There are many benefits to living in Colony Dadeland. The apartment buildings are well maintained and kept clean. We have never had a problem with pests as they do regular pest control. They have a variety of amenities as well including a gym, two pools and a package room. Paying the rent and maintenance requests can be easily done online using the Resident portal. There is a security guard in the parking area for safety. As with any apartment living there will be downsides. The emergency alarm system is unpredictable and can go off at any time and scare you as it is extremely loud and jarring. If you live facing the pool area all the noise and music from the pool will be heard in your apartment and if you have neighbors that talk or yell loudly in the hallways or balconies this is also a source of noise pollution. Also be aware that this complex allows pets including dogs of all sizes and breeds. This entails a large amount of pet waste and potential danger from irresponsible dog owners of which there are many. Overall this is a good place to live, great location but expensive as the cost of living has skyrocketed everywhere in Miami and sometimes there is noise pollution from other residents and the expressway.

The community was good when we first moved in but lately it has gotten worse. Loud drinking parties at the pool the security guard never patrols there. Noise until all hours of the night. The hallways in our building are chipping and you can see the exposed rebar in certain areas. The laundry room always has broken washers and dryers that are never repaired.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are so sorry to hear about your bad experience trying to get staff to help you with a neighbor complaint. If you wouldn't mind coming down to the leasing office, I would love to meet with you and talk about the situation and what we can do to manage such situations more effectively in the future.

Horrible disgusting place i cannot tell you how many times I've stepped on dog poop I literally have pictures of over 100 pieces of dog ---- that the management refuses to clean up they're very rude and act as if they're superior to you they don't respect you as a person. The roach infestation is disgusting i cannot tell you how long it took my family and i to get it out. My family and i have gotten our clothes stolen from the laundry multiple times in which management said oh well. My parents car has been keyed scratched tire pieces stolen and no one cares honestly i wish i had enough money to sue this place it's a freak show!!!!! Also they never clean properly the hallways smell like dog piss and are filled with it the stairs are always filled with drug smells and dog piss!!!! MAY I ADD THAT PEOPLE DO DRUGS HERE ALL THE TIME AND WE CAN SMELL IT AND STAFF DOES NOT CARE!!!!!! Also many people have pit bulls and management does not care even though it's against the law to have pitbulls in miami dade county and when i told them about how it's illegal they said oh it's for emotional distress like how am i suppose to feel safe and on top of that the owners don't have leaches on their dogs HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IN AND DISGUSTING!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! Please read all the reviews from different people all with many issues from here. WORST PLACE IN ALL MIAMI TO MOVE IN. I don't understand how this place is still open for residents to live here. Their WHOLE STAFF is completely unprofessional, unapologetic, negligent, RUDE, and CLEARLY DON'T CARE for the well-being of their community. This is the first time in my life I have ever left a review online for anything, I am here writing all this to ALERT innocent family like myself, who don't know what this place has to offer. At least, I didn't ! Pleaseeee do your research !! I moved here about two years ago, we are a family of 3. We considered this place to be a nice, SAFE, close to the mall and supermarket location, which at the time it was convenient to us. We have been having constant issues at this property from my car being keyed, to disgusting hallways filthy dirty with dog pee and poop, elevators being jammed (my boyfriend getting stuck in one for more than 20 minutes), washer and dryers out of service for MONTHS, extremely hot (90 degrees) inside our apartment because their buildings don't have insulation in the roof, our electricity bill being more than $200 all because our air conditioning HAS to be on 65 for the meter to read 75 degrees inside our home, walking by staff not wearing face masks in the middle of a pandemic (when the governor of Miami-Dade enforced MANDATORY mask to be worn at all times in the public), residents SMOKING MARIJUANA in public areas like the pool, and I can go on for days with many more issues at this location. But the most concerning of ALL is how just last week MAINTENANCE STAFF entered my apartment WITHOUT my consent, and "accidentally" left the key to my apartment attached to my door. After 9 hours being gone from home, when I arrived, my door was completely open to the public !! Their was burglary in my apartment due to their negligence and poor staff control, from the maintenance to the security guard on duty. We called the police, the detectives came the next day and when they went to get the Office staff manager "Gabriela Diaz" for her testimony, her answer was "we won't provide any information unless you have a subpoena order". They are completely at fault for many things that happened that day, and this situation is currently being handled by my attorney, but PLEASE RECONSIDER moving anywhere else. This is an UNSAFE PROPERTY The STAFF IS THE WORST ! Bunch of ignorants running a circus show, and no one to hold accountable.

