Shady Management and nothing luxury about the Gibson

They will charge you for everything when you move out. They will make up charges. I recommend that you stay away from this complex with Shady dishonest Management. The complex has garbage all over and stinks like pot. Management never actually takes care of issues. Lazy ------ ------- ------ running the place

I have enjoyed living here! My favorite and most luxurious apartments I've lived in so far. The staff are very nice and helpful. I have had very few problems while living here and even the problems I do have get addressed quickly.

The staff made the move in process easy and quick! I had a bunch of questions because this is the first apartment I have rented and all of them were answered quick and kindly. Upon move in I put in a work order to have a small issue checked out and maintenance was here less than 24 hours later. Overall the community is filled with nothing but nice people and the property is beautiful!

Beautiful Area

We were shown one of the apartment layouts by Britney Johnson. She was very helpful when showing us around the apartment complex, and the amenities were maintained very nicely. The lawn area in the center of the complex holds a great amount of people for festivities.

The grounds and amenities are top notch. The staff are very courteous and attentive to your needs. I would like to see the penalties for breaking your lease early lessened or removed as well as the transfer fee if a resident wants to upgrade or downgrade their apartment.

Fantastic Staff w/ Great Facilities

Weve been staying here for 2.5 years and I was trying to get into a 3 bedroom but the market has been crazy. Luckily, Alyssa (Manager) was able to find me a 3 bedroom right as my lease was ending and my daughter literally flipped at the thought of having her own bedroom. So blessed to be staying here and working with the staff. As a bonus, they are always running holiday parties and activities and game nights. Much love to Alyssa, Alexis, Kerry and Brittany.
