Cara is the best!! My car battery died and she took time during the work day to park beside me in the deck and help me jump the car after hours! She truly goes above and beyond to make Arlo a great place to live! The best apartment complex I've lived in so far.

    I knew I wanted to move in after the tour because Im one of those people that does not have to view several rental properties...the location is super convenient and walkable. The leasing office staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive.

      I've only lived at Arlo for two days now but so far, I really like it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the building and the process to rent. I love my new apartment and the location can't be beat!

        Cant beat the central location! Beautiful apartments and quiet clean community. Its my favorite apartment community Ive ever lived at in 8 years. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Very dog friendly. The gym is my favorite part!

          Very modern and up-to-date apartments. Easy drive to go get groceries. Well built walls. But still can here train when it rarely comes by. Nice new work out area, I wish they had heavier dumb bells but acceptable for a work out

            I love ARLO because of the location, neighbors, and staff! Cara & Amanda have been very friendly & inviting. They have been so easy to work with and I feel like I can count on them for anything. I moved from Europe and they helped me with the entire leasing process! Cara and Amanda are extremely sociable and caring. I could not recommend ARLO more!

                Overall decent. However, the quality of residents has decreased tremendously. Because of this decline, we see things like children loitering and trashing the property. It makes me wonder what the screening process is or if there is one at all.

                  I love living here! The staff is excellent , the location is the best in Atlanta . Walkable to the best dining and shopping in Atlanta , and the Marta! Great value also , I got a great deal on my apartment! I work in the industry also for a competitor and I can tell you this is a well managed community!

                    I love Arlo!!! From the location to the staff to the apartment building itself, I could not be happier. Decatur Square is the place to be and Arlo is right around the corner!!                       Overall my experience is just OK I am more impressed with the maintenance team then the management team I dont have any real issues with the management team other then they are not able to rectify Some concerns I have with the lack of cleanliness of the building when I mentioned my concerns its stated that they must refer to the owner of the building

                          A plus... close to shops, school, etc... Nice cosmetic features in the apartment. Drawback... lack of security, Dont always feel safe. Pay a lot to live here w/ Limited surveillance, (especially on Howard side of building/ and ground level courtyard) have placed complaint/ expressed my concern... owners/ management uninterested in looking further into providing a viable solution, no key card access implemented on 2nd level either from garage (anyone off the street can access). Also, A/c unit not adequate for space on ground level Apts. Dont interact much w/ management but when there has been interaction whether on the phone or in person it has not been a welcoming experience. Since the change of management it has felt sterile.

Since this implementation, there have been no reported issues on-site which is why I would love to speak more with you in person about your concerns.                             We really appreciate the location of the apartment. However, it is in a very loud area and the walls are thin. Our neighbors are very loud. There are many children that run around and make noise which is unforunate. We have not been here long. We will see how it is in the summer.

                              Kara, Karla, and Nick were a great management team while I was a resident at ARLO. Not one request, concern, or rare problem was too big or small for them to handle immediately. Their communication is amazing with all changes and situations that I encountered. I truly enjoyed having them as the management of my home.

                                I need to preface this review with I have only been here a couple of weeks, but I love every bit of it. I love the communication of the team! Nick is quick to respond as needed via phone, email, social media you name it. I'm that annoying question person so I would know! Karla went above and beyond to try to get my apartment ready for me to move in earlier to meet my crazy schedule. So many kudos to the Arlo team! The apartment is great, and it was in great shape when we moved in. The information provided upon move in was helpful as well. For maintence, I haven't had to put in a request for anything yet, but I know when the team has needed to get into my apartment, I was communicated with via phone, email, and letter on the door. I have also seen the maintence team around and they have been so kind and friendly. Things I love: - the mail delivery box service. It works for my crazy schedule. - the gym is nice and has great equipement - the common spaces are clean and well equipped. - the coffee machine - and flavored water in the common space. - the quietness - even though it's in the city, it's oretty quiet once the door is closed, and I live right beside the train tracks. Things I struggle with: - phone service - it took my phone time to adjust and my guests had issues as well. (I think this has to do with the walls) - parking - the covered deck is nice, but this is downtown, so parking was expected to be this way - but definetly not ideal

                                  Very happy with Arlo. Nick was extremely helpful both during the move-in process as well as in providing support afterwards. The staff in general are very responsive and helpful. The complex as a whole is well maintained, and the residents are respectful and polite. The unit itself is great, down to the small details. Location is hard to beat, as well.

                                    We have lived here since July 2018 and we are very happy. Karla, the assistant manager, has been so helpful with everything from school registration to laundry services. The location is convenient to everything and the people we have met are extremely nice. We live on the ground floor now and it gets a little noisy on occasion but not too bad. We plan to stay here for a long time.

                                      I have lived at the Arlo since April 2017. I absolutely love living here. The apartment was brand new when I moved in, which was a nice feature. The Greystar property management keeps the apartment complex looking nice. It is modern and has all the amenities that I need including a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and gym (All things this California girl isn't used to). It is conveniently located near Emory University and walking distance to all the shops of Downtown Decatur. Management is THE BEST, Cara and Nick, are super responsive and always available to help when I have a question, which is always. Payments and done online and are always super consistent. I honestly have never had a problem. I hear horror stories from other apartments. Come live here! Its amazing.

                                        Great location, nice apartment layouts. Does not meet my expectations in property upkeep.Lack of landscaping and landscaping maintenance.                                           I’ve only been at the property for a week and haven’t had the best experience. My unit is nice by doesn’t get great sunlight. That may be true for most of the units. The staff is nice and generally willing to help out. Would be a higher rating if it wasn’t for the car break-ins.