I have been living in the Dadeland colony apartment for more than 2 years, and this situation of lack of hygiene with animals has always been a matter of talking and discussing. This is the foot of my 2-year-old daughter, dirty of dog poop, it is impossible to leave and not touch you with a pee or dog poop, the amount of dirty they have is super unpleasant, they do not collect the dog poop. I took my daughter out to play and had a bad floor in a moment and I got dirty from dog poop. I have been upset, I have been calm the administration and it is always the same, they do NOTHING, never in almost 3 years that I have here I have received a general letter where tenants with pets are alerted that they should collect the feces of their pets, The place may be very beautiful but I am not willing to continue living in such a dirty place where you can not walk quietly without smelling or seeing a dog poop that many times you do in the same front of your door.

The experience my girlfriend is having at unit 3003 is shameful and illegal. The apartment was rented to her with extensive water damage and leaks along with a mold infestation in the entire apartment. No regard for warranty of habitability and in violation of the Florida landlord tenant agreement. Upon telling Jessica and Gabi who work in the leasing office about the mold they informed her that they have a protocol for mold. That protocol was not to have a mold inspection or to move her to a unit that was habitable but to open the wall spray bleach cover the wall and paint. The same day they opened the wall and spread trillions of mold spores across the new furniture and clothing and food me and her got sick we were hospitalized and diagnosed with respiratory issues and sinusitis. Upon hiring a certified mold inspector out of her own pocket 250 because management refused to, it was discovered that extremely high levels of mold were present in the Every part of the apartment and the air was had 80 percent more spores than the outside air. The mold was deemed to be hazardous to humans and known to cause respiratory issues. No one can go into the apartment for more than 10 minutes without feeling symptomatic. The mold professionals said u need a mask to be in there and it's not habitable and THE STATE OF FLORIDA REQUIRES A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL TO REMEDIATE THE MOLD IN THE APARTMENT !! No other options have been given to her as they don't have any one bedrooms available so instead of giving her a 2 bedroom in a livable condition they have her no options but to stay there. They don't want to lose money they would rather your health deteriorate or you die than be ethical. Now all her new furniture all her clothing and hygiene products are contaminated. She has had to live in a air B and B for the past 4 days paying everyday while they have her waiting for a resolution. The losses incurred have been in the thousands as well as hospital bills the loss of the money paid for rent, deposit , moving costs to and now from the unit have her in mental and physical anguish. SHE IS LOSING HER HAIR OVER THIS SHE IS 27 years old and a working woman who cries every night because she feels SWINDLED POISONED AND SCARED THAT THEY WILL RUIN HER CREDIT IF SHE DOESNT TAKE THESE LOSSES WITH ANY COMPENSATION PLEASE CHECK YOUR APARTMENT FOR MOLD AND LEAKS DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AS THEY HAVE NO MORAL OR ETHICS

Can’t wait till our lease is up. We pay way too much and they apartments always have bugs, AC never works, and they’ve told our cars multiple times because we work night shift since I’m a nurse and my husband gets home at 7pm and there is absolutely no parking in the neighborhood so be careful your car will get towed. I mentioned it to the office staff and the girls said “sorry if you can’t find a parking spot we can’t do anything” or course cause they get a cut with the tow company. Units do not come with a parking spot unless you monthly which I believe Is illegal. Ridiculous.

ODOR GRUNGY AND DIRTY IN ISTALACIONES BUILDING 9375 FIRST FLOOR I have been living in the Dadeland Colony for 8 months, I live on a first floor, and I have had to learn to live with the bad smell of dog peeping, and filthy mud in the hallways. I have called several times to present the complaint, asking to please send a MEMORANDUM to the people who live here with animals, so they are careful when taking these for a walk, but have not given a response. Every day is the same, dawn full of pipi, and sometimes popo. And Dirty in the hall. It is quite unpleasant to leave your house and have to cover your nose for the bad smell that is in the corridors, I ask please solve this problem as soon as possible. IT IS NOT JUST TO CLEAN IS TO ALSO MAKE ORDER so this does not keep happening, since in each Doorway, you come across these nasty things.

