This is a very Safe environment and friendly staff. This is a Friendly neighborhood and love the covered parking deck. I have a great view, I can see the skyline from my balcony. Last, I value the low electricity bill, my apartment never goes below 69 degrees in the winter and stays in the 70's during the summer when the AC/heat unit is off.

I just signed a lease for a second year in a different apartment in ARLO. I moved from the fourth floor to the sixth floor because the sixth floor apartment was more desirable. All in all, my experience at ARLO has been good

The leasing and maintence staff at ARLO are amazing! My move in experience was smooth and all leasing office personnel continues to show care and attention to my residential needs as they did upon my move in. Maintence responds to work orders in a zap. I recently submitted a few at one time to avoid them from coming back and forth and to my delight, they were all completed with fidelity in less than 24 hours. I am so grateful for such a caring community. My unit is near a common area, and my neighbors have remained respectful when enjoying amentities. Shout out to Christie, Shane, Morgan, our Mighty Maintence Crew, and our onsite Officer for keeping us safe, comfortable, and happy!

This is a lovely community nestled in downtown Decatur, within easy walking distance to some of the best of the city's restaurants and pubs. Both the front office and maintenance staffs of this facility are consistently helpful, professional, and friendly.

I have really enjoyed a lot of aspects of this community. The location is wonderful, the staff is great and the common places are fantastic. I also really enjoy the physical space in our apartment. That being said, I find that things are falling apart in our apartment. The quality of the amenities is incredibly poor.

Very expensive property. Amenities are okay, but surrounding area apartments are cheaper with a better gym, better pool, and there's a new building (not built yet) going up right down the street that is supposed to be amazing! Pros: property manager is great at ARLO!!

So far so good, I have enjoyed living here so far and plan to be here for some time. It is safe and quiet and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. I think the very small issue I have is just due to some communication errors.

The best commuinty in the decutar area, the staff is super friendly, and the over all people in the building are very respectful. The location is pretty unbeatable everything is pretty much in walking distance, and the marta station close if you ever need to get into atlanta

My experience at the Arlo has been very good. Friendly staff and neighbors. It is a very pet friendly complex with lots of amenities. They have some free workout classes (yoga and boot camp) and lots of community events.

I haven't been here long, but it's new and beautiful. I appreciate the community atmosphere and option for daily blog email blast where both residents and staff can upload daily. One of the elevators in the parking garage doesn't open from at least 1 of the floors. This has persisted for more than a month. Hoping it's fixed soon. Other than that, it's definitely a luxury apartment. Great amenities. Smells wonderful here as a result of the scent machine.

Nice pool area. Community gas grills. Corn hole area and ping pong. Sky loung that overlooks the city with bar area and big screen tv. Pool loung with big screen tv's and free lattes. Free wifi in common areas. Business center with desktop computer and wifi printer. Awesome gym. Maintenance staff are quick to respond, and leasing staff friendly and responsive. With the free wifi in community areas, I don't bother paying for it in my apartment. For my tv, I have a digital antenna that picks up all the major networks and more, so I don't pay for cable either. Three minute walk to Decatur Square. I don't hear much noise from neighbors, however, please note a train track does run by the square of Decatur and can be heard by all apartment complexes near the square. I usually only hear it once a day, if that.

The apartment is in a very nice area, and has acess to downtown Decatur and Decatur city schools. The area has that small town appeal, with nice little shops and boutiques within walking distance. The area also has a variety of nice restaurants that serve very good food. The apartment building that I live in is also very nice, great staff, always very helpful and concerned about their residents comfort. They also keep us informed of the latest upcoming community gatherings. Arlo apartments is a small good community of neighbors. I have not had any problems that the wonderful staff has not been able to solve.

When I was originally looking for a place to live, I looked for a safe area that was conveniently located and that was reasonably priced. I found all those three things in Arlo! It has been a great experience. I like the place in general and the staff is courteous, professional and responsive. I recommend Arlo as a good place to live.

This community feels safe, and so far I have had a great experience. I like that it has a pool, and a very nice gym. My studio apartment is more than enough for me, and I love that it has a dishwasher and washer and dryer.

The staff at Arlo are very friendly. There are so many amenities which really makes the high rent worth it. This place is very pet friendly. They even have a small fenced dog run. Our lab/boxer has space to run and play fetch there. This place is very secure. You need a key fob to get onto the elevator, each floor, most of the amenities, and to open the gated parking structure. The mail system is pretty cool also for receiving packages. My single complaint is that getting service requests resolved may take some time here. The place is brand new and it may have quirks to work out. That being said, the newness is really awesome! It's super hip, yet there is a wide variety of tenants here. It is also VERY walkable to downtown Decatur, one of the biggest perks!

The apartments are gorgeous and well designed. The tall ceilings and doors make it feel very open and homey. I love the location--it is right in Downtown Decatur and so close to many shops, restaurants, and the MARTA. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and all the amenities offered are the cherry on top of everything! Highly recommend!

Nice clean space. I'm loving my studio apartment. The staff is great, willing to answer any questions or provide quick solutions. It's quiet for the most part, have to get use to people living over me and the mouse they make.

Just moved in but everything has been excellent so far. Apartments are very nice and the location is perfect for my new job as well as Decatur in general. We are within walking distance of just about everything we need. Leasing staff has been very helpful throughout the move.
