My kids are safe and fit right in. The pool is lovely. The grounds are beautiful. The schools are excellent and the school bus comes right to the gate. Danny and Tabitha are very grounded, friendly, and professional.

I have been here for a year now and I will tell you my experience has been great since the new property manager Dani and office staff member Tabitha have taken over. They listen to the residents, really care about the residents, and go out of their way to put together community functions for the residents. No apartment complex is perfect but this place is by far the best I have ever lived in and I would highly recommend living here. Thank you Christina Williams

These apartments are by far the best that I have been in. It's quiet, even in the units, the neighbors around are very friendly and the property is very well maintained. The staff, both maintenance and management, are extremely friendly and professional. I have had a couple of issues that needed to be handled and they were taken care of in a timely manner. If there was a delay, I received an email stating as such. No other apartment complex has done this. Ever!! You will be pleasantly surprised with the "family feel" that seems to exude from the office to the residents. Definitely not looking to move anytime soon!!!

I am not recommeded this neighborhood to any quality people. This is the worst place we've been ever lived. Laud , trashy neighborhoors, people smooking weed, mold. The property managers let anyone move in. They just want to hve the commision. If you wamt to reach the office, they are not unreachable and after they blame on you. The apartments are in bad conditions, and if you not carefull enough, you will be the responsible to fix issues what the previous temanta left behind. The place is absolutely not safe nor children frinedly.

We moved in 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. My apartments layout is great and the pool is too. We moved from Colorado sight unseen; just through pictures, but are so happy. Thank you to Danny for all her help with this huge move. From day one she has been so helpful. I also want to mention that we are right by a trail called Legacy, and went on it for the first time Monday, and it's beautiful. Thank you to all the staff and the owners for making us feel so welcome.

I am new to the area and my decision to rent in The Saratoga Place was made by the efficient and professional assistance of Danni and Chelsea. Moving across the country is a huge undertaking and I felt excited and cared for with the guidance provided by the staff, and overall warmth and friendliness. I feel very fortunate to have moved into this community, and since the move the administrative and maintenance staff have been consistently responsive and helpful. Can't wait to make Saratoga Place my new home. The new management team, Dani, Jasmine and Morgan are a wonderful new addition! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is great as well. The grounds are well kept and it looks to be a very safe neighborhood. So glad to have finally found a nice safe place to rent.

Hello. I am a resident currently and have been for a little over a month. I really enjoy living here and the peace and quiet. This is the most peaceful and quiet communities I have ever lived at. I love that we have a gate as well. Jason the maintenance man helps me with anything that needs done. The new young ladies in the office are so very friendly and even carry your packages to your car and never hestitate to offer you a compliment. We had a brunch and it was a delightful too. The only thing I would change is where we have to take our trash. It's hard for some of us to take down to trash area. Maybe offer valet? But I love my home and thank you for always making me welcome.

I am a current resident at Sarasota Place. Its in a safe neighborhood, very clean, and everything is very close. Yes you can hear your neighbors but that is what apartment living is like. ANY apartment you live in you will hear your neighbors ive lived in both apartments and townhouses before. For the most part everyone in the front office is very friendly. For the price of these apartments you cant beat how great you have it. I would recommend to anyone.

I have lived here for one year! When first moving in the gate was broken and although it took 3 months to fix, that is a reflection on corporate! The hot tub, it is hot but the jets do not work, again, a corporate issue! The apartments are nice, if you have a maintenance issue at times you must be persistent to resolve the issue, not enough maintenance for this facility, again a corporate issue! The office staff that are new are abosolutely wonderful, Danni is just the best!! I would recommend this building as the area is beautiful, the neighbors that I have met a friendly! I enjoyed the brunch this past week as it was long overdue and the staff did a fantastic job! Hopefully corporate will keep this current staff as they are on top of things, fixing what is needed to be fixed, thank you for the pleasant change!

We recently moved in (about three weeks ago) and have found this to be one of our favorite apartment homes! The value far exceeds other local apartment complexes. We enjoy the pool, lake views, expansive screened lanai, quietness of the interior, and the wonderful staff. The ladies were wonderful at move-in and have really been working hard at making sure every resident feels welcome. We had a wonderful Sunday brunch last weekend which included catering from Panera Bread and mimosas for the adults-- such a nice event!

I have lived her 8 months and love it. The heated pool and gym are my favorite. I wish the garages were not as expensive as they are but overall the community is kept very clean and beautiful and we couldn't ask for more pleasant people to come into the office to. And thank you to Danielle for being such a caring neighbor and employee and taking out my trash for me when I was sick. This is my home and thank you for making it a great one.

Don't loose your money! We sign for 1 year. When we take the apartment, it was realy noisy and dirty ( the carpet, leak on the roof, floor tiles broken...). At the fisrt storm there is a big leak on the roof and we wait 2 weeks before they fix it, and 6 months after it was leaking again. The gate for ours security was open night and day for 3 months. The dishwasher break we wait 2 week before they fixed it (we washed by hands). We left 2 mouths before the end of the lease and we payed 3400$. 2 weeks after they charged us 200$ more for cleaning the bottom of the hoven and the carpet cleaning. They give this bill to a compagny wich call you twice a day. So, go your way.

Unfortunately the bad reviews are true. My husband and I resided at The Saratoga Place from Sep of 2014 to Dec of 2016. Many of the AC units are 15 to 16 years old they are very inefficient. Poor insulation results in hot rooms on the sunny side of the apartment even with air cranked. our utilities bill in the summer months was literally 3 times more expensive than a previous apartment complex in Bradenton. $195.00 to be exact. JRK Holdings is a greedy company. The Saratoga Place LOOKS like a beautiful A + apartment complex however it is poorly managed. When I read thru the other reviews and I see comments like, the gate is always broken, we had roaches in our Apartment, the office staff is very curt. I can relate to every negative comment and nod yes, we experienced that as well. My review is completely candid. We would not recommend the Saratoga place to any person. oh and we had also complained about street lights in the parking lot that were out and in the two years we lived there the light in the parking lot near our building was NEVER fixed and we made several complaints about it.

Beautiful location. Nice pool, nice view, pretty nice apartments, BUT terrible management/workers in the office. They could care less about your problems. Plenty of times we've reached out about mantiance issues and it's taken forever for them to respond if they even do respond. The mantiance workers are always nice though! The noise is absolutely terrible! You can hear literally anything anyone does above you or next to you. You pay such a pricey amount for nothing special...

I have lived here for 7 months and love it here. I feel like it is very safe for my family. We are in the lowest crime zip code in Sarasota County. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. They are always professional and happy to help the residents. The maintenance staff are efficient and knowledgeable about whatever needs attention. My neighbors are all very nice and I've made several friends hanging out at the pool. A+
