There are a lot of great amenities at this property - dog park, Pickleball courts, beautiful pool, 24 hour gym, and many more amenities. Great location to downtown St. Petersburg as well as Tampa and the airports.

Love it here! Always clean, great staff, and things get done when you need them too! My refrigerator went out and they had a new one for me in 30min! Parking could be bigger due to people having multiple cars and visitors but that's it

We enjoy our experience . Don't really have much to report. Our only concern is the noise from the upper apartment. There does not seem to be much buffer between floors. This should not be a required field.

We just love Arya! The leasing staff ( Sean and Alexis) who always greet us when we walk by. We love to ride our bikes downtown and the locked bike room gives us peace of mind. The amenities are amazing, feels like living in a resort. It is very peaceful!

Amazing experience so far. The amenities make the community great. The gym is good, coffee room, and the pool really show how great the place is. 5 minutes to downtown Saint Pete give you the "almost" downtown living.

Great apartment complex. I've been enjoying my stay. I moved in of June 2025. I love walking around the complex and the amenity. I have a son so the property feels very safe to my family which I appreciate the most.

I absolutely love living at Arya Apartments! The amenities are truly top-tier ? everything is modern, clean, and feels like a luxury resort. The pool area and shared spaces are always well kept and make it such a great place to relax or hang out with friends. The location in St. Petersburg is perfect ? close to everything you need while still feeling like a comfortable, peaceful place to come home to. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes the community feel welcoming. Highly recommend Arya to anyone looking for an amazing place to live!

I love our amenities and most of the office staff is helpful and I love our maintenance team. Overall I have enjoyed living here and I will be renewing my lease. It's a bonus that I can watch the hotties play pickleball from my balcony.

Great community / hallways very dirty

I’ve lived here for just over 1 year. I love the community, office staff, amenities, parking and security. Yet…in building 8 the hallway floors are disgustingly; unsanitary and terrible looking. The stains are everywhere from spills and, most disturbing, animal pee and poop stains. We’ve asked for cleaning (which they’ve tried) but it won’t come out so we just have to live with this ?? (Odor and appearance). Dirt being carried into the elevator and hallways can be minimized if they blow out / sweep the garage every so often. But it’s really the disgusting odor and stains. Such a beautiful property otherwise

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone is very knowledgeable. The upkeep of the community is great and the maintenance is very quick and knowledgeable. They offer food trucks, contest, and even hosts the best events for the community.

Check this place out! By far the premiere apartment community in the Tampa Bay Area. Location and amenities are too notch. The Apartment units are nicely sized. The staff are actually very friendly and easy to work.

Beautiful facility, still not completely launched but moving in the right direction. Beautiful apartments and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The amenities are absolutely amazing and the staff does a good job at maintaining things. You also cant beat the location! I enjoy living here.

Have enjoyed living in the community so far. My family and I enjoy the amenities when available and the gym is by far the best apartment gym I have seen. The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable as well.

So far we haven't had any issues that wasn't fixable. The neighbors are really nice to us, everyone we have encountered are really sweet. And most of all people with pets are friendly as well as their pets. That's important to us since we have a dog as well. But the only thing that we don't like is the shower water, if we stay in too long the water burns our eyes and we sneeze like crazy. But overall we like it here.

Great so far. I only moved in two weeks ago so difficult to add more. However it's quiet it's well maintained and it's a nice little gated community where I feel I can live at peace and enjoy the amenities.
