I love this community. Its family friendly, quiet and have lots of food choices nearby. Two supermarkets within 5min drive and target, homegoods, and some other stores not far. And its only 15min from downtown pier. Love it!

moved in after my home flooded would not have moved here except that I needed housing ASAP. As a temporary place to live, this is fine. But we cannot wait to go back to our own house when construction is done

Arya is the most amazing apartment complex I have ever been to. All the areas are clean. The staff are very helpful and respond within 24 hours. Everything I was promised, I received. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

I haven't lived here long, but the community was just what my roommate and I were looking for. The amenities are great. The apartment size is nice and large with modern appliances and good windows with natural lighting. I think there could be a bit more security to the building And the community. There were a couple odd things. I had to call maintenance for when I first moved in, but overall, it was a good move-in experience. I would recommend this spot to other people.

Apartments are brand new which is very nice and the clubhouse has a lot of amenities that are really nice, when they are working. I recommend you lease a top floor, otherwise, the noise from upstairs can be loud at times.

Arya is the perfect place for me and my dog. We are so happy! He has plenty of places to walk and explore. Sean and Jonah were so helpful throughout the move. Arya is a beautiful complex and I could not be happier!

The community itself is beautiful. The amenities are great. The apartment homes themselves are beautiful, but a lot of cheap construction materials were clearly used especially the flooring. The office staff never answers the phone so communication is difficult.

My experience was limited to under one hour. My initial observations were very positive. The new facility was clean and provides many great amenities for a leasee. Apartment entrance, walkways and access are excellent. Very safe area.

Overall lovely place. Amenities are new and nice. People are friendly and apartment is beautiful! Sean at the leasing office is amazing! Super helpful and always promptly on time with things! There is only one front desk woman who has never been able to help me with requests I have.

ARYA has a great team from the time you walk in to potentially rent an apartment thru your move in and any situations that come up once you're in your new home. The Maintenance team lead by Todd and including Ken is a real bonus to your day to day living experience. They are exactly what you hope for when you move in to your new home - kind, professional and supportive.

Good looking complex with some cool amenities. However they have workforce housing which allows trashy people in our expensive "luxury living" community at a discounted rate, meanwhile hard working people must pay an overpriced rate. Also the parking is horrible here. Most of the time you must park outside of the gates or at an another building further away unless you buy podium parking for 75/month. Walls are paper thin as well.

We moved into the Arya in October of 2024, while the community was still significantly under construction. While there have been some bumps, in general we really love the building and genuinely appreciate the team getting us into the apartment as quickly as they did in the aftermath of the hurricanes and our home flooding.

Fantastic, the leasing agent was excellent at answering questions and being a friendly face. Absolutely my top choice for location, price, and amenities. They put a lot of thought into making the community livable and it shows!

Don’t do it

Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. Management does not clean the common areas, except for the leasing office, gym, and leasing office elevators. All the other buildings are absolutely filthy in the hallways, elevators and stairwells, and are covered with food, dog feces, dog hair, giant stains, and dead cockroaches. As someone who is very allergic to cockroaches, it is frustrating that there is huge cockroach problem here and nothing is being done about it. Not to mention the incessant noise caused by people stomping and multiple children running coming from neighbors upstairs and next door. In addition, I’ve had two packages stolen already and I have only been here for a couple of months. Security is also non-existent, an almost all of the gates are always wide open and never lock, leaving all buildings, mailroom, and common areas accessible to ANYONE from the outside. Just because they occasionally have a security guard (unarmed) monitoring the pool and gym area, doesn’t mean the property is secure. The property is only appealing from the exterior as management seems to only spend their funds on lawn care and unnecessary resident events to cover up their endless flaws. Also, the interior of the apartments are laughable as it is evident they were completed in a hurry with crooked wall structures, floor panels coming undone, messy paint/cement etc. One of my ac ducts even had a panel left that was supposed to be removed to allow airflow, and I had to ask a construction personnel for assistance. Jesus. I cannot wait to leave this place.

Nice community, amenities, and apartments. The pool is definitely the highlight. The indoor amenities are nice but hit or miss if they're working. However, opt for a top floor if possible. You can hear upstairs neighbors moving around.

The community is very nice, quiet, clean, you have peace of mind with your kids, since is a gated community, they can go around on their own, they have a lot of amenities for them, which gives us a little space for homeworking people and for students.

So far I have had a wonderful and great experience Sean one of the employees is phenomenal. He answer's questions he gives you tours. He returns phone calls. This is a beautiful community. One I would gladly live in. However, the communication is poor at best with calls and messages not being returned. I was told it would take two weeks for my application to be reviewed and approved yet I received approval via email and when I called to discuss this, I have yet to hear back from Sean. Therefore, I am looking into other communities as it appears Sean isn't interested in my business. Overall a very nice place with great amenities. Note the A1 apartments are on the smaller side but still very nice.
