not all the negative are true , that there are bugs ?of course is an open building nothing out this world . Apartments are beautiful, the office personal are nice and helpful, maintenance are nice friendly respectful. I had put one request for air conditioning filter it was at my door with no time 10/10 or I walking to the office and pick one up no questions ask just what size ?? the club house the gym the POOL omg beautiful everything kept clean . The free coffee, chocolate, if you are running late to work just stop by and get cup of joe to go perfect ! Overall I am so happy I found this place after 9 months living here I still love it and I hope I can stayed long years here. My neighbor are the best quiet ones , everyone mind their bees! ??

This community was nicer when it was new and wasn't at occupancy. The greenery is being kept up but not the hallways. The parking is getting bad. The apartments aren't sealed properly and have roaches. The apartments weren't built well so the hard wood floors and walking on them become a nuisance to the person beneath you. It's not a bad place, but it's probably not worth the rent paid.

Went to tour the apartment last week and was shown around by Julie. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The apartment and community is beautiful, nothing negative to say. The rooms and closets are large and the rent is resasonable for it being a new community and for the beautiful amenities. The only thing I would like to see is an area for smaller children, like a play area/playground.

The leasing agents were great. I spoke with Julie on phone and she was very informative. Loved her attitude. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Dolph gave me a tour. It was a beautiful complex, with great amenities. It looks like fun place to live. Both were knowledgeable about the complex.

We toured and immediately fell in love with the spacious bedrooms, the screened in balconies, the full size washer n dryers. Plus the work out center and pool area are Very Nice! We can't wait to move in!

I moved into this apartment complex attracted by its stunning aesthetics and the beautifully designed units. Initially, I faced some challenges with bugs, but management was prompt and efficient in addressing this issue. However, since resolving that, there have been ongoing disturbances from other residents that have disrupted the tranquility of my home, which is especially difficult as I work from home. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster ? the beauty of the place is undeniable, but the peace I need for my daily life has been compromised.

I have said it a multiple times but it really feels like that you are living in a resort. It’s an absolutely amazing place to live as it gives such good vibes. Property is well-maintained, has everything you need from a huge gym to an infinity pool. What I also love is free yoga classes they offer and also the foodtrucks that come by are pretty good. I would rate my experience as a 10/10.

Bainbridge Avenues Walk has been a great place to live. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are spacious and modern & every person we have met has been friendly. The location is also great because it takes you about 15 minutes to get absolutely anywhere.

Just moved in from the park avenues "luxury" apartments. Well living there I not only got the spend a decent amount of money but got to share my home with 3000 other guests on a daily basis. I tried 2 different apartments in the community and they failed me both times and could never get things done in a reasonable amount of time. Since I started the process here and officially moved in I now can say I live in a luxury apartment and actually feel happy to be home for once and I wish I could express more about how good that truly feels. I now look forward to having my guests come over without feeling embarrassed or looking around for bugs to kill.

Bainbridge is a beautiful and secure community with plenty of wonderful amenities for us residents to use! We've got the heated infinity pool, the big gym with high-end technology and machines and punching bag! The game rooms, hammocks, trail, and outdoor seating areas are also some more amenities.

The staff overall is one of the best teams to interact with and they are always willing to do whatever is necessary. All associates have been great, however Jamie has been exceptional with her dedication and ensuring she answers any questions or concerns. We haven't been in an apartment setting is over 30 years, so this experience has been great and exceeded our expectations.
