The build quality is solid, but slamming doors can still shake the whole floor. The A/C handler inside is LOUD: TV has to be turned up another 30% and all conversation stops when it kicks it. Otherwise, it's lovely. The amenities at the clubhouse are superb. The high-grade carpet, granite countertops, and updated GE appliances all project the appearance of a high-quality unit. If the noise from neighbors was less intrusive, if the A/C handler wasn't so *obviously in the living room*, if there was a Playground area for the kids, if fixtures were included in the bedrooms (no lights at move-in!), and if a light was in the master bath above the tub/shower, the unit would be perfect. And really, those are minor complaints. Except maybe the A/C handler. We're investigating how to muffle that without impeding airflow.

A nice new complex, with some appealing features. App process a confused mess: the online app did not show the availability the agent had written down. Agent gave me someone else's business card. App included speaking to a screening company, apparently on the west coast. This led to a waste of an afternoon, four tries to reach them and then two confusing calls from them. Screener seemed bored and mixed up, asked why I called. I told them I was instructed to. This led to a call transfer, more hold time (over an hour total on hold in four calls.) This new screener (so called) was also baffled as to why I was bothering them. For the app process you pay $200 - what a waste. Unprofessional procedures and low-level employees send applicants in circles. Meanwhile they have all my identifiable data, which is worrisome. Huge red flags here as to the runaround: and double red flag for identify security. F- so far inn this tiring timesuck of an app process. As I have not lived there (yet) I can't address noise and maintenance response. I maintenance worker (woman) did help me when I was confused by the 'we're closed' leasing office sign. (They were, in fact, open.) Overall seems poorly run: not sure what it would be like otherwise to live here. Not sure if it is worth risking finding out: was this bad experience a one-off or a signal of what a year here would be like?
