Good except because neighbor noise issues and smokers, parking lots not enough specially at nights. Gates are damage and there is more than 1 month since that happened. Staff is nice but not pretty efficient handle noise issues. Courtesy officer ask to residents solve issues by themselves.

I love this property

The property manager is so detailed and has the best personality. She makes this community feel like home everyday and I'm glad I came tour. The grounds are clean and area is so beautiful. I know my dogs would love it here.

Customer service is excellent! Kerry Frazier and Alyssa Hershey both went out of their way to make my leasing process quick and painless. Maintenance always responds to requests quickly. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

A Bunch of Crooks

All of these people who left 4 and 5 star reviews, wait until you move out! These people will hit you with fee, after fee, after fee. You can forget getting your deposit back. My daughter and son in law lived here for 1 year. Their apartment looked excellent when they moved out. It was very clean, had a few nail holes after hanging some things on the walls. My son in law went to the main office on the morning of the exit walk through. He wanted to attend the exit walk through. He was told that the lady who does walk throughs is not in yet. He was told to come back later that day. He specifically told the front office that he wanted to be present during the exit walk through. He came back to the apartment office that afternoon to be told that it had already been repainted. This was very suspect-that the entire apartment would have already been repainted a few hours later. Then my son in law was told that his lease time period had ended and they would not be doing a closing walk through with him. They ended up charging them fee after fee, so that their entire security deposit was miraculously gone! They nickeled and dimed them over the most minuscule things. The parking is abysmal. You end up having to park so far away from your apartment. Same yourself time and hassle and go live somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by these 4 and 5 star reviews. Wait until these people move out. See what their option is then.

Great atmosphere

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The amenities are great. They have resodent events that help bring the community together. It has a family friendly feel. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

Kerry, you rock!

We enjoy living at The Gibson. The ladies in the office are always nice & helpful. I love the little events they have monthly. They really try to go out of their way to make it a great place to live. Kerry is fantastic! Her warm personality just makes you feel right at home. She goes out of her way to always help. Thanks ladies for all that you do!

After a long apartment search, our search finally ended at Gibson. The customer service here is unlike anything else we were seeing in the area. For someone moving from out of town, it is important that we feel welcome and Gibson did just that. Although we are not looking for move for several more months, we can’t wait to submit our application soon! All thanks to Alexis for making us feel so welcome being new to Flowery Branch.

---------- DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! The manager ------ and staff is a customer service nightmare! I have reached out to her on several occasions trying to get a issue resolved. As of the fourth week of chasing her and leaving messages with her staff. I finally get her on the phone and halfway through my conversation and issues she tells me to “watch my tone” and hangs up in my face. The arrogance and sheer blame shifting is indicative of why it clearly took so long for a callback and is a clear indication of why overall issues are handled so poorly. Poor management and leadership poor staff care. I have these calls recorded and will be contacting corporate first thing Monday morning. I can’t wait to let them hear how she hung up in my face not because of verbal abuse or yelling but because she didn’t want to hear my perspective. Not to mention after her tirade of me “watching my tone” which was kind of ridiculous as I was sitting beside my young son whom I wouldn’t be yelling at her in front simply due to her incompetent management skills she refused to give me corporates number or information. There seems to be a trend in properties managers who think the tenants are apart of their staff and should be “meager and soft spoken and hold your head down” when addressing concerns when you are being charged a premium rate at these properties. My tone is that of a dissatisfied customer nothing more nothing less. I’m sorry if this doesn’t suffice when spending my rent money. Next time i have a problem I’ll call her and do a little dance or two step and smile while I’m speaking on my dissatisfaction. It seems if me having the audacity to complain upset her “unquestionable” white privilege and her response was “watch your tone”.

Beautiful new community

I visited a couple weeks ago and had the privilege of being showed around by the manager Ms. Hershey she was very cordial and inviting she talked about being a community not just an apartment and that really spoke to me as I will be relocating and not knowing many new people it would be nice to find a place that is inviting and welcoming both from neighbors and the management team I have full faith that I will be here once my new employment contracts come through!

Great Apartment with great Customer service!! Alyssa was great!!

One of the best properties I have looked at in my search! They have the best amenities and even have a pet park!!! Alyssa H was amazing and so happy to answer my gazillion questions!! Definitely will be getting the bang for my buck!! I can’t say enough of how appreciative I was for Alyssa’s patience and help!!
