Timber Lake Apartments is a very good community to live in. It is safe, affordable, clean. The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. The location is superb. It is near supermarkets, grocery stores, hospital, etc.

If you decide to rent here make sure to check everything. Have them do a walkthrough to make sure everything is fixed before moving in. Take pictures before moving in and even after. Other than that this community is a good one.

Staff are very help. They went into details of the problem and got back on time. provided prompt maintenance service. It is very conveniently located and has a grocery store near by. Snow cleaning is also done on time and very lighted, clean community, best for family environment

I would love to have building laundry options, as well as an elevator. This would assist in moving as well as convenience for future residents. The common areas sometimes have spills and food on the ground no one has picked up after dropping. A lock on the entrance of the building would also be nice, as well as a more private place for packages to be delivered.

The community is great. My apartment is was very clean when I moved. The staff in the office have been wonderful. I love my balcony. The building inside is clean. The community is quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.

It's a good place and I recommend it. My friends and colleagues at work. The staff are very good and so are the maintenance people. They respond quickly and fix things amazingly fast. I will try to renew the lease on time. Because it's a very good place and I recommend it.

I was hoping if the people keep the building clean, but it's not and it smells bad- I know the staff cleans dometime and I notice that, but after just half a day it gets smelly and stairs dirty, sometimes even people don't pick their trash things. Also, the washer and dryer in the laundry room is not well maintained because people don't clean after they are done. Another thing, I hope the trash garbage is labeled for Waste trash and recycle- it feels bad to see how people are throwing the garbage without sorting it out. Finally, especially in summer, the neighborhood become not quiet and noisy even after 11pm.

Your gonna get what you pay for. Not the cheapest, but cheap compared to most. The ladies in the office were very nice, but not very knowledgeable, forthcoming, or interested in renting. I was not offered a tour and I had to ask to see a model as they kept saying nothing is available. However, when you go to apply on line, at least 4 diff units showed available. Idk just seems a little sketchy and unprofessional.
