Beautiful apartment The amenties setup is amazing Obviously most of the complex is still under construction but the areas that are ready to be moved in to look great. The area being on fourth has a few things around it gyms, stores (groceries/convenience), food options, a somewhat frequent bus.

When touring this community, we were blown away by the amount of great amenities offered. The floor plans were very enticing, and the units that we toured were within our budget. We are hoping that a unit is available for us when we are ready to relocate.

Loved the location & young man who greeted us and showed us the apartments was very personable. There's still lots of construction going on. Apartments are beautiful and seem larger than square footage given. There's LOTS of storage in each apartment!

The staff at Arya have been so welcoming and professional. They answered any and all questions and are super nice. This is my first time renting and I fell very confident that my time living here will be comfortable and enjoyable. The community is very beautiful and there is plenty of amenities to enjoy, whether you want to just relax or if you need a place to do work or study stuff. They have it all!! Location is great also.

Communication isn't great. Amenities aren't online yet and there have been some hiccups. Seems like they opened before they were ready to accommodate those displaced by storms which I appreciate. Our package deliveries haven't shown up. And getting them on the phone is impossible. Some growing pains for sure but it is a beautiful community that I think will be a great place to live once they dial things in.

Great Amenities close to shopping work and activities. Wonderful resort Pool, i like the tuck under parking. The 3 story clubhouse is awesome. The landscape and appearance is quality. Easy to get in and out of the complex.

It's been about a week at Arya and we love it here! Everything from the application process to the move-in were amazing! The staff communicated with us through this entire process, and made us feel so welcome! The units are beautiful and the staff is the best! Couldn't have asked for anything more!!

Excited until I saw Fetch
Finally received my lease agreement after weeks of waiting. Was excited to move in until I saw that packages are required to go through Fetch. Go ahead and google the reviews for the Tampa location. I was NEVER told about this during conversations. My sister has also been forced into Fetch before and it was a nightmare. I am reconsidering signing my lease. I hope they reconsider. If I’m working from home? I can go meet the FedEx driver. Ridiculous

While the complex is still under construction, you are still able to see most of the grounds and amenities. The property once finished will be like living in vacation mode all day every day. I am looking forward to moving in!

Still under construction but overall everything looked liked it was coming along great. Spacious two bedroom! The bathroom tiles were gorgeous! Can't wait for the clubhouse to be finished because the layout was like no other! Visited a lot of apartments and this one was on our top 3
