Great Management and Maintenance Crew
We are extremely happy with the immediate service from the management staff and maintenance crew. This is a very well-run complex and it is very nicely kept up. Thanks to all especially Nancy and Ron. We so appreciate all you do!

Office manager, super cool 'other girl' ....think I know who everyone is talking about. I agree...very rude and condescending...last time I called, had to check my phone...thought I was calling the DMV or IRS for a sec. Poo :(

love living here....
These are my thoughts after living here for almost three years, first in a one bedroom and then a two.... Assigned parking places are convenient along with spots for guest parking. The grounds are open and inviting with benches and grills around the "lake". The tennis court is well maintained along with the pool and hot tub areas. The outside grasses, trees, plants and other flora are tended weekly and the inside apartments are large, asymmetrical in structure and open to sunlight. There is also the convenience of guest rental apartments for visitors who are planning an extended stay. I have received excellent prompt maintenance service, due in part to the quick communication between office personnel and maintenance staff. Visiting the office for a quick coffee, I always feel welcome from the warm atmosphere.

The reviews I have read are not fair !!!!
I think the reviews I have read so far are unfair. The office staff are ALL excellant, professional and very helpful. I have had several instances where i needed their attention and was very satisfied. They call you by name if you have ever taken the time to talk to them you would see for yourself. The apartments are well maintained and roomy. The closets space is great. The grounds are well kept. I have had 2 seperate service /maintainance requests and both times my issues were resolved fast and efficiently. As far as the noise goes i admit you can hear people walking around but to that i say live and let live . Get a life and start making some noise of your own instaed of sitting in the quiet and listening to your neighbors. The club house and exercise room is very nice. The pool and Hot tob have water falls and gives you a luxury resort feel. There is always free coffee and home made cookies waiting for you in the office. They provide two free computers with printers, fax and copy services all free to residents. They have a free movie library. Every few months or so they are having pool parties with great refreshments and a good chance to mingle with the staff and your neighbors. At these parties they have prize give aways. My name was drawn I won a $100 rent voucher . I have also witnessed them give away a color flat screen TV. There is a pleasant mix of older, middle age and young people residing there. There are some children but they are well behaved and supervised by their parents. In sum It's easy to dwell on a negative point or even two and ignore the many positives SARATOGA PLACE offers. I am not connected to management in any way. My opinion is based as a happy tennant who enjoys living at Saratoga Place and quite frankly was offended by the revies I have read which in my opinion are unfounded.

My husband and I have been at Saratoga Place for 4 years now and we still love it. Maintenance came in after we renewed and updated a few things like the cabinet knobs and dining room light. The pool area is great and we love riding our bikes on the Legacy Trail that we can get on right at the front entrance. We recommend this community to everyone we know.

BEWARE !!!!
Back in a day this was one of the best places to live , but everything has changed . as this complex is getting older floors starts making squeaky noises every time someone walks, you can hear every noise neighbor makes . Staff and Management is Unprofessional , rude and helpless. don't bother coming to the office with a problem they will make their best to get out of it and not help you or twist it against you . You will pay top money for very low living standard , look elsewhere you will regret signing a lease with them .

Extraordinary Management Team
I am writing to express my deep appreciation for the extraordinary management team at Saratoga Place. As a resident since February 2008, I have had the opportunity to meet most of the management team and they have made living here at saratoga Place an outstanding experience. I find everyone approachable, pleasant and they greet me on a first name basis. Saratoga Place feels like a community where management cares for its residents. management's actions demonstrate that this is a two-way relationship. The monthly activities, monthly newsletter, the well-manicured landscaping, the exceptional maintenance and of course, employee attitudes are all indicators of what management thinks about its residents. I think Greystar is very good at what they do and the property here is Sarasota, Florida has a great team deserving recognition.

Loved It!
I was a resident of Saratoga Place for two years and absolutely loved it! Until the very end it was a place that I saw myself living for many years. What happened? When I first moved into Saratoga Place it was difficult to become a resident. There was a background check and income verification that also required prospective residents to show three months rent in savings. I loved it because it kept the residents to a certain socioeconomic level that I appreciated. This changed with the economy; lawn signs advertising rent specials, no deposit, etc. were everywhere and the level of resident changed. There is not a play area for children so children were running all over the parking lot and dashing out from between parked cars. Kids were walking dogs and not picking up after them. Trash was finding its way onto the lawn and in the parking lot. Old/used furniture, appliances, etc. started to regulary pile up next to the trash bin. The security gate was regularly broken. Kids were at the pool and in the workout room without parental supervision. The most disappointing were the thefts from my garage and storage room without forced entry indicating that the thief had keys or access to passcodes. Hmmmm... I would love for the old days of Saratoga Place to return, but fear that the property will have deteriorated too much for me to ever become a resident again :(

BEWARE!
I'll try to be as objective as I can... Saratoga Place is a great apartment complex. The grounds are kept up VERY nicely. The gate stays closed during the day (as long as its not broken, which it is on occasion), so I always felt secure. However, the units are pretty noisy. If you don't mind the climb, go for the 3rd floor (they're cheaper too!) so you won't have anyone above you. The office staff is terrible. Besides, having horrible professional etiquette, they really could care less about your situation. What they do care about is making money and filling up the place. When you do try to get something taken care of, you either 1) get stuck with someone who has no idea what they're talking about ------ & ------) or 2) will do whatever they can to get out of helping you or accommodating your situation (---- & ------). All in all, its a great place to live as long as you don't have to deal with anyone in the office and you're 100% positive that nothing in your personal situation will change over the course of the lease.

Love It!!!
I just move in to Saratoga Place. I looked around at all the places in Palmer Ranch and a lot of them were condo. I wanted to make sure there were going to be no issues with getting maintance done in a timly manner and that i was not going to get kicked out if the owner was going into forcloser. I heard way to many horror stories! Saratoga is the best around for your money. They were running great specials when i moved in, so my rent is well within my budget. I'v been here for almost 5 months and LOVE it!

total crap
the other person who said everything is perfect and blah blah blah is a total farse and obviously works in the office. this place has hollow walls, and is utter --------. you will here everything from a tv to toilets flushing. yah toilets flushing in the middle of the night......yummy. dont believe me, reply on here mentioning this post so i can laugh at you. they were too cheap to use concrete at the time of the construction in china building the "three ------" dam that rised the cost of conrete. have fun at this place and enjoy the noise.

NO CONDO'S HERE!!!
What a great place to live! The community is gated with garages. They are designed like condo's but you don't have condo fees, taxes, or have nosey condo board members. It's like my own condo without all the nasty condo hard aches! The community is rather new so my utilities are very low and I'm close to work. I love the monthly social time at the clubhouse. You know, I findly found a community that has a year round heated pool and it's not heated by the sun! I have my own parking place too. They do not allow patio grilling but they provided one behind each building, so I don't have to clean it! I love the office staff, it is so nice to have people that care about me!