Maintenance will not come on the weekends unless its an emergency and it when it was, it was still a struggle to get them to come out. The parking is TERRIBLE!!! Smallest spots ever and 12 guest spots for the whole complex. They will put stickers and tow your car. Stay away if you can.

I've been living here about 4 years, most of the people at the main office are rude. Apartments are infested with roaches, cars get towed all the time. Elevators do not work , I've been in scary situation to be stuck inside before for minutes. Parking is terrible. My brand new car has been scratched up due to how small the spaces are. Gym machines are always out of order. They do not change carpet in apartments until a minimum of 5 years. So you can imagine how dirty they are, anyone former tenants with animals, you will have to deal with. The only great thing I can say is that the location is great! Publix, target, palmetto highway, are all near by. If it wasn't for the convience of the location and pricing I would have been gone.

STAY AWAY!! Don't move here!! The maintenance is horrible. Office staff is horrible. We have had a huge roach infestation in our apartment, and we obviously aren't the only ones. The staff constantly acts like they're doing you favors. They are masters at not answering questions and emails, obviously wanting to avoid lawsuits with little correspondence on their end. We had mold in our apartment as well. Then they came and told me it wasn't mold, just dust. However, they were going to replace our carpets, replace our AC unit, and repaint the unit, yet we allegedly had no mold. We took samples from under our carpet and in both AC ducts and had them all tested for mold, and all three camelback positive for many types of mold. ALL THREE! Yet they said we had no mold. All the while, we were having a huge issue with roaches (which is ongoing).they are German cockroaches too, which are one of the worst and many people have sued for allergies and issues caused by German roaches They didn't care about the roaches, just the mold. After pestering them nonstop for weeks in which basically nothing happened and getting an attorney involved, they finally bombed our apartment, which they had originally said they'd two 10 days prior). I couldn't even believe the disgusting amount of roaches we cleaned up. It was unreal. Huge ones and little ones. The little ones cause asthma and leave even worse bacteria too. Before they had bombed and I went in to the office crying, telling them we still had roaches, I was told first they had a process and first they spray. Then when I told her that they had already sprayed and done that twice, she finally told me that the reason they didn't bomb the place that day was because they were in the process of switching the head maintenance man, which she (Emmy) said wasn't my "fault". Also, I don't know if every one of the maintenance men have horrible eyes, but they've been to my apartment three times to caulk the cracks where roaches were entering in, and I came home today to find there are still more. The level of incompetence is astounding. The office staff would constantly go back on their word. One of the office employees would suggest one thing (Jessica), and another would say it was a waste of product and time (Paola, after Jessica suggested spraying every other day). When I would go into the office asking if maintenance had done something (pull out every appliance and make sure all cracks were caulked), they would say "they should have done that yes, they should have done that", which never actually answered the question and was actually quite impossible since he was there for only a brief time and missed a ton of cracks to caulk, so if he was inspecting the unit and carefully as "he should have", we wouldn't have roaches, or had to call them to come back again and again. A lot of the maintenance staff speaks broken or little English, so they would claim they went to our door and were turned away because the person who answered was "sleeping", which in fact, was not the case or what was said. They routinely will not reply to emails so they have nothing in writing. It's our word against theirs. Or in our case, our 100 photos of roaches, emails, maintence requests, reviews, etc., all verified by newspapers and dates. They also won't leave voicemails. The only email they ever sent was when the office closed completely early for some reason, and we had to know if it was possible to get back into our unit after it was bombed. Then one of their people suggested if the bug problem was not fixed, they would switch our unit. I demanded another one and a different office employee acted like she was doing me a favor by keeping us in our same unit, because we'd "have to sign new contracts", "move everything", etc. aka they would have to draft new contracts and pay for moving expenses. This has been a horrible experience, made worse by incompetent maintence and a dismissive staff. The only benefit to this apartment is the location.

