Creepy maintenance man at Park at Blanding apartments in --------------------------------------------------------------. You can also see him lurking around in front of your apartment with his obviously badly abused and -------------- he has. This psychopath is friends with the property management so the Rat in the office will do nothing about him flying drones with camera close to your upstairs window, climbing on your roof to eavesdrop at late hours of the night or calling your cell phone late at night from the ------------------- -------------------------------, after he sneaking into her apartment when she sleeping with his key. Also The other --------------- ------- ---------------- ------------------------------! Watch out they're obsessed losers and work together all day on the golf carts doing nothing. Beware BH management will do nothing for your safety on their property while renting. Police have a ew statements from tenant about this creeper from 2015.

Review has changed recently over some policy changes... First the good: A well maintained complex in an older poor neighborhood. Nice pool, gym and beautiful grounds. Reasonable rent and very helpful staff. Parking is tight but usually a spot is available to park in. I haven't seen any real crime in the years I've been here. New ownership in the past year or so, and they installed new charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables throughout the property, new landscaping, fresh paint (natural brick is now brown), and they are renovating vacant apartments as they come open for new tenants. Now the bad: Prepare for the extra fees. Add about $40-$50 onto your rent for water/sewage/garbage/billing (yes they charge extra every month to send you a bill). You are required to purchase renters insurance. Prepare to be really hard to move out. Although rent is reasonable for the city, once your lease is up you will leave (with 60 days minimum notice), sign a mandatory 12 month lease at a slightly higher rate (mine went up about $30 monthly each year) or pay nearly DOUBLE your rent for a month to month lease. Yes, nearly double. As in from $900/month to nearly $1500/month. Prepare for the typical 2-3 loud, rude people who don't care about others. Pounding their car stereo as they drive through the complex, guests who drive up in front of an apartment and rather than taking the effort to walk 25 feet to the front door, just lay on the horn, stuff like that. Minor, but irritating. One reason I moved here was they allowed propane grills as long as it is operated away from housing. This just changed. They now say that no propane tank is allowed on the entire property and sent us all letters giving all tenants 7 days to remove them or they will take them. Many tenants have grills for cooking outdoors in the nice Florida weather that now need to go into the dumpster or get taken by management. One more insult: There is a propane grill by the pool and main office that stays. Management is responsible enough to handle a propane grill but residents are not. The letter referenced some Florida state law that has nothing at all to do with propane tanks. Yes I looked it up. I would no longer recommend the place to a friend. I'd really like to see them change their policy of crazy expensive month to month for tenants who have been there a while, and obviously have a more reasonable grilling policy.

Everyone is friendly and I've never had problems with any maintenance issues or anything else. I've been at my same apt. since 08 and never had any problems. The pool is kept clean as well as the grounds. There's no problems with noise or theft.

This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Police here all time, just had a stand off at one of the apartments across from pool man arrested for trying to stab someone. This place is full of drugs n partiers, noisy all night even thru week n weekends are horrible. The electric bills are so high you cant afford them n if you have an issue good luck cuz it wont be fixed. Office people are lazy n make promises they never intend to keep. Pool decks are always trashed after weekend with such things as alcohol bottles cans vomit trash etc. Do yourself a favor DONT MOVE HERE.

Electric Bill way over 200 a month for 2 bedroom because of old furnace and AC units there was a police here 2 times in one day arrested somebody for attempted murder in apartment close to the office there is drug activity very heavy on weekends at night very noisythe office people do nothing but tell lies and won't do nothing about anything

Its nice and quiet community. Staff are very nice and always greets us when we see them. I really like it here. I think they should improve landscaping alil and the backyards. I think everybody should have more privacy in there backyard like a fence.

It's a nice quiet community, management is nice, and the apartment is nice and spacious. The move in was easy and I think I'm going to like living in this community. Neighbors were friendly and offered to help during our move in. I am looking forward to new experiences living at the Park at Blanding.

Parking space not suitable for the handicapoed. Getting out of my truck one night I got stuck between the 2 vehicles and I had to call rescue to help me out of the tight space.

Im glad i decided to move to The Park at Blanding my experience has been great, anything that is wrong is taken care of immediately. I have no complaints the apartment complex is very well maintained and at night you dont have loud kids partying its nice & quiet. Brooke is good at what she does and keeps her word.

This is a great community. Never had any major issues. Any time I have a problem and reach out to the property manager it is handled in a timely manner. I have now renewed my lease once and consider renewing for a second time. Would suggest this community to anyone.

Overall I love it here. Always lots of parking, love the bungalow style one story setup, beautiful community with lots of trees, front office staff is nice and polite. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. They try to halfway fix everything and treat you like you're an idiot.

The units are old & it doesn't seem like any money will be spent to do any upgrades to them. The rent goes up every year with no improvement to my unit which puzzles me. Hopefully something can fixed with the appearance of my unit with this survey!!

The staff is great and so are the amenities. My kids love the pool. I know the staff works hard to prevent pests, but between the ants and the palmetto bugs, it can be frustrating. Especially when the kids can't play in the backyard because of the ants. I love the homey feel of this complex.

I love my apartment, love how big it is. The only problem I have is the people that live next to me, they have no respect for people that live around them. There TV is so loud that it shakes my wall.
