Have no complaints. Honestly the best apartment complex I have rented from Staff is super responsive and there is no delay on getting questions answered - RARE in my case. Kept clean and they host events

It's just okay.There is nothing spectacular about here.It's very quiet and peaceful so that's a plus.Only some of the workers are helpful while others seem to careless if you're dead or alive. I have lived in two separate apartments and they do come with faults but for most parts it's not the worst.

When I first moved in, I was told the carpet would be replaced before I moved and it was not. After living my apartment for three years, the carpet was finally replaced. Since then, everything has been great.

So far it's been really great! Other than having to move in late due to the apartment not being ready we have had a good experience since! The pool is always kept very clean which I like as well as the dog park!

Work orders take forever to be complete. I put an order in months ago and it has yet to be addressed. Over the summer it was ok for us to go over a week without AC, inside temp 90*. Clubhouse fitness center (where residents pay $10/mo for maintenance) it's 24/7 which is awesome except for the fact that there are no security lights, the door is often unsecured because to lock it so it stays locked means no one will be able to use their key. Sucks to go up to the gym looking forward to a workout and find you can't get in. Here's a suggestion- upgrade your door and give us all key fobs ??Several of the machines require very annoying subscription logins, trash is often overflowing and even in there repairs can't be completed like broken ceiling fans

It's a good community with all the amenities. Plants and trees are well maintained. Monthly social gathering is organized successfully. Employees associated with community are helpful and responsive. The only thing that affects most is the Rent . It is very high compare to all the neighborhoods. Specifically, for people who are extending their lease have to pay more .

Good so far. The staff is very responsive. Maintenance started out good; however, they have taken quite a bit of time to complete work orders. I have one that has been outstanding for almost 2 months. I think they need to hire a different grounds maintenance company. The hedges are over grown and weeds are growing in them.

It is generally a safe community. Landscape upkeep is routinely I Never feel threatened, although my wife is very security conscious. Most maintenance repairs are done promptly. Most neighbours keep to themselves, others are friendly and interact. During COVID, 2 neighbours gave their contact numbers in case we needed help.

First year and half little rough due to very noisy neighbors with loud TV and alway fighting and police called few times. They finally moved out and new neighbors are good so far. Very quiet now hope it continues

The community itself is fine. Notifications of all sorts are very helpful. Activities are plentiful and are well managed. It is so good that pets are treated well with great "clean-up after" care. Well kept grounds are very pleasing. Love it here.

Maintenance is not what I expected when I call for a repair. It is never repaired to satisfaction the problem still exist. I have to call back multiple times. sometimes waiting up to two weeks for a maintenance repair. I also see cars parked on lawns people not following rules that are in the lease. What's good for one should be good for all

I enjoy living here. Normally any concerns are addressed within 24 hours. Communication is great also. Only issue is my building has mold from the rains and humidity and hasn't been pressure washed since I moved it. The paneling on the front porches collect dirt.

The community is quite and the property looks well taken care of. When I was in the process of renting here Robin was great helping me with whatever questions or concerns i had. As i was going to move from Texas to Florida because of my job. Robin was amazing.

They work hard at making us feel included and heard. The community is kept up with well and the events that are held for the residents are creative and inclusive. I wish there was an event for cats but other than that I am happy to live here.

I have been very pleased with the staff and it is a most pleasant place to live. The maintenance people are very friendly and respond to any request almost immediately. They really know what they are doing and in almost five years here I have no complaints.

We really like the employees in the office and our Apartment Home; especially that it has a garage we can use for care or storage. We like the inside layout as well. However; our stove is too old and doesn't work as safely as it should. We have been told it's not old. Grounds are ok accept for dog poop they don't pick up. Builders could have built some Apts higher than the road which causes some flooding on heavy rain days and gutters should be cleaned more. Rent is high but we like it here for now.

The management staff is very nice and accommodating. Every time we've needed maintenance they have been out to our apartment by the next day. The community is kept very clean and very safe. The only thing I wish they did is fix the basketball hoop and update the fitness center.

This is not a quiet neighborhood like it was advertised. I can hear neighbors talking, walking around, their TV, loud music, dogs barking constantly. People drive down the street constantly blasting music from their car and you can hear it all throughout the apartment. I am woken up by neighbors dog barking every morning at 7am like an alarm clock. Insulation is horrible and construction is cheaply done. The whole experience in general has been terrible. The people who live in this community have no courtesy for others, and workers don't care and have no idea what they're doing. AND THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING.

We lived here for a couple of years. We always paid the rent on time and bothered no one. We barely even knew our neighbors. We were a quiet family living here but towards the end of our stay things started to downfall. My husbands car was stolen out of our driveway in the middle of the night. A police report was filed and Ariel springs staff did not even ask if we were okay when we went to talk to them. We were asking about the concerns of security and if there are any cameras and why is it so easy for crime to just come in? They made it clear they didnt care or want to be bothered. Then our rent was raised with little warning and we decided to move into a house where we wouldnt have to worry about any random increases in rent . They Didnt send the security deposit back and took horrible pictures that werent even clear claiming there was damage to the apartnment trying to charge us for new carpets and anything else they could charge for. Moral of our story is make them do a walk through with you and take alot of photos because theyre getting sneaky everywhere you go. They had alot of vacancies and probably needed the money . Just be careful and take photos ask alot of questions and be aware of random charges.

like almost everthing but there are some problems for example over a month ago my living room slide curtin was broke and they came to fix it and the towel rack bar was broken i called yesterday and man came over and fixed the towel rack and told me the living room wil be fixed next problem but what happend a month ago.....???? i aked if could hav e a photo cell on a outside light--never heard yes or no. i would like to see higher tolites ?? i just would like ans ans YES OR NO. THEN i COULD MAKE DECISIONS THANK YOU STAN BROCKI

great experience so far- love the community- the unit I am in and the office team all are helpful and courteous and supportive in answering questions when necessary I enjoy living here - I do think the rent is a high which is unfortunate and hope it does not increase

I am very happy here. All requests for repairs are handled immediately. The staff is awesome. I just wish it was a little cheaper rentwise. The only request that has not been addressed is that I wish I had a lawn instead of the crop of weeds