I'm a sales men, i work at the collection and i 23yearsr of age don't make the same mistake i did. I cant even give a star to this place my experience has be horrible, but to post i have to at least give it one but i don't believe this place is worth it at all. First of all i was rushed in to my lease, i had to ask to see it before i moved in, it being my first apartment i accepted and when i went in that night to look at the i just rented to my surprise there was a roach infestation. i have only seen things like this on TV shows for hoarders. it was unbearable but i thought i was ----ed in signing the contract, i had to deal with what i had, so i began to drop roach booms. I did this this for 4 day in a row to the point where i was picking up buckets of roaches from just the kitchen floor, and I was relieved that there was not as many in the room. After a week of cleaning and blasting roach killing booms i got a notice on my door that they where going to have a bug inspector i was relieved that i was not just my room that was infested but i had already spent money and was upset at management for not let me know about the situation. when i confronted them, they denied everything saying that the couple who lived there was a clean one that it doesn't make sense that there would be any roaches more over they call the inspector monthly for checks. From the amount of roaches i was and had been cleaning up there is no way they do it monthly. so i asked them to come in to my room i would show them even after i had been cleaning and there was not many roaches left but i was still able to point out baby roaches, Paola the property manager had the audacity to tell me they weren't baby roaches after she reached for it and picked it up with her finger she stayed quite and they said well you know there should still be some around one or two is fine and my response to her was what i just supposed to accept and live with the roaches . they assured me they had no idea it was like this that they will blast 12 booms to handle the problem. i just now came back from the place and am very upset because not only was there still roaches in my room after a week but they had stolen this roach food poison that i had bought to kill them at the source there nest. the Property manager Paola asked me the dumbest questions like if i moved it. I haven't be able to me in to my place for 3 weeks now the rent is due and i so ------- mad that i let there rep Emmy rush me into an apartment that was infested and now there stealing my things before i even move in i just don't trust this place anymore i don't know what to do i stuck with this ------- lease i don't trust any of the property manager or reps and i still have roaches. God can anyone help me or if you are planning to move in don't do it here or make sure you know what you are getting into. I cant believe i didn't

To start, I moved here back in 2012 (August) at the time I thought the rent was worth the location/amenities that Colony offered but I soon to learn I was wrong. To list some things that I noticed for the few months that I lived there... Parking is terrible. Their fix for it was to add valet which was also a jackass's lazy fix for the parking problem. The office was set up like the club in "Roger Rabbit". If I needed to speak with the manager through the little glass on the right side of the room, I had to talk to the lady at the desk to the left where she then transferred my message to the lady at the center desk where she then finally transferred my message to the lady behind the glass? LOL SERIOUS!!? The security and most maintenance staff did't speak English. The walls are made out of construction paper. Just to name a few... After 2 months of living there, one day after work, I walk through my door and apparently there was a letter shoved under my door. The letter read I never paid my security deposit to move in and my rent would not be accept until it was paid. I knew this was a mistake because clearly remember spending 2 hours that day running around collecting everything that was required to move in. Aside from that I still had the original copies of the 3 money orders that I used to move in with. The next morning I went downstairs to speak with the manager. When I walked into the office, I proceeded to the room with the little glass window but was stopped by this little girl who couldn't have been no older than 16? She said, How can I help you? I told her I needed to speak with the manager. She said, but maybe I can help you, I said no thank you and continued to walk to the little room with the glass window. Upon entering her office (her door was already open) I said Hello, good morning and she replied with "Did you speak to make staff" I said, excuse me? Then she replied with, "How can I help you?" I told her I received a letter yesterday but I believe it was in error. She acknowledged it and said, yes, you do not have your deposit on file. I told her well.. how can that be if iv'e been living here for two months. The requirements are/were First/Last/Security without those full payments, you don't move in. Clearly there's a mistake somewhere. I gave her the copies of my money orders. She told me that she couldn't do anything with those and asked if I knew how they "worked" LOLOLOL!! I said, i'm sorry but I don't think YOU know how these things work. I said these are exactly like cash, endorsed and handed over to "The Colony" Once they leave my had and I receive a receipt, you and your staff become ownership of them. She said, well you have to call them and see if they were cashed, I said sure and as I was calling while on the speaker phone with Western Union, she tried to dismiss me out of her office. I told her to wait a minute and allow here to hear the automated voice at Western Union saying the money order was cashed. She said i'll look into it and get back to you. Two weeks later I paid my rent and the same day my rent check was slide under my door with a letter stating that my rent would not be accepted until I paid my deposit. The following day I went back and fourth with the office manager about how a money order works. She told me to call and have the money order tracked. I said sure no problem only to find that there's a $15 non refundable fee. I explained to her about the fee and asked about a reimbursement if I were to pay the fee and everything checked out okay. She told me no, that she cannot authorize a reimbursement. I said, well, it seems we have a problem here then, she said, yeah, it sure does. I left her office that day, rented a moving truck and moved out. They tried to charge me with breaking the policy and they also put me in collections. I gathered all my records of all my payments, money orders and the refusal to accept rent letters and submitted all of it VIA email to my credit agencies as fraud, from the comfort of my computer chair. a few weeks later it was removed off of my credit report and I haven't heard from "The Colony" since. This place is a CANCER!!

