When we have any issues at our apartment Ariel Springs are quick to respond. Our ac and the rent are the only two things I would change. Our ac is old and we have issues with it and our rent is getting way too high. We don't want to leave here. We want this to be home but if rent keeps raising we will not be able to stay here.

Beware of move out inspection

REcently moved out there was money to be paid after inspection and I was never contacted to pay so after 30 days they sent it toDEBT COLLECTOR with out notifying me to pay. I would have paid . now my CREDIT SCORE will be lowered and its not my fault. BEWARE AND YOU TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES at move out.

My experience has been awful... I've fallen twice so far. Property not ready for move in my apartment flooded and my tub and shower were filled with feces it took 4 days to clean up and disinfect I can't use tub because I can't pull myself up. Shelving in Refrigerator not replaced, edging around apartment not replaced or fixed which is a trip hazard which is where I fell. Dog feces all over complex people don't pick up and I was told I have to take pictures when in fact that is not my job to do. Broken concrete in and around public areas which is where I fell again on the cement this time. Dogs not on leaches per the rental lease. I don't recommend this complex for an elderly person. Definitely poor management who gloss issues over.

The good: The office staff has always been friendly. location is convenientent. My dislikes: The streets are too narrow, with kids and elderly and a poor sidewalk system, not to mention yahoos zipping around, it is less than ideal. Sloppy residents. I've seen entire trash bags left in the street, and trash is often strewn about in the dumpster area. Biggest Beef: The units seem to be poorly built. I hear my neighbor upstairs every time he takes a step. I hear the water flow when he flushes his toilet. I hear my next-door neighbor's television.

I found myself alone after 33 years and needed a place where I could feel safe and not worry about the expense of a house. Ariel Springs is a wonderful community of apartment homes. These "homes" are perfect as they are single stories with a garage and a back screened-in lanai. You have your own space. They have many events every month for residents. I feel very safe here. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful.

This used to be a very quiet, well maintained complex up until South Oxford took over. Now we pay close to 2K for rent, kids running all over the parking lot, cars speeding through at night w/loud exhaust and music

The walls are very thin. I can hear the tv from my neighbor and hear every step my neighbors upstairs make. They make my light fixtures shake and rattle when they are walking around. I like how clean and up kept the grounds are. Everyone in the front office is nice to talk to.

So there's been two drug busts near my place of residence, and the unlawful discharge of a firearm. Besides that let me put it like this they have changed their payment system (how you pay rent) almost every six to eight months, so you can't pay with debit in the office you can't do a personal check, if your late within one hour of the deadline they literally kick you out of electronic payment methods such as bank to bank and or.... Best part even if your three days late they will start the eviction process immediately,I've been late twice for three years living here and received two written notices three voicemails within the three days. So in short if you like fast drivers zooming through your neighborhood or teenagers breaking your lawn ornaments come on down to Ariel springs apartments. Also THEY DO NOT ENFORCE ANYTHING FROM DOGS CRAPPING ON YOUR LAWN TO EXTREMELY LOUD MUSSIC PAST TEN PM, a few residents had their windows smashed and nothing came of it. Honestly if you want to pay a ton and say it's worth it cause it's a nice silent neighborhood ya think twice. Plus they increase the rent regardless of contracts say you live here for five years every time the market goes up they up your rent when the market goes up they simply keep it at the same price and increase the utilities. In short if you like to see dogs shitting in your yard, have maintenance issues from day one, and not be able to pay rent through the same methods every month come on down to Ariel spring apartments where you can pay for the premium but are treated as trash. Also they do not repair anything unless you literally threaten to withhold rent, once again ask residents what their worst and best experiences are and you'll quickly find out how mediocre these apartments are.

Nice place to live but cost is higher than apartment is worth. I feel details such as the quality of the vinyl floor placement should be better for the price tag rather than having gaps and that lights should be present in all rooms, but I have a guest room with no light other than a window. Management has also gotten less responsive over time since I moved in. When I renewed my lease, multiple emails went unanswered and I've been told paperwork was late when it was emailed days in advance, making it clear the inbox is not routinely checked even for requested and time sensitive materials.

it's ok to live here, they just need to install gutters for every apartment not some. when we get a heavy rain it floods the back porch rea bad . I bought it up to management & I was told they are looking into it. How long does that take ??? some of the pine trees need to be cut down they are so close to the apartment

Overall, we have had a very positive experience. It is very quiet and people are very friendly. Staff have been helpful when we have reached out. Parking, though, can get complicated when there are guests but it's not too difficult.

Maintenance is very fast and typically fixes things well. I was supposed to get a new ceiling fan installed in my 2nd bedroom when I renewed and that never happened though. Communication to residents is not great, events are rarely announced far in advance which makes it hard to participate. Some events are paid which is also a downside. The community also tends to close facilities to all when there is trouble rather than simply reviewing the security footage and banning only the offending parties.

Moved in in April, 2022 and have enjoyed the tranquility, cleanliness, and safety of the community. The units are updated with appliances, floors, paint, the older units become vacant. The staff is friendly and very responsive to any maintenance needs that come up. The community is close to shopping and adjacent to 589 toll road to Tampa and points south so you don't feel out of reach. It's been a very positive experience.

I enjoy living in community. Prompt reply to any issues. Friendly staff. Fun activities. Available pool and gym but I do no use. But others seem to enjoy them. Unfortunately, due to yearly rate increase, I doubt I will renew my lease in May 2023.

It has a great atmosphere, very safe complex. The management employees are friendly, professional and eager to help. If you have a problem, they're there at once. The grounds are well taken care of, great beautiful pool and club house. My only complaint is the price of rent (too high).
