Great apartments! Excellent staff
We toured with Kerry Frazier. She was super knowledgeable and made us feel right at home! She’s very familiar with the area and had lots of local tips. The apartments are great and the pool is amazing!!

Great service!
I was looking for apartments near my job in Gainesville and was very pleased when I came across Gibson. I'm new to the process of leasing for an apartment and the staff here were very attentive in breaking down the process for me. The woman I was speaking to, Alyssa Hershey I believe, was especially helpful in assisting me and understanding the process. Since it falls in my price range, I'm excited for the next steps!

Kerry Frazier, well what can I say! She’s kind, respectful, with an infectious smile and laugh that just makes you fall instantly in love with her. You would just instantly feel at home at Gibson at Flowery Branch! She takes her job serious, and you can tell she loves what she does! Recommended apartment in the area!
If you’re looking for an apartment in this neighborhood then this is definitely one of the top choices. I recently moved from Buckhead and was a little hesitant initially. The staff is kind and they made sure I had a smooth move in experience. Kudos to the team!

Kool Kerry @ Gibson apartments
Lemme tell you about Kool Kerry at Gibson apartments! The level of friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Kerry was on a whole new level! Her customer service is on such a high level, if Gibson apartments was a restaurant they would be making Chick-Fil-A look bad. I know what you’re thinking: “that’s impossible, chick-fil-a produces the lord’s chicken”. And I know it may be hard to believe, but Kerry is, in fact, that good. It’s mind blowing! Highly recommend. Also, Kerry- they named a sauce after you. It’s called Awesome Sauce. *Drops mic*

Great location and amenities
Immediate access to the interstate, shopping, food, and entertainment! Kerry Frazier hosted our walkthrough and is very knowledgeable about the area and amenities. Beautiful pool area and green space to enjoy. The apartments are nice and affordable.

Great place and customer service
Kerry in the leasing office is always so helpful. She is always smiling, and genuinely happy to help anyone that walks through the door. She is hilarious with how much she loves on our fur baby and gives him treats. He always runs straight to her when we stop by. If you are looking for an apartment, come see Kerry at Gibson at Flowery Branch! She will treat you right!!

Kerry Frazier- Customer Service KUDOS!!
I just want to write a quick review praising the Customer Service at the Gibson at Flowery Branch. I do want to highlight Kerry Frazier. I was living here when she first started and adapted to her new role with ease. She is such a pleasure to speak with and is on point with everything. She makes you feel like family and always has a wonderful smile on her face. I love going in to the office to just hang out for a bit to see her as well. I do so love living here and even renewed my lease and will continue to stay. You're not only buying into the lovely property and amenities but you are also, the best of all you are getting what really matters, the best customer service!!! Love you Kerry!!!

Love this property!
Went and looked at a couple different layouts and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff is awesome to work with and the grounds look amazing. Appearance is everything! They have great amenities too. I love the area and that it’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We are excited to be living here soon.

I went and Viewed a 3 bedroom unit. Absolutely Beautiful! Amenities are amazing. And the staff is friendly. Love everything about this place. Wonderful lay outs and I love the fact that it’s new. Can’t wait!

Top tier!
Maintenance and office staff are all wonderful to work with. Very helpful and ready to assist when anything is needed. The gym is top tier! So many good machines and a separate yoga room, easily the same amount of equipment as a commercial gym!

Not what you think
Alyssa H don't try to play the politician , you are giving the impression that my issues were with the past Crest management they were not. Every problem money related was when your team took control of the office. And for future tenants be careful this guys are nice until the fish bite the hook, after that they will fry you in hot hot oil..

Beautiful community, Alexis is GREAT!!
I am so excited to move in! Alexis was so attentive, helpful and kind throughout the entire process, I had an amazing experience working with her from start to finish! The community is beautiful and the amenities are top notch!! The best community in all of Flowery Branch!!