Is my lease up yet? When I first began m search for apartments over a year ago, The Grand Tower at the Colony kept topping my list. To the eye it is a very lovely apartment: well-lit, well-maintained, modern, clean, spacious, and with the best perk of all- washer/dryer in unit. Upon our first weeks here the only issues we realized were parking was ridiculous and these walls lack any and all insulation. I can literally hear my neighbor snoring from my room, their utensils clanking while walking down the hallway, and the flip-flops of running children up and down the hallway. We never bothered to complain because we'd expect the same courtesy out of our neighbors if they could hear the slightest of noise. Unfortunately, we were not extended so. We held a small gathering (5 people) where we just talked and laughed at our dining table, and security came knocking on our door.It was bad enough being shushed for minor conversation around 10pm, but to make matters worse the security guard didn't even speak English. I can speak Spanish, so it's not an issue for ME, but my roommate does not. Why is our money going to staff that can't get their job done? Also when we moved in we were hassled into making it within a certain time limit and scheduling a day and blah blah blah. We got it done, with no mess or interruptions for our neighbors or other residents. On the other hand I've seen my entire hallway (FOR THE ENTIRE DAY) taken up by plants, rice bags, bicycles, and other misc. household goods while new residents cleaned/moved in. The only pros to this apt is the washer/dryer and its being clean. There are no other pros, I would never recommend this place, and I cannot wait til my lease is up to never renew it again.

management is a JOKE! they have been building a parking garage for over 5 months, the scheduled finishing date was in June.JUNE!!! we are in September!!!! they will tow your car, even though it is not blocking any parking spots, not blocking the garbage or impeding traffic flow. the guy at the tow yard told us the colony makes money off the towing.that is ludicrous. that's just the tip of the iceberg, sure you might get a 'remolded' unit, but they don't tell you they use the cheapest materials, the caulking in all the sinks breaks away within 2 months. the cleaning and maintenance crew are corrupt, with tales of theft and them trying to get into apartments without at least 24 hours notice or 'when they think no one is home'. they seem more concerned to gossip rather than clean, as I have seen trash in the hallways not move for over a week. It is all an illusion when you move in, you will soon realize this place is $h1T!!!!

Avoid living here at all cost. The parking situation is one of the worst I've seen. Not only is there no space for tenants they expect your guest to pay for valet parking to visit you. The elevator in our building had people stuck in it multiple times and when it was broken it took days for them to fix it. There are 8 washers and 8 driers for an entire building and on top of that the driers take two cycles that's 2.50 to dry a load of laundry. Unlike most apartments the expect you to pay for water on top of your rent and electricity. The maintenance is awful our A/C unit broke and it took them 4 weeks to fix it and after it was changed out our FPL bill went up $100 dollars. Oh and they left a hole in our wall for another month. Our microwave broke and it took them 2 weeks to get us a new one. The maintenance of the place is minimal. If your unlucky enough to be stuck here avoid the 1st floor apartments they have been known to flood with sewage and its not just the 1st floor our 3rd floor apartment was flooded by the upstairs unit. It was two years of insanely terrible and almost constant construction which is still going on and doesn't seem to have an end in sight. So please take a minute and step back maybe talk to some tenants but this place should be your last choice.

