I love this community so far so good the only problem that I see is we should have another garbage center, because there's a lot of apartment. So we should have more garbage area. So someone can you put their garbage? The trash because it doesn't look nice when trash are on the floor at the area for garbage. That's the only problem there I have that we need. Another area for trash, so trash won't build up

Overall I enjoy the community. At move in, my apartment was not clean at all. I had to deep clean the whole thing. Dishes in the sink, stains on the toilet seats, lights out, shelf in closet not hung up. etc. since moving in, we've had no problems and maintenance has been great.

Terrible move out

I would strongly recommend future renters to carefully review all policies before signing a lease at The Gibson Apartments in Flowery Branch. My lease required a 60-day notice before moving out. Before the December 2 deadline, I went to the leasing office multiple times asking for the renewal offer so I could review the new rent and make an informed decision. Each time I was told they were “working on it,” but no numbers were provided. I returned again on December 5 and still did not receive the renewal offer. It was not until December 9 that management finally provided the renewal proposal, and the price increase was not acceptable to me. Because of this delay, I had to quickly find another apartment and informed them on December 14 that I would be moving out. Management insisted that regardless of the renewal price, I should have given notice by the 60-day deadline. However, it is unreasonable to expect a tenant to make a decision without knowing the renewal terms, especially after making several attempts to obtain that information before the deadline. In addition, the utility charges were extremely high and difficult to justify. For example, from February 1 to February 14—when we had already moved out—we were charged almost $180 for water. After paying the final bill and believing everything was settled, we were later informed that we may also be charged for carpet replacement, even though the apartment was left clean and the carpet was in good condition with normal wear. Based on my experience with communication, billing practices, and move-out charges, I encourage future renters to document everything carefully and ask for all charges in writing.

Very quiet community! Everybody's super nice, staff is always respectful and very helpful! Love that they have a dog park for our dogs, and a huge field in the middle and a walking trail along the outskirts! Best apartments I've lived in!

Gibson at Flowery Branch is a standout!

After touring eight of the top apartment complexes in the surrounding area, Gibson was the clear winner. It’s a quiet, tidy, and welcoming community that immediately felt like home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is genuinely friendly. The staff is incredibly professional and helpful—Gina, in particular, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit and made my move-in process completely seamless. I’m so glad I chose Gibson!

Beautiful property

The Gibson Flowery Branch is a wonderful community to live in! So deserving of all 5 stars received! I jrecently moved in and I impressed. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and so welcoming. Brittany and Gina were so helpful and friendly with answering any questions I had pertaining to my move. I received such a warm welcome! Great amenities (pool, gym grilling area, gated community etc.)! The apartments are spacious and open. Such a nice, clean and friendly community from what I have seen so far! I couldn't be happier for making The Gibson Flowery Branch my new home!! Thank you again to the wonderful staff at Gibson, you all are beyond amazing!!

I moved here because I knew Carey. She talked this place up a good bit. The first few months I moved in when Carrey and Alyssa ran the front office. It was great and fantastic. Since the girls at work up there now has taken over. Seems like things have gotten really lazy. I've noticed trash cans outside of peoples apartment doors. Left there day after day after day. It's kind of disgusting when you come home and your next-door neighbors trash is sitting by your door that you have to look at every single day you come in and out of your apartment. It's kind of disgusting the lack of enforcement. They enforce certain roles, but they don't enforce others
