The community is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are world class, truly! I am still very much in love with everything about this place, except for just the move-in experience and coming into my brand new apartment to it being dirty and not being well cleaned up after the construction. There were fingerprint marks and construction debris and other things like that throughout the apartment. I think I just expected more perfection. The elevator and the carpeting in the hallways are very dirty from people moving in and I think I just expected more care for these new buildings. I'm assuming these things will get corrected.

Maintenance service good on obvious things. Cannot get local TV stations, and no management help so far in spite of several requests to different people. If no TV, then don't charge me for it. WiFi is good and strong.

I have had a terrible experience at this apartment building. From day one we have had issues. Our biggest complaint is the daily noise coming from upstairs. Nonstop running around the apartment which sounds like hammering and listening to crying and screaming. This apartment has been such a huge disappointment. I was also told I would have an Ethernet jack in the bedroom and that is not the case. We have also had cockroaches in our apartment and pest control did not follow up with us this week as they said they would.

respectful, courteous, approachable and timely...these are just a few words to describe Aryas staff... especially the way to handled things after the two hurricanes, I was scheduled to move in much sooner, but the hurricanes delayed that and staff was very communicative about what the next steps were and they would also let me know early enough so that I had the time to make necessary plans The facilities are beautiful despite still being under some construction, the amenities are really nice and I'm happy to be here

Just don't. It's not worth the headache and aggravation to deal with property management. Take your chances somewhere else. Also, it's a non smoking property and there have been multiple bike thefts. Again, just don't.

Very bad, bikes were stolen, gates are always open. There is no reaction from the leasing company. It's very disappointing and not professional. I opened a work order and they closed it without coming to the apartment

Lovely place to live with all the amenities one could ever want. Even with ongoing construction, thigs are very quiet and peaceful. Our apartment is spacious and has tons of natural light. The landscaping is gorgeous.

The apartments are nice and the complex is pretty and very conveniently located. However, the elevators (1 per building) are often down, they are constantly rebuilding areas of the complex that are only a few months old and the appliances are not high quality. I have already had issues with my refrigerator and my washing machine and they are only a few months old.

The staff is pre-judice. The property managers have harassed, discriminated against me, entered my apartment without notice, they take no accountability for anything. Rats all over the complex. ---- and ----- are horrible and the regional manager as well.

There have been many issues yet to be resolved. I've asked for a time frame but have not received one yet. The elevator breakdown s have been very inconvenient. Also the facility is dusty and dirty. Indoor parking is a plus!

we have very much enjoyed the community here at Arya! It is our first experience of staying in an apartment and we have enjoyed it much more than we thought we would. We have had a side issue with fifth floor elevator not always working. And at 75 we've had to go up and down the stairs quite a few times.