I live in the new building from last August 2012 until August 2013, which is 9357 SW 77th Ave. I feel that it is my obligation to write a review because I'm currently looking for an apartment in DC and it is extremely difficult to find an apartment that is not roach and/or mice infested, is dangerous, has staff members that steal from tenants or has disgusting smells. I thoroughly enjoyed my living experience here. My roommate and I shared a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom on the 4th floor. I wasn't really "alone" but even if I was, I would've enjoyed living here. I only moved because of a transfer for my job. If not for the transferred, I would've downgraded to a 1 bedroom. Let me give you an honest breakdown: The building: The staff cleans the building daily so it is always clean and always smells good. I never saw a bug, which is weird because it's Miami, you see bugs everywhere. Especially because the doors open and close on a daily basis when people enter and exit the apartments. The staff/maintenance: The can be difficult to deal with because they take forever to answer your questions and maintenance issues. Once my earring fell down the drain and they took 5 days to come and dig it out, causing me to have to use my roommate's bathroom. That's just an example of how slow they were. The blonde head lady can be a real ....word that rhymes with witch. She acts like her poop doesn't stink and that she is above you. Oh, she's a doll when she's showing you the apartments but once you're a tenant, she's like Jekyll and Hide. I forgot her name because she's irrelevant when it comes to my life but when you see her, you'll know! There was a sweet older, slim lady when I first got there, not sure where she went but she was pleasant, but I digress. The grounds: Very well kept. There are two pools and a jacuzzi, which are always clean and the lounge chairs are nice. The exercise room: I felt that they provided sufficient and clean exercise equipment for an apartment complex. They're not gonna give you an entire gym, be reasonable. It's an apartment complex, not a gym. The parking: When I first moved there, parking was awful! Some spaces were larger than others and when I got home late from work, I would have to park really far away from the front of the building. It was a hassle, not because I didn't feel safe but because, who really wants to walk a long way after working all day? Well before I left, maybe around September or October of 2012, they hired a valet parking staff. They were very nice, professional and efficient. The only time I parked my own car was where there were spots available right in front of the building. They do make visitors pay for parking but I feel like the rates are reasonable. My guests would usually park in the parking lot by the plaza that has the Starbucks/Jamba Juice/Don Pan, etc. and just walk over to my apartment. (Only 1 block away) While in the area, I recently saw them building a parking lot to replace the small parking spaces, which I think is a great idea. The apartment: Brand new, very stylish, clean and well built. There was a washer and dryer in my unit. The only think that sucked is that we had to use AT&T UVerse which tends to be expensive. It was about $72 for basic cable and internet But electricity and water was always very cheap (Maybe $130 in total...about $65 per person). I feel that considering there were two of us living there...that was cheap. I never, I repeat, NEVER saw a bug, spider, rat, roach, etc. We had tile everywhere except the bedrooms which had carpet so the entire apartment was very easy to clean. We had a dishwasher and ice maker as well. Security: I'm young and I love to party. It was EXTREMELY nice to know that I could come home late...sometimes at 4am and no one would bother me. I walked to the local corner store sometimes with friends (no matter how safe you feel, or how safe an area is, no woman should walk around late night alone) and never had a problem. Security would always circle the grounds to make sure we were safe. Security officers are there 24/7. They also have cameras throughout the building, around the property grounds and in the elevators. I've never felt unsafe, period. Mail: Never had a problem receiving mail and/or packages. If packages were too big for the mailboxes, they were left at my door and I've never had a neighbor or staff member steal my packages. With all that being said, I cannot speak for the entire apartment complex, I can only speak on my experience. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and I hope this review was helpful. Sorry for an typos, I'm watching TV while I'm writing this review LOL. GOOD LUCK APARTMENT HUNTING!!! :)

This has been the worst first experience on living on my own away from my family. From the worst service with maintenance to the worst parking. To being treated badly from the management in the office to the security guard sleeping in his golf cart. I have been here for 6 months already and can not wait for my lease to be up. From the moment I moved in here everything in the kitchen was broken. They took weeks to fix the microwave the stove and also the fridge. Also another malfunction was my ac blowing up while I was sleeping with my daughter, when i called the office right away they said it was not considered an emergency and for me to go rent in a hotel with my daughter, i had to pick up my stuff at 11 pm and leave the condo. Not only that being an issue, the person on the phone he's name was ric, he was so rude and sarcastic and not caring to give time to understand my situation. This situation is actually current and has taken so far 3 days and no one has fixed anything i keep calling the office and they only take down my information and do absolutely nothing. My hours at work are from 5 pm till 5 am when I get back home I have to park blocks away from my building, when I actually do find a closer parking spot the spots are extremely narrow and other cars will dent your car, only once that I parked in a spot I wasn't supposed to they towed my car right away not having concern on how they're parking system is screwed up, when i called management about my car being towed they gave me the wrong information regarding where my car was taken. Every few weeks they have pest control come in your home, once I was still asleep and they came in anyway I wasn't completely dressed and they still came in and started laughing. This building has been the worst experience in my whole life most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. It's becoming a nightmare. Please keep searching for a better home I do not recommend this building.
